Nice hotel and within a short walking distance from the city centre. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Some issues with condensation. We received a good service throughout our stay.
4.1
Booked as family of 4 sand the second bed was atrocious! Sofa bed with spring protruding everywhere and barely wider than a single bed. Also, the bathroom door offers zero privacy.

Was a lovely hotel to visit
4.1
Room was great, everything we needed, lovely & central, check in quick & parking although expensive was secure & onsite.
The only let down was breakfast, the whole experience was awful, I know it says included in the price which was a bonus these days but there is not enough room for the number of guests, we had to sit on a very low uncomfortable table in the bar area, the choice of food was limited, huge queues for the 2 coffee machines, no room to move, the second morning we went down at 7am to just get a table & have a more relaxing experience, much better idea but we really didn’t want to be up that early on holiday but couldn’t face another breakfast like we had the day before, only problem this day was the waitress, there were 2 of them, one arrived on shift about 7, quite obviously didn’t want to be there & stood to the side, arms folded & a face liked she had been slapped, then moaned loudly to her co worker about being there, someone complained that the milk was off in the churn, waitress didnt really care, poor woman had to ask for fresh milk for her coffee, the fruit juice on offer tasted like squash, no flavour whatsoever, I think the liquid breakfast stuff was out all night & not replenished, so breakfast needs attention, it either needs to be charged for to ease the amount of people arriving or up their game on what’s on offer, quality hotels can include breakfast but this hotel is not of that calibre.
Overall loved Liverpool, would not return to hotel.

Second time staying and still will stay again, lovely and welcoming staff.

Nice place

Quick check in and check out. Room very good. Location great, 5 minute walk to docks and 10 minutes to centre.
Car park under the hotel and reasonable price. Breakfast varied and well cooked. Very busy so need to reserve early.

Very good for short Stay
4.1
Comfortable, professional, easy to book, no hassle at all

Great location, good breakfast. However, when we returned to California yesterday we got an email from Enterprise stating we have been charge for a parking violation and will be charged an administrative fee of 35 BP
plus the fine! At checkout we were told all was good and the gate would open when the camera read our license plate, which it did!
4.1
All staff very helpful but breakfast area and food choice need sorting
4.1
Nice comfy bed clean room nice shower, hairdryer, air conditioning , within walking distance of the docks , shop’s attractions . Hot full breakfast was very good , parking easy at hotel at underground car park paid on hotel at £20 for 24hrs
4.1
Don’t pay extra for a superior room with a view. The view is of the building opposite! Go early for breakfast as items are not replenished when they run out. We stayed for two nights and both mornings there was no fruit, no orange juice, no meats and cheese (save for a few triangles of cheese). Otherwise this is a good hotel. Very convenient for the sights of Liverpool. Excellent parking under the hotel.

Location of this hotel was fine, however the beds in the room we stayed in which was a family room with a queen size bed and double bed were so hard and very uncomfortable unfortunately.
The breakfast was ok however not the best and unfortunately wouldn't stay here again.
4.1
Your staff were amazing. The sofa bed was uncomfortable with springs poking through. The same as the last stay at Liverpool
Airport. Please can this be fixed
4.1
It was an ordinary stay by the bamd of the hilton, at least expectations were better than travelodge or holiday inn express or similar.
4.1
A really nice hotel, staff were very friendly, very quiet location and on the docks. Not as central as the previous hotels I’ve stayed in but I like how quiet it was. I was allowed early check in and had a really great stay, breakfast was great and I would love to stay again :). Immaculately clean and the bed was super comfortable!

Great hotel staff excellent
Would stay again

The sliding door in our bedroom was broken and could not be moved leaving very little means to hang clothes in the wardrobe and no privacy in the bathroom. This was reported straightaway and we were assured it would be fixed but nothing was done.
4.1
Great location to meet the tour buses, get to the center of the city and all the cultural places and restaurants/pub, but mainly to be w/i minutes of the docks. BUT, in over 50 years of intl travel, I've never seen a hotel that could not provide a cup of coffee. Of the 5 days we were there ALL of their coffee machines were broken 3 of the 5, so no coffee for breakfast!!!!!! BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY WAS THE DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY DISHES THAT WERE MIXED IN WITH THE SAME STACKS WITH THE CLEAN CUPS, PLATES AND SILVERWARE!!!! Breads offered at breakfast were real cheap cheap stuff.
4.1
Really good stay overall , nice clean room great breakfast. Only let diown was that the coffee machines were not working .

The staff were universally friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a convenient position for Albert Dock and the walk into the city centre was not too bad. We decided to take a taxi back to the hotel from the city centre, as we were tired and that was not too expensive at £4.30. The room was quite compact but clean and the shower room was good. There was no view from the window as we would have needed a ladder to see out of it. The breakfast was OK but not much choice. I decided not to have the cooked breakfast after the first morning, as the scrambled egg was burnt and the bacon was either underdone or hard. There was not much choice on the evening menu but the staff were very helpful and we ordered a very good Indian meal from a local takeaway, using Just Eat. The room was not made up every day, but that was fine. On the plus side, there was a carpark underneath the hotel which was £20 a day but not many hotels had this facility. On the whole, this was a good place to stay, if you were on a budget and just wanted somewhere convenient to stay. There did not seem to be any local buses, so it was a case of walk or take a taxi.

We always stay here when attending anything at the arena

Staff were all excellent. However, lifts were not big enough for the size of hotel. One was broken, the working lift was needed for staff and guests because they don’t have a service lift.
Breakfast area wasn’t big enough and there was barely any food left when we arrived for breakfast. The hot drinks machines were out of order and needed to queue at the bar for breakfast drinks. Very disappointing for a Hilton brand hotel and not the price!
4.1
Staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The only problem was only one lift was working. Hotel in brilliant place for Liverpool Albert Docks
4.1
Great location. Very helpful staff and good comfy beds.
4.1
There was only one working lift for the entire hotel. It took forever to change floors. The coffee/tea machine was down most days as well...
The hotel was nice, clean, and in a good area. The staff was nice and professional as well.
4.1
The staff were excellent and my request for two rooms together was sorted without any problems. The only problem was only one lift was working causing a problem with the hotel having so many guests but overall a pleasant stay
4.1
Excellent staff. We managed to check in earlier as our room was ready on arrival. Car park is easy and very handy to use. Hotel is situated beside Albert Docks and easy stroll into city centre. Fantastic views from room. We were sailing to Belfast the next day very convenient for travelling to Birkenhead (signage to port in Birkenhead bit confusing - but obviously not related to the hotel). Breakfast was disappointing but I am not a fan of buffet breakfasts, catered for gluten free guests. Would stay again.
4.1
The hotel was clean and quiet. The location was excellent. The staff were ok. The breakfast options and the size of the dining area was a huge let down. There was nowhere to sit. They did not cater for special diets and it was chaos at every breakfast. It was very unpleasant.
4.1
Good value for money
4.1
The staff were all friendly and helpful from check in, through the dining (breakfast) experience to check out. Only criticism is the crowded nature of the self-service breakfast area. Otherwise all good. Location is very good.
4.1
Rooms were clean and easy check in parking not bad, but breakfast a bit manic not a lot of space for size of hotel with guests of this size, and no structure people walking in every direction with hot food
4.1
Poor reception staff
4.1
Nice and clean atmosphere, very courteous and friendly staff.
4.1
Nice hotel, convenient to Albert Dock. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Clean rooms. All you need for a few days in this wonderful city.
4.1
Breakfast was disappointing, tables not properly cleared or cleaned after previous customers had used it prior to. The room we stayed in was very clean though (no 323).
4.1
Great hotel. staff was helpful and friendly i got there early staff went above and beyond and let me check in earlier then normal time. room was amazing nice sofa to chill out on mattress abit hard for me but still slept well breakfast was nice splendid coffee
4.1
Went to check in and the lady behind the desk was very welcoming me and my partner asked for the best places to go in liverpool she happily directed us to the baltic market and what a fantastic recommendation that was. Went to the room and they had given us a bigger room than we expected all staff were happy to help. The only issue we had was the blind in the room didnt work but as we wernt there for long this didnt bother us.
4.1
All systems were down at the time of check in.
Breakfast the worst I have had in along time. stick to cold stuff.
received a PCN for hotel parking even after paying at reception machine at the hotel reception after checking with staff. Called the hotel and spoke to staff manager - someone called Danny. Answered after bit of waiting. He was extremely unhelpful. After I explained that I had made the payment as instructed by the counter staff, he said not their problem. Rude and started arguing and blaming me. The guy had no idea of customer service and works in hospitality.
