I loved the main resort building/bar/terrace...it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The fitness facilities across the street was very nice as well as the filtered water stations. The staff was all very friendly and efficient with great housekeeping services. Our particular rental unit was very beat up and tired, it needs a total overhaul...carpet by the bathroom sink is not ideal at all. A microwave in the room would have been nice as well. The general areas of the resort are great...food and drink amazing!!

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The resort staff was really friendly and helpful. It’s close to downtown Napa where we did wine train, wine tasting and lunch/dinner. Its location is really convenient to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely love to visit again.

Impeccable service and facilities. Fantastic people, great rooms and amenities. Stunningly quiet overnight. Everything is spotless and well-maintained, though the location is outside Napa itself, so it's a destination unto itself. Pricey drinks and food, but the staff informs you in advance, so you can actively consent to the expense. The market has great, cheaper options for meals and alcohol.

the property is beautiful, sprawling, and clean. directly outside my room was an air conditioning unit for a different room that rattled, squeaked and wheezed all night. Barely slept, so got up before 6AM to drive out of there.

We loved the Silverado resort! We came to play pickleball - make sure to book courts ahead of time. The room was clean and large and the mansion bar and view was amazing

Housekeeping should also wipe down the outside furniture of the rooms with patios. There was no furniture in the outside patio which had privacy panels. There was furniture only on the open patio. Housekeeping needs to look up in the shower to the ceiling. Mold starting

I reserved a room for 5 people and I got a room for 4 people with no options for the 5th. No sofa bed, not even the dressing for the “normal” sofa. They refused to give me a refund so I had to stay in this hotel. I travel every months and I have never experienced this treatment. Unacceptable.

I booked the Silverado Resort because there was an event on property. This was the first time I had been to this part of Napa (normally I visit the winery areas) but was pleasantly surprised once we pulled on the grounds. I felt like I had entered a place with Southern Charm as the grounds and buildings looked very southern and historic. I checked into the Mansion King suite room which was bungalow style, very spacious, and had a patio area which I used to sit out and list to smooth jazz. The food on the property was good. Try the fried chicken sandwich at the Grill along with a lemon drop. The staff was very welcoming. I wish I had discovered the pool first as they had a good vibe going and also served food and drinks. The event was beautiful and I'm so glad I booked this property as I felt so relaxed and felt I had a fusion of a golf course party and a staycation in one which was awesome. Would definitely return again in the future....a hidden gem it is!

Silverado was an unexpected gem. Great accommodations for the price. The property was well maintained and very beautiful. A very comfortable feel in an old style hotel. Rooms were clean, neat and spacious. Staff were gracious and accommodating. Pool area and market on property were added bonuses. The only less than stellar experience we had was one of the concierge who was clearly was having a bad day and not very helpful. Even she managed to give me a good recommendation for a bike tour - Napa Valley tours. Would definitely return.

Beautiful property, well maintained, well run. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, with beautiful views! Our family enjoyed the pool, pizza (outdoor pizza oven on property), tennis and Spa. The location is close to shopping, wineries, great restaurants, and hiking/biking trails. We will return.

Huge long Indian weekend wedding 2 plus days. Guests that are not part of the wedding should be notified prior to purchasing a very expensive "quiet" getaway. Would stay again if quiet. That was not a relaxing trip!!

It was amazing! We were celebrating our honeymoon and they gave us the best room and great customer service. Everything we need they just delivered in person right to our room. The check in was easy and welcoming. The bar downstairs was good. The room was so beautiful with a great view. The area was close to everything. And yes you need to climb the hill up and down if you going other areas in the city, but it’s a good exercise lol. I highly recommend this hotel. They really made our stay special! Thank you!
