Great accommodations, very friendly staff. Front desk very friendly and helpful.
4.5
Front staff was nice! Horrible parking situation and only option was paid underground parking which was unfortunate that it was not included. Room had a broken window that was taped up and when I tried to call the front desk they never answered even when I tried to call 4 times. Room was comfortable!

One night stay. Really liked the hotel and room. Comfortable and spacious throughout. Good breakfast. There is a farmer's market one block away on Saturdays.

We stayed here for one night over Labor Day weekend. We were surprised at how large and spacious our suite was. We were given an accessible suite (which we did not request but were OK with). Everything was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for dining options, which were varied and plentiful within a short walk. Parking was on the street, but underground parking was also available.
4.5
It’s was a pretty well priced place and good accommodations.
4.5
The hotel and staff were top rate, but the homeless population lurking around outside were a bit concerning.
4.5
Was good other than homeless people hanging around the hotel
4.5
Great hotel. Located close to everything. The downside is the large amoint of homeless population just outside hotel.
Everything is locked down.
My sister went into stairwell from pool to take a call, she got locked in stairwell.
Had to wait until we were out of pool to come get her.

Clean good size for the price

Close to Amtrak station

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The check-in process was swift and greatly appreciated, as we arrived exhausted after a long journey. The food was plentiful and of good quality. The only initial concern we had was with the garage, as we were unsure of the location, but ultimately, we encountered no issues.
4.5
I like the layout of the room, the functional areas are clearly separated, and the furniture design is also very novel.
4.5
Pretty decent. The neighborhood around it can be sketchy at times, but it's much better than it used to be, and I expect it will continue to improve with further gentrification.
Staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. Absolutely no outstanding negative incidents over the course of my two week stay.
4.5
Big disappointment is the morning breakfast. They don’t refill their food and coffee stations. It leaves a bad experience for the place. We booked this place because they advertised breakfast but unfortunately the expectations were not meant. This was a common feeling with the other guests. I would not recommend this place.

Thw hot tub is broken and hazardous. I had my handicapped daughter with me and she wanted to keep trying to go into it and there was no barricade to keep kids out.
My cabinets had dead bugs in them, the one above the fridge was the worst one.
4.5
Comfortable and quiet. Nationwide software issue upon arrival and was handled well by staff. Resolved the next day. Walkable to shops and restaurants
4.5
We had a judge room, with nice kitchen, fully furnished. They respected our request for a quiet room. There were no problem with a parking. All stey was very comfortable.

While we fully understanding that even technology has faults and there is little that can be done by this, when we checked in the key pass machine was down. The Hotel was understaffed and due to the need to have someone escort each individual to their room, the front desk and door were unmanned. The area outside the hotel is not safe, but people were left waiting in the vestibule for someone from the front desk to let them in. Because it could take over 15 minutes to have someone available to escort you to the room, you were basically just left to hide in your room the entire first night. We did not get keys until the following morning. We could not use pool due to key issues. There are limited areas to eat in a safe walking distance. The 7 a.m. breakfast on Saturday made it impossible to take advantage of due to the fact we were there for a sports tournament and had to be at the RAC at 7. Why on earth would you make Saturday a later day. I have never stayed in a hotel in any large city where breakfast is not until 7. This was silly. Also, perhaps no dogs in the dining area. Again, staff was great, but there should have been some kind of compensation for the serious inconvenience of not having free access to our rooms and inability to use the amenities due to key access.
4.5
Loved the property especially the fact that you needed the card key to enter the building and use the elevator. No hot cocoa though since I don’t drink coffee bit the breakfast was amazing
4.5
The staff was friendly even with the air port shut down they understood and was very nice
4.5
Room was great but king sized bed was hard and made it difficult to sleep. I ended up sleeping on top of one of the pillows.
4.5
Good, quite well located, easy free parking around.
Free american style breakfast, pool on the 4th floor. Good choice in this area.

The hotel itself was lovely. The employees were great and helped. We were exhausted. Did contactless check in and out. It was nice. The area around it was sketchy.... lots of homeless people. We just wanted something near the airport. My kids wantes to run down and walk the dog but my husband said he saw 2 men fighting and yelling at each other. I guess hindsight, its what you get downtown. I was tired and not thinking. Woukd i book again? No. I was uncomfortable in the neighborhood, but the hotel was great. Had to pay extra for parking

Hot Tub was not working. Left an item at hotel, called daily for 3 days! Each time was told something different and someone will call back. We received NO calls back at ALL. Luckily when we were on our way back home we were going in a similar direction so we stopped by and picked it up. That is terrible that you can not even call to get an answer about a lost item and had to take up time daily to call and never have a resolution!

Loved it

Close to entertainment district

The hotel is really quiet and peaceful.

My family was returning home after a week of camping in Yellowstone and I had a lot of expensive gear attached to the roof of my vehicle preventing me from parking in the parking structure. After the police warned me that this might get stolen, Moana working at the front desk, offered to allow me to park right by the front door in the loading area overnight. As a result, we had no issues whatsoever and we’re very very grateful for her help!
4.5
The staff was excellent. They say there is free parking but that is only a partial truth. There is a very limited amount of street parking nearby and never once did we see an empty slot so we always had to pay to park in the garage. The mechanisms to open and close the garage often didn't work so it got very frustrating when cars start lining up behind you. The bed and couch mattresses were extremely firm to the point of being uncomfortable. It was very frustrating to not have housekeeping very often even though I asked for it. When I spend that much money on vacation I want to come back to a hotel room daily that's clean and has a freshly made bed and fresh towels. That's all part of the experience that guests expect but you don't find that here. The breakfast was good but it was pretty much the same thing every single day. The evening reception was limited to once per week and the pool was closed for renovation during the heat of the summer. This is the downtown location and there were many nearby homeless people. There is a nice variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance however.
4.5
They need to work on the air conditioning, insufficient for the summer season
4.5
The area is nice but there are too many unhoused individuals. At least they're peaceful, uniike Seattle where they can jump at you.
4.5
Nicely maintained property with friendly staff.
4.5
The room was nice, breakfast was good, location wasn't great.
4.5
Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing!
4.5
Great! I did leave my favorite pillow there, dang it!

Pool and hot tub were out of commission. I would not have booked this if I had know because we were working a trade show and after being on my feet for 12 hours I like to relax. Computer in the business center didn’t work. Told them but after three nights it still was not working. The manager seemed to treat us not as good because we booked through Expedia instead of directly. Also no hot chocolate for us non coffee people at this location. However breakfast was amazing.
4.5
Breakfast was excellent
4.5
Nice large and room with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed.
Includes sumptuous breakfast. Has underground parking @$10 per night.
Close to downtown attractions ( one mile from the temple square).
4.5
The hotel was very nice and the staff wasn’t bad. The only staff I didn’t like the Person at the registration. desk who is quite rude upon check-in, but nothing terrible. The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good. It would’ve been very good if it hadn’t been in the position in town it was there were homeless and obviously stoned individuals walking around and then we observe the clinic was right across the street, there was no way I was gonna walk anywhere on the street but if you don’t go outside, it’s nice
4.5
Property was clean and well kept. The doors and elevators were card key access only so you felt safe.
