We stayed only one night so our review should be read within this context. We moved from the Sherwood Residence to the Sherwood Suites, sister facilities next to one another. The transfer was very smooth, including luggage transfer, and staff from both sides were in perfect sync in their coordination. The room and lobby were exceptionally clean, modern and well-designed in functionality, the look-and-feel just a hair shy of luxurious (we didn't get to look at the pool and gym) . It was a surprise and super convenient to have washer & dryer in our studio suite. The bellboy was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in pointing out details how thing worked, for example turning on the water heater and waiting for 15 minutes. While this feature may not be standard at typical hotels, I thought it was a good way to be eco-friendly (not having all water heaters on all the time) while preserving excellent customer experience (having your own water heater so you don't run out of hot water). Overall an excellent experience for a very reasonable price.

I am very grateful to the hotel staff who allowed me to check in early for free because my child was not feeling well. I was a little worried until I arrived because it was cost-effective for a 5-star rating, but I was satisfied with the quality and spaciousness of the room, which is more than enough. The hotel's restaurant is also delicious, and there is a convenience store in front of the hotel, which is convenient. It is a highly recommended hotel in terms of cost-effectiveness.

Our room was 10/10, so spacious and perfect for a family with teenagers traveling by together. Hotels in a great location and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Added bonus was being able to cool off in the pool after a busy day exploring.

Very clean, my room was an excellent size. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant downstairs was great for a coffee or a bite. I took grab everywhere and it was in a great location for that. Tho there were some little eateries within walking distance. Will stay there again!!

It was so amazing experience with Sherwood Suites during my travel in Hochiminh. All the staffs were so kind with warm smile. Also we enjoyed breakfast with delicious Pho everyday. Room condition was clean and there was no bug. There were good restaurants nearby hotel and location was near to reach district 1/4 and Ben thanh market. Another advantage is that we have kitchen in the room and cook food if we want. My overall experience about Sherwood Suites exceeded my expectation and I will consider to choose Sherwood Suites as my 1st option. Xin cám ơn! 👍

My husband and I stay here every time we visit Vietnam. We enjoy our hotel room and pool but most of all the hospitality of the entire staff. The staffs looking out for hotel guests safety. My sister stayed here last time with me and she loved it.

The staff were so accommodating and helpful. They took care of all the things we needed promptly. They helped us order food and receive things via Grab and brought them to our room. We had clothes made and expected them to be delivered only to not receive the items on time; They communicated with those stores to arrange for delivery and also had our packaged ship to Hanoi to our next hotel.

Stayed at their studio apartment for 3 nights and it was a great experience. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit was very clean. Was down with food poisoning and requested for extension of my stay. However, they were fully booked so I managed to book a room at their sister hotel instead. The staff was kind enough to arrange for early check in on my behalf and help to move my luggage to the sister hotel. Overall great service.
