We arrived early so had paid for the night before no room was ready.

For $400+ minimum AUD a night at this 5 star hotel, details should be perfect. There were 3 of us on my booking but there were only 2 towels in our room. The phone in the room didn’t work as well so couldn’t call for more towels or room service. No one gave us the tour of our hotel, to show us where all the facilities are. We weren’t even advised if we had wifi in our room or laundry options. I’ve stayed at quite a few nice hotels in Samoa & this has to be my least favourite. Service should be the best thing about any hotel, especially a 5 star hotel. We got put in a room all the way in back near an industrial site which gave off 3 star motel vibes. Our rooms are only accessible by stairs as well, no elevator.

i booked a room with a view but upon arrival was told the room was being remodeled. Although I got an Upgrade to a huge ensuite, the bathroom was dirty with brown smear on the bidet control and i got bugbites in the morning.

The check-in process was terrible. We had to wait, and when we were finally given a room, the TV wasn’t working, and the phone was out of order as well. Despite these issues, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience, even though I had paid for a fully serviced room with amenities that weren’t available. Overall, it was very disappointing.

While the property looked amazing and the room while clean did not have a working TV, phone, shower head was loose, water was cut off for a few hours.
I was confused on the morning of check out to get a knock at door at 8am to confirm I was checking out when 11 am is check out. However staff were lovely and gracious, luckily I was only there for short visit. Otherwise I would have asked for another room.

Pool under construction, only one restaurant. Rooms average - doors wouldn’t close, TV & phone did not work and no mini bar. Only saving grace was the lovely staff. The rate did not reflect the standard of the hotel

The stay was so amazing this was the first family holiday we done and we loved every part of it, the resort was amazing the people were great, thank you so much to the team for helping us with a our babies while we’re there, a special mention to the Manager Kirk, to the from desk team and also the restaurant staff Ioana, Theresa & Sisi. Massive thank you to the ladies who pampered us in the spa they made us feel so special. We will definitely be back again

The staff as always were Super friendly. This is the 2nd stay me and my family have had here. And they never disappoint. It was unfortunate our original room wasn’t available due to renovations. We were then upgraded to a bungalow. Probably wise of them to inform us prior to checking in via phone call.

We visited during the COVID-19 lockdown in Samoa which meant that hotel services were sparse. While the room was still great, we were really disappointed in the availability (and cost!) of food options and ate most of our meals away from the hotel. We also had the housekeeping walk in on us without knocking which was a bit embarrassing. She did apologize, but for what we paid to stay at this hotel - and to support them during a time of slow business - I was actually quite disappointed. There are many other options for higher end hotels in Apia and I’ll probably choose another next time.

It was immaculate and our garden fale was gorgeous and so quiet! Loved the pool but the bar there was never staffed, and we would often have to ask people three or four times for pool towels and things like that.

The only complaint i have staying here is that i wish i stayed here longer than one night!!! From the service, to the food and to the rooms; everything was excellent. Breakfast was amazing as there were soo many options to choose from and more importantly delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here

This is the best hotel in Apia, very convenient for meetings in the city and close to the best restaurants. The structure is fully renewed and has several comforts. However, the hotel has some gaps in terms of cleanliness of the common areas and some issues with insects in the rooms. Additionally, the kitchen should review their menus and provide a higher quality of courses. As of today, the proposed food is not at a very high level. They should upgrade the management of these topics and ensure that the quality of hotel is maintained high.

After living in Samoa for 3 years and returning after 2 i was very pleased to see the improvements in service food and rooms esp post flood. Well done!

A wonderful place with two great swimming pools and a great breakfast. They had just opened after having to close after the flooding. All visible damages now repaired. Friendly staff and comfortable beds. A bit expensive however.

From the minute you step onto the property, the staff is there to assist you with anything and everything. Everyone was so sweet and helpful and sometimes came out of nowhere to assist. The pool was a pleasant experience, clean, warm and towels provided. We enjoyed our one night stay in the hotel and the revamped property looks wonderful.

Fantastic staff, great service, nice bathroom and lovely restaurant. There is live music at dinner time which is lovely. It's a very nice hotel. The downside is there is no view and the beach outside the hotel is not nice. When I arrived in the afternoon, they were playing Bon Jovi at the pool area. Since there is no sea view, I wish they played Samoan music to make the atmosphere. The water in the pool didn't look clean especially in by the pool bar. Paddles and Home Cafe are in walking distance.
