Magic villa Benidorm, advertised kids entertainment that’s why we booked it, but there was no entertainment on what so ever. Breakfast was poor, hotel is very, very dated but very clean…. Windows in room do not lock so noise outside kept us awake at night, Overall we enjoyed our break but would never go back to this hotel.

Couldn’t find our booking at check in. Hotel had taken money from my card but denied it.
Dated hotel, filthy carpet, noisy, air conditioning didn’t work, unhelpful staff, was like going back to th 60s. Avoid !

The advertising on the hotel show a room with a balcony with sunbeds on it, we got a room with a view to the buissy bar street and had to pay extra to get a room facing the pool, the room did not even have a balcony, very dissapointing. The sun did not reach the pool area until about 11:30 in the morning because the sky dkrapers infront was blocking the area from the sun.
Very noicy woke up several time during the night from drunk people shouting and screaming in the hall outside the door. Not very soundproof room, paper thin walls.
The «gym» was just s room with old broken down equipment.
The breakfast was misrable, not a single green food exept from the tomatoes. Fruit was the only thing good about the breakfast.
Very very misleading advertisement off this hotel, we came for the terrace, but ended up paying moor for a pool wieu and still not even a balcony. Never again. : Hotel.com do better!!!!!!!

Took two children in August 2013, had a great time, kids loved the pool and there was always a meal or snack available throughout the day. Not too far from the nightlife and easy access to bus routes and transfer drop off/collection point. The hotel was great for families and couples and was not full of stag & hen doos.

Have stayed here before so knew what to expect was disappointed that even with a gold card you could not get proper bacardi and the entertainment isnt up to much but its central on the flat in an ideal position for the bars and shops. The staff especially in the restaurant are very helpful as are the bar staff. The hotel is shutting soon for a refurb it does look scruffy from the outside so maybe they will look at doing this also the swimming pool is difficult to get in and out of especially if you have a disability maybe some walk in steps would help. Even though not perfect like this hotel and enjoyed our holiday.

A total of nine of us stayed in four rooms. It would take too much time to go in to great detail but the rooms were dirty, we had to ask to have one of the rooms changed, but it was still not a great improvement. Simple things, like the floor had not been swept properly. All of the hallways had an awful smell, similar to raw sewage. The indoor pool although showing as open had leaves and things floating in it. The games rooms consisted of a water-logged pool table with missing balls, a ping pong table and a broken air hockey table. The food was repetitive, mostly consisting of roast meat in gravy and chips. A lot of the food looked like it had been left on the hot plate far to long. The bar had very limited service and was often left with only one person serving, leaving long queues of guests. The entertainment was questionable to say the least! In short I would not recommend this as an all inclusive hotel, given how close it is to the beach and the many bars around you could use it as somewhere just to stay the night, however make sure you have had plenty to drink as the rooms are extremely noisy, even on the third floor it sounded as if people where right outside the window added to the fact that the fold out camp beds (given in the family rooms) had a mattress about 5mm thick! The staff did try to do as much as possible, and were very enthusiastic about the games and various events. However, I think the management or owners of the hotel lacked the same enthusiasm!

Group of ladies between 30 and 78(14 of us). location excellent. All facilities in the hotel were superb including the food. Unlike other all inclusives we have used the drinks were ok and the service was excellent. All the staff in the hotel were very pleasant and helpful 9apart from one). I am going to book again for March.

The hotel was not very nice. The rooms were pretty basic and there were no balconies. The resturant was downstairs so there were no windows which made it very stuffy and uninviting. There was not much choice in food either. We went All Inclusive however we ate about 2 breakfasts there and 1 lunch throughout our stay. The water machines were broken so there was no cold water to drink, my son does not drink fizzy drinks therefore we had to buy stll drinks and water all the time. I was very disappointed with it all. The entertainment was really poor, no space and boring as though nobody wanted to make any effort. The only good thing about the hotel was the swimming pool for children as they has many slides. The location was lovely but i would not stay there again.

Hotel Fine, close to beach and nightlife. Food basic but fine. Pool area shaded at times but that is down to high rise (same all over benidorm tho i presume) Needs more sunbeds round pool - quite a few broken. Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is the smallest of the Amigos chain, but we find it is also the best one. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, the hotel is always clean, the food is great and the facilities are excellent. This is our fourth time here and we will be back again soon.

great service, excellent food, great hotel all round. we found the hotel activites well organised and great competitive fun! the childrens equipment was clean and well mantained. The location of the hotel was minuets from the beach and central for shops and bars. would go back tomorrow!!

the magic group is a complete rip off , we booked to stay in the villa de benidorm, on arrival ,we were met by a crowd of people ,all who had been told ,that the hotel was over booked ,it seems that this is a common thing with this group ,and you can end up in any of the groups hotels ,you are told to take it or leave it ,we ended up in the christal park ,the other end of benidorm ,from the area we wish to stay
