Overall this hotel is very good.
Clean , comfortable and all amenities and equipments are available for customer.
Manners of staff are also very good.
Thank you for giving your good service.

Loved our stay in Tokyo. The hotel staff were very welcoming after a tiring journey lugging all our suitcases over from Osaka. They were always so polite and courteous and the room was perfect for our needs with all the kitchen facilities. Was a bit of a faff having to dig out the codes for the lift/room every time, but would much rather have that level of security than not. Tucked away off the main road, so was always nice and quiet, and having a supermarket literally over the road was perfect. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Japan.
4.7
Below average. Stayed on 9th floor and WiFi did not work well. I let the person at the front desk know and she told be it does not work well because we are on top floor and the WiFi signal is weak there.
4.7
I love that there’s a convenience store across the street of the hotel. The room is nice and clean. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. I wish there’s more food options around the area though.
4.7
Good quiet location within walking distance to Ginza and Tsukji market. Also 1 block to the subway

Staff is very helpful and helped us called a taxi for our departure. Room is spacious per Tokyo standard and very clean. Upper bunk bed is acceptable only, not so comfy.
4.7
I found a used toothpick under the bed. The manager came to me to apologize deeply and offered 5,000 JPY.
This place offers a relatively large room for family. It comes with laundry system in the room. However, communication with the staff is highly difficult. They do not have phone in the room so you have to go down to the lobby to request something. They barely speak English, so they normally show you a cell phone screen with a translator.
I visited this place twice and I had cleaning issues both times. First, I found lots of hair on the bed and extra bed sheets. The ceiling and the lamps were very dusty. The second time was the aforementioned toothpick.
4.7
Close to train station. Few close restaurants and grocery
4.7
Very decent replace to stay, but overall I felt it was a little overpriced.
4.7
Good, clean family apartment. Great base for seeing Tokyo.
4.7
Everything was good about the hotel. Our bathroom was a bit stinky. Perhaps one of the cleaners missed it but otherwise everything else was good.
4.7
We have family of 5, booked classic Japanese room which comes with 2 twin beds (side by side), 3 futon beds on the floor. We slept comfortably, room is clean, with laundry and dryer, which is very important for us. Hotel is located in very convenient location, few mins walk to two subway stations. There are several convenience stories. This hotel has made our Japan trip very pleasant, highly recommend to family travelers.

Too quiet
4.7
Very clean, close to Shintomicho station, but this station only has an elevator at the exit farthest from the hotel.
4.7
Very convenience location , quite area, walkable to Ginza a

This was a great hotel to stay. The staff were amazing and the area surrounding was quiet and safe.
4.7
The location is good.
4.7
I am 100% satisfying the hotel environment, it provide all equipment to live as a home, I can do laundry and dry up all my dirty clothes.
4.7
On first glance, room was very small. But it was cute. And had a washer/dryer combined unit. It’s not somewhere one would want to hang out in—nothing wrong with it but nothing too notable either apart from distinctly Japanese decor. But that’s fine since we didn’t go to Tokyo to stay in the room! The one thing we felt was not secure was that at all hours you could walk in through the main door and no one was behind the front desk for most of the night (for the times we were out there) and early morning. That felt a bit unsafe. We had no security incidents, but felt it would be better to have someone sitting behind the reception desk so long as the main door was open.
4.7
Positives: Train station is close by. Laundry in your room. Fridge & basic cooking
Air conditioning works!
Negatives: have to enter a 6 digit code to enter the elevator
No complimentary water bottles, tea or coffee. No additional pillows
4.7
Nice size room. Friendly staff. Rico’s across the street and 7-11 on the next block around the corner. Having a kitchen with a good size refrigerator and washer and dryer was nice. Washing machine detergent available for free in the main lobby. Lots of small eateries around hotel.
4.7
Room: 5 stars
It’s really nice to have a room where all your family can stay together s kitchen and dinning table etc Tatami room is always great to have people sit and start to fall asleep and leave them alone!
Location: 3.5 stars
Great to have grocery right there but nothing really around there, residential with few restaurants. Close to Tsukiji so wake up early and walk to go eat sushi in the morning at 7am (avoid Sun & Wed as fish market is close thus many stores are not open)
ONLY issue is that it’s not in Ginza even if the name has word Ginza.
4.7
This property was in a great location...close walk to train stations and shopping. There was a market across the street. Property was clean and quiet. Room was spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Having a washer/dryer was very helpful too.
4.7
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and modern and also roomy compared to other hotels
4.7
Our stay at MONday was fantastic, the facilities were great and the staff were extremely helpful and lovely. We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was the perfect spot to explore Tokyo from and really became our home away from home.
4.7
Great option for families of 3-4 persons. Rico’s market and 7-11 close by as well as the Shintomicho Metro Station. Rooms are cleaned every three days but they provide all the sheets and towels needed plus you can wash/dry clothes in the unit.
4.7
Outstanding staff
4.7
Room is comfortable and fully equipped with all items needed for short stay including mini kitchen and washer dryer unit in bathroom.
4.7
Hotel was located in a very convenient place with a convenience store right across from the hotel as well as a chain ramen place a block down. Additionally, it was close to the Tsukiji Fish market and other restaurants. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful when it came to finding a local pharmacy that open in the early morning hour as we need some fever medicine. Umbrella was availble to borrow if it rains as there were two days that rain while we were there.
4.7
Check-in fast, staff helpful.
4.7
The place is close to tsukiji station (6 min walk) and the market and Ginza. The property is clean and easy to check in even at midnight when we arrived. We are family of 6 so the place is small but sufficient. The nice surprise was the washer and dryer combo. They provide amenities like toothbrushes and combs for free.
4.7
Great for family stay with washing machine in room. Very functional little kitchen. Grocery store right across the street. There are a few local restaurants around, but a bit of walk to find coffee shops.
4.7
Location of hotel was convenient for getting around the city. There is a convenience store right beside the hotel and the subway was less than 5 min walk away. The superior family room was smaller than we expected for the price. Felt a bit cramped for 4 adults. However, it met our needs for a short stay (2 nights). The front desk staff seemed to have difficulty speaking English and were not particularly welcoming or friendly unlike other hotels we stayed at in Japan.
