About this house rental

Due to wind damage from the storm, our pool is CLOSED for the season. Spacious, clean, 4 (5) bedroom home with swimming pool (in season) and hot tub. Large covered front porch with swing and a screened back porch with rocking chairs. Large, fenced-in back yard. Check out Ross County Visitor's Bureau for information on things to do in Ross County. We have more than 175 mi. of hiking trails and a 30 mi. bike trail.

It was a beautiful home with all the amenities. The house is so big you can get lost in it. The pool and the hot tub were so refreshing. 7 of us girls celebrated our 60th birthdays together. We had a wonderful time. Only an hour away from Hocking Hills. I give it a 10

Great family stay just a short drive to the Hocking Hills State Park Lodge and trails. Updated lodge has a great restaurant with gorgeous views. Also, about 5 minutes from the house is Buzzard's Roost, a Ross County Park, where there were no crowds! And be sure to hit Sumburger, a local gem, for - wait for it - infamous burgers and fries. The heated pool and 8-person hot tub were relaxing after a hike. Comfortable beds, even a crib and baby seat, and plenty of 1st floor rooms to spread out for reading, napping and cooking. And the flowers outside!! So many kinds of flowers that added to the outdoor pool area.

My friends and I had such a great time! The property was more than we could have imagined. So much space, everything you could possibly need, and so peaceful and private. I would love to return next year! The best part....it was easy. All directions, communication, and everything we needed was right there. Thank you, we made great memories!!

Very lovely home and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the extras in the kitchen to help us cook a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner this year. Would definitely recommend this place if you have a large family.

Home was great.. everyone had personal space with the 4 bedrooms. Master bath was very nice. We didn’t get to utilize the pool because how busy we were with the wedding and how cold it was outside. Pool water did feel very nice n warm though. My kids did use the hot tub late when we got back and really enjoyed the size of it. Over all I would stay here again when we visit Chillicothe again!

We were in Chillicothe to attend our daughter's wedding. The house was a perfect place for our family members and bridal party. There were plenty of beds and couches to provide a comfortable stay for all. The kitchen and dining room was a perfect place to gather and all enjoyed the hot tub and pool!

We had a great time! This was the perfect spot for a long weekend get together with friends before the kids started school again! It was a perfect size with great big rooms for the kids to play and the pool was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

This is my second time staying in this house and once again Beth has went beyond our expectations. Her house has a nice layout for our family of 10 so it never felt crowded. She is very responsive to messages and went out of her way to accommodate all of us. Beds were very nice (especially pillows 😉). Look forward to future stays 😊

Came to the area to visit Hocking Hills and this is the perfect place for a large family to relax and enjoy all the amenities of a home. The outdoor space has ample seating and the pool, hot tub, and gorgeous plants and flowers were favorites of our family. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because of the dust on cabinets and wall hangings/decorations but overall it was clean and tidy. I only gave 4 stars on check in because the front door was very difficult to open but otherwise the process and communication were fine.

We booked this property due to a lot of out of state family coming to town for a funeral. I didn’t actually stay here but my grown children and grandchildren did. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was closed for the season but they throughly enjoyed the hot tub. It was just like advertised and will definitely book again if needed.

This home it exactly that A Home .. From the second you walk in you feel like home.. The pool is great for kids and adults as well very clean, with diving board and I guess 10ft deep at the deep end ..8 Person hot tube at 101degree temp waiting for you morning , noon and night .. Tables outside with chairs and lots of lounge chairs all over ..Sun deck also a covered area outside with chairs to relaxe in .. Also a screened in room with old fashion rocking chairs.3 great rooms all with tvs . ect ect GREAT CHOICE TO STAY HERE .. Very close to all the area attractions

Good to know information

Pool, hot tub, outside setting was amazing and 100% clean. As I know this is a new rental, I would suggest new beds. Beds were very uncomfortable and everyone preferred the couches or floor. Also, dust on fans and high places was thick. Allergies are bad in our family. Floors and bathrooms were clean. We had access to everything we needed. Owners were very communicative and I’m sure will take suggestions seriously. New comfortable beds and some thorough dusting, I would give this property a 5 but with those issues, I rated a 3. If changes took place, I would love to visit again.

Our trip was amazing. The pictures do not show how wonderful this home is! The home is very spacious, plenty of room to spread out. Great areas for everyone being together, but lots of nooks if you need to get away. We loved the pool and hot tub! The flowers around the outside space are beautiful. Great hosts. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Our boys loved the pool and hot tub! We spent most of our time in the back yard (the owners should have more pictures of the back yard online...it is very nice and relaxing). We had a few minor issues that were immediately addressed by the owners and they were very quick to get back to us about everything! Terrific stay!

This home is perfect for a family getaway. The home is large and has everything you would need to be comfortable during your stay. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas were really pretty and so much fun for our family. There were lots of floats and pool toys to enjoy as well. The owner was very communicative before, and during our stay for whatever questions we had. We highly recommend this lovely home, and hope to come back again!
