It wasnt too bad, only bad part is the parking fee and almost all the elevators didnt even work
1.0 / 5.0
The bathtub drain was completely clogged so all the water just filled up in the tub. We let the front desk know twice on 2 separate days before someone addressed it. It only very slowly drained after. At non our keys quit working. We had one more item to grab from the room but they deactivate the keys exactly at noon. The housekeeper helped us and called security. We waited for over a half an hour. Then someone else walked by and called security again. We were then told we had to go down and get our own key. We walked by 3 security guys talking and laughing behind their desk. For whatever reason, there is an elevator attendant just taking up space sitting in a chair in the only 2 working elevators out of 6 total elevators we saw. They now charge 18.00 per night parking fee that was not announced to us. When we asked, the front desk couldn’t help us at all and said we had to scan some code in the garage which was a total nightmare. We will not stay there again. There was nothing pleasant about our stay in this hotel

Well, you have to pay for parking and called 3 times in 1 day for clean towels.

It was awfully taking so long time for check in process, and room has some mess from previous person, who stays at room?
1. Forgetting to flush the toilet
2. Quite several hairs remaining on a pillow

We got the Bunk bed suite. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is kinda weird. The elevators are operated manually, sometimes in service areas. Not a bad experience overall but the hotel needs work.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not recommend. Hotel fees are outrageous for getting nothing.

First...overall the stay was good as expected. Great location clean room, fun atmosphere. The great lady at the Southside Eatery was awesome every morning for coffee.
The not so good...the elevators were a problem but you managed them and the employees manning the elevators were all friendly
Room 831, the AC is very noisy ...had to shut it off to sleep
charging extra for a "strip view" when their is major, loud construction was ridicules.

Roomservice with out chair and glass is is not in ordning.

2 of 3 elevator banks have not been functional for years. An employee is assigned to operate the only working elevator that stops at numerous floors during each use

The hotel room was dirty. Bathroom had mold in the shower. The caulking on the sink was coming off. The bathroom door jamb was rotting and in disrepair. The sinks wouldn’t drain and there was NO hot water. The filter on the AC unit was falling off. The power strip for the lights was busted and a fire hazard. Only one service elevator was working. None of the hotel guest elevators were working. The lady at the front desk was rude when we asked for a bar of soap.

My stay was good, room was ok, had plenty of room. The building is older but hotel was nice, the casino was perfect for a smaller atmosphere. There is a table in the room which we didn’t have chairs for until the last day. Also had to ask for an ironing board cover.

Service is terrible, no deposit luggage service, charge $40+tax for earlier check-in. The hotel is older and only one elevator is working.

The worst nightmare. Fees for fridge and microwave. Ghost smoke detector system alert when none of us smoke. Supervisor didn’t help at all and I have to dispute this matter with my bank that was the option they gave me. Elevators not in service just the service elevator for everybody in the hotel.

Terrible!! Worst of the worst! This hotel should be demolished. Only 1 elevator working of 3 and was told it had been like this for weeks. The bathroom was disgusting, Mold in the shower and not a bar of soap for the sink. Pool closed, carpet in the room was old, dirty and worn out. Our friends had a room as well and it was just as bad. And they have the nerve to charge a resort fee of $50…for what?? We didn’t even want to take a shower, it was so bad.
I don’t think hotels.com should list this hotel on their site. The photos were totally deceiving. Don’t think I’ll use this site again.

Adding fees, destination charges, parking costs made this “cheap” motel, not cheap.
1.0 / 5.0
The room was not clean, the bathroom had black mold, brown ring around the tub, and pile of pubes on the floor. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Only one elevator working but only from the inside and a person had to sit in there and push the buttons. The elevator still sounded like it was on its last leg.
We did at least get moved to a different room that was only slightly better.
And it was a 300 deposit

This place is grungy, everything smells like smoke, only 1 elevator worked so plan on waiting at least 10mins to get up or down. The pool was closed, nothing worked. The shower was moldy and barely worked. I was charged an extra 15$ per day for use of fridge, was told it was upgraded suite. It wasnt. The resort fee of 45 a day is a joke bc where was the resort. 1/2 of the staff were nice the other 1/2 were rude and bot helpful. I stayed for a week bc of a conference held across the street- I felt gross walking around in there. It was cleaner on the strip! Multiple stains on everything, housekeeping didnt come once in 7 days & good luck getting help with that. The constant noise & smoke was just too much to handle.

Rooms were OK. Elevators not working, general property is a dump.

Filthy room, stains on bed, sheets weren’t changed, other people’s stuff left inside, dirty windows, broken cabinets, filthy hallways. Horrible place to stay.

You get what you pay for, cheap for Vegas and did the job. Only one lift was working during our stay so long waits for the lift. The stairs weren't any better by stopping on floor two whilst we were on 11. To be honest, I think the Tropicana which has been knocked down was in a better condition. The staff were excellent as were the beers in the sports bar, couldn't fault any of them. I don't like giving negative reviews but I have to on this occasion!!

I was charged a resort fee even though pool wasn’t open. That should have been advertised online and we would have stayed at a different hotel. We also requested house keeping for room with front desk and returned to a dirty room.
0.5 / 5.0
The rooms were filthy. No hot water. Yellow rings around the tub. Tub and sink did not drain. Only 1 elevator was qorking and there was no button for the elevator on the floor so we had to find another way out using the emergency stairs and exit. Was very strange and unco.fortable going down dark creepy hallways to find our way out!

Affordable and pleasant

Elevators were not fully functional, rooms need mini fridge and microwave. Hotel not very well kept. Price thru 3-party and location to the Strip was best of most.
0.5 / 5.0
Cleanliness wasn’t great stains on curtains tables etc. bathroom shower didn’t drain, elevator has an only 5 person per ride up policy so had to walk up & down 6 flights of stairs. $300 deposit fee, last time I was here it was only $100, ridiculous.

For starters only 1 elevator worked on the property so going from the 12th floor to the lobby was a nightmare. On 10/19 I went to my room and my key wouldn't work. I was told that I had checked out which was not true. They also said the room was under a "Rodriguez" which is not my last name. They told me Hotels.com messed up the reservation. Took me 35min tk get into my room again not knowing if my belongings were still in there since I was told they weren't sure. When I finally go in the room, 5 min later I got a knock on the door telling me if I was checking out now so they can clean the room. I said no and the lady looked upset.

This Hotel was absolutely disgusting. It’s Dirty, the bathroom was nasty, the tub was so filthy I would not have dared to step in it. The hallways smelled so horrible it almost made me vomit. It looks nothing like the pictures on it’s website

Long line to register, two staff only. Called housekeeping as the television was not working properly, never came. The elevator button on my floor was broken, had to go to another floor. Only one elevator was in working condition. Food offerings were lacking.
0.5 / 5.0
The hotel smelled disgusting were the rooms were at as if carpets needed to be pulled out and replaced, only 1 working elevator, rooms are extremely dated, no fridge, no microwave, NO COFFEE. No hot water, so too bad for your feet and back after hours of walking around. These are minimums if your being charged a 45.00 daily resort fee. Far from a resort type of hotel ..motel 6 down the street would of been better.

People were great, very friendly. Dawn at the bar always above and beyond. The room was poor quality. Toilet seat old and rusted and the toilet never stopped running. Sink poor drainage, shower very low water pressure. Sportsbook has a nice setup.
0.5 / 5.0
Only 1 elevator worked. Never answer the phone for housekeeping.
