The property was perfect for my short trip. Conveniently located, beautiful views, right near the beach. I highly recommend.

The room has all you need to relax after a day at the beach. The staff are super friendly and very responsive.
The little kitchen works very well, as does the fridge.
Bed is super comfy.
Good for early risers since the blinds are thin and you wake up to the sound of birds, which wasn’t an inconvenience for us since we like to make the most of our days at the beach.

Two stars for location and for staff trying to help. All the rest has a lot to be improved by owners. You may want to skip if you are looking for something more than just being close to the beach. I'm sure we will find something cleaned and with better amenities in another hotel for our our future trips.

Nice place. The restaurant under my room played their music pretty loud at times and you could hear everything that went on within the hotel. That is really my only complaint.

A clean, budget hotel close to the beach. Bed was comfortable, shower was cold, staff friendly. It reminded me of a hostel.

The “ocean view” was a view of a concrete pool at the neighboring property, where loud drills and power washers operated all day, making relaxation impossible. This hotel, like much in San Pancho, is overrated and overpriced — and overrun by foreign tourism that drives prices up and pushes out local people. The town of San Pancho was crowded with gringos and expensive boutique shops. The beach was overcrowded and unpleasant. San Pancho, I have heard, was once pleasant and “off the beaten path.” No more: like Tulum and other once-charming beach destinations, it’s been overrun by tourist hordes. Beating back stiff competition from Cozumel, this is the worst and most touristy place I’ve ever stayed in Mexico.

It was a good space to stay while exploring San Pancho.

This a truly great find. It is right next to the beach and the major restaurants. During season it might be a bit noisy but on this trip it was quiet. The staff is excellent, remembered our needs and offered us a choice of rooms. The value was outstanding. We are considering renting there for several months this coming year.
