Will definitely be back.

Perfect location for our needs. The Snug had everything you could possibly need and more. Freshly laid eggs in the fridge, plus milk and bread. A lovely touch.

Brilliant

everything u could need - a lot of thought and care has been out into this property. Would definitely stay again. Appreciated the milk and cereals too thugs thought of everything.

One tiny tiny thing/ couldn’t reach sky light to close the veluxe…. maybe there was instructions somewhere but was too tired after work to look - be nice if it was obvious how to get up there….

The Snug was an excellent location for our stay, well equipped, clean and welcoming.

Breakfast was good, eggs, bread, milk, cereal, honey etc the hosts had thought of everything the bathroom and kitchen had everything that was required. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, no problems at all.

The accommodation was "snug" as the name implies. Some draw space is provided and a coat rack. We only stayed 2 nights so no real problem for us, plenty of coat hangers were provided. The event we were attending meant we had multiple changes of clothes for the weekend, which we managed to hang on the rack.

Brilliant. Definitely stay again if I'm in the area

I do a lot of travelling in my role as a business development manager and I can honestly say this is one of the cutest places I've have stopped in. I must say Zoe & James have a brilliant resting place here. Top Marks :)

Visit to friends in Cheltenham

A great self contained property with all the facilities to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Very well appointed with excellent decor and lovely little added touches that make the difference

Good things do come in small packages!

The Snug was a very inviting, cosy place to be, with everything you could need to hand. Very clean and well kept, with extra little touches

Would have liked better weather to make more use of the lovely patio area!

Perfect place for our short stay near Cheltenham

Perfect place for us to stay after a wedding reception nearby. Compact, clean and well thought out space. Communication from Zoe was excellent.

Characterful space, superbly located

Very well equipped and decorated space, with a lovely back porch in the garden, and great atmosphere. All fittings new and of good quality. Easy walk to Leckhampton hill, as well as the centre.

It's a fold-out bed. If you had forgotten why you did not like sleeping on foldout beds, this will refresh your memory.

Perfect spot to stay

Very clean property, love the quiet location and extra touches such as freshly laid eggs and milk in the fridge. Excellent value for money for one person or a couple. Would love to have stayed to see more of the area as its very beautiful location for walking. Convenient to local shops if you want to DIY cook or plenty of lovely places to eat within walking distance

Very small point, good quality towels and bedlinen would make this exceptional, but its nitpicking as everything was so nice.

The place is really nice ,the garden looks amazing, it is beautiful.

The only thing I didn't like was the sofa bed, very uncomfortable, I have got back pain and it did not help.

Lovely little place to stay.

The communication from the host was excellent and included a booklet detailing things like how to erect the sofa bed ; parking was great; fittings were modern / new; there was milk in the fridge😊; it was very private.

Easy to find and park - a lovely place for a short stay in Cheltenham.

Great location - close to lovely walks and good for town. Our host had provided mik/ butter/eggs and crumpets for breakfast so that was a nice surprise. Well equipped, with a lovely outdoor space.

It was a very hot night so an extra sheet would have been useful as the quilt was quite warm , but otherwise lovely.
