Comfortable, convenient and clean the three C

Very convenient but far enough out of downtown that it’s not super busy. The grounds are very well. Kept the rooms very roomy and clean.

Really the only thing I didn’t like was one of the other guests running his drone and peeping on people. He was running his drone over the parking lot where I was and then it looked like he went over towards the pool and around the hotel grounds just a little creepy.

Buena relación precio calidad

La habitación es muy cómoda y el sauna está muy bien. Te dan unos pases para el shuttle que te lleva y trae por todo Calistoga. Está bien ubicado, a un par de cuadras del centro.

La piscina y jacuzzi tenían muchísimo cloro y eran al aire libre (nos tocaron 4 días de lluvia sin cesar). La recepción no nos orientó mucho.

I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay; I would stay again but make sure not to be in that room.

Perfect location, right outside of town with close access to everything. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Nice sized room and the set-up was aesthetically pleasing. Cuuuuute wallpaper.

The room I was given was immediately next to the maintenance room and I was not warned about it. Noise started early a.m and throughout most of the day. Lots of talking, laughing, shuffling and 'moving thinga around' noises...through no fault of the crew as that is their station to work out of. I just think guests should be warned about the consistent noise if they are put in that room. There was some dark mold along the wall behind the shampoo and body wash holder in the shower.

Nice place in Calistoga

The position in Calistoga is very conveninet. The room is big enough for 4 (2 small babies) The bathroom is new and clean The service is precise and available The beds are very confortable

Sauna and steam room relaxing and clean. Free water and ice from machine in garden.

Tried to check in around 1am (not ideal I know), but no key left in box and nobody answering phone. Had to go to a hotel down the road to ask security there if they could help - not perfect after a day of driving. No real apology or acknowledgement even the next day. Room not cleaned next day even though sign left on door.

Perfect place to stay in Napa Valley

Great location - close enough to the city centre where one can find supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Most of the rooms come with a small patio which is a great place to chill out in the morning and evening.

The facility is located close to the main road so it could get a bit noisy with cars passing by

I'll definitely stay longer next time.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Loved the pool and spa set up. The hotel was further away from the center of Calistoga but within walking distance to some nice restaurants. Wish it was closer to us so we could visit more often.

Spent almost half day with power outage, which was impacting the entire area so kind of understandable. However neighbor room where throwing a very loud party with music until 2am which is NOT understandable!

location and property was clean

No bottled water or snack on the premises. Woke up due to thirst at 3 am and drive myself to the closest gas station to get some water. Not enough hooks to hang stuff. Bathrooms so small. Room has a black depressing wallpaper. Keurig (coffee machine ) in the room was broken. Absolutely not worth of money we payed!!!!! Never will stay there again!

it was a great deal for the price. We enjoyed the Steam Room and pool very much

easy parking, nice rooms, loved the coffee maker with hot chocolate in the lobby

would love to have more size inclusive robes. Not everyone is “one size fits all”. my husband is tall and the robe was too short for him and mine didn’t close completely. Luckily, I brought one from home or we would not have had robes to use when we went to the pool.

my daughter got second degree burns in the Sauna from a metal piece .I notified the hotel staff twice and no one has followed up. Pretty shocked with how management has handled this situation.

Basically an expensive motel on main road with horrible view and offers very little.

modern design rooms

bed was way too soft like jello (couldn't sleep). View was of ugly construction & power lines. Lousy pool, sauna, and hot tub hours making impossible to spend much time there. No place to chill outside your room (except for pool area, but it was too cold outside to just hang outside). Very expensive for what is merely a motel with a motel-like pool and hot tub and basically nothing else. Noisy at night due to situated right on main road. Not enough overhangs for rain protection while moving from room to office or pool area. Only one coffee machine in lobby (creating a long wait). No gym, no restaurant, hot tub had a strong chlorine smell.
