Loved the hotel. The parking was weird but overall loved it!

Thought strange no bottled water in room or no safe in room

I had a 2 night solo stay and feel satisfied with the property! Convenient location to some of the restaurants!

This hotel room and the hotel itself is comfortable and pretty well kept up, much better than most in its price range. The area around it is a bit sketchy but the hotel felt secure

Pleased!!!

This hotel was OK but had issues. The first was simply finding a way to check in. There is no place to park while doing that, I ultimately wound up parking in the street. And the area is not good, which we discovered when trying to figure out how to get into the hotel to register (which really took some doing). The hotel has tons of security to reflect the location. For example, you needed your key to park in one of the gated areas (and they charge for parking beyond the room rates), you needed your key to get into the lobby, you needed your key again to get up the elevator, and then of course the key to get into your room. The room itself was extremely - extremely - spacious, a handicapped room as requested, but some - A$$hole decided to take a bit of the leg off the handicapped table. Which could have just been one of those things, not deliberate, until you found one of the legs had been taken off the transfer bench for the tub. And that some of the legs on the sectional where also wrapped and uneven. I think whoever did that hoped a handicapped person would fall and get injured. I don't blame the hotel for this, I think it was probably some jerk guest, but between these issues and the generally difficulty of just registering it was not a great stay. Not all negative, comfortable beds, and the staff was helpful and responsive.

Huge room with a city view. A/C works fine. Free transportation nearby. Central location allows for many exploration options.

Hotel is built like an armed camp for the neighborhood. Front door locked at all times. Garages poorly laid out, here and there, with gates that are clumsy to access. Staff is processing, not hospitality trained. All the warmth of a January day, in Alaska.
After a long drive from Utah to New Mexico, we pushed the comm button a couple of times to be admitted to the one door that lets people in and out. The desk clerk ground out our check-in like sausage.
We noticed that they had a bar/restaurant. We decided to get a drink. I ordered. My 23 year old kid came down. They asked for his ID. When they saw that he had a vertical ID, they acted like it was nuclear. Can’t serve you. State Law. He checked state law. Pulled it up. It says that all IDs are honored except NEW MEXICO vertical IDs. He politely showed the food manager that he was reading this. The manager refused to even look at the law, right off of the state sight. Said it was the GM’s call. I went to the front desk. The AGM came out, WITH a security guard in tow. She wouldn’t look at it either. Was “I’m not going to listen to a word” rude. Maybe they book a lot of thugs here. They manage for it.
Bad neighborhood. Sub-motel grade management. Not out of state friendly. Find another hotel.

Good, central location. Convenient for traveling & secured garage parking. Clean & modern room. There are good cafés options in walking distance as well.
4.5
The parking situation is a problem. The parking lots require that you drive into the lot and when there aren’t any spots available you have to back out into a tight alley!

Hotel is great. Not very safe neighborhood.

i was exhausted from traveling all day and found the guest parking at this hotel to be incredibly frustrating.

Very modern and very comfortable

The parking garage made my stay more safe

Very large rooms, good breakfast, great pillows but not so good beds ☹️
Sfaff is friendly but they need training.
Parking is confusing at first.

Clean and convenient

Wonderful, clean stay in a very central location. The gated parking included with the room was a nice touch.

The hotel was really nice! Clean, modern & well maintained. Our room was spacious and bright. The pillows are the best! The property feels very upscale. Would highly recommend.

Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Room was very clean. Hotel smelled great.

Really nice place to visit

Very nice. I like the safety feature you have to use a room key for the elevator.
Blinds in our room would not work so at night we had to clip the curtains together for privacy and also a very bright light from the street lamps.
REALLY like that we can utilize the parking garage, also safety gate.

Great. Easy check in. Room was clean.
Beds were comfortable.

The parking was so great and felt safe for our car

Nice clean hotel. However our room on the second floor might as well been bleacher seats at a drag race all night. I got up in the middle of the night to check if the windows were cracked open it was so loud. Unfortunately they weren’t and my wife and I had one of the worst nights of sleep ever at a hotel

The hotel was just what my volleyball team needed for this weekend. Clean, comfortable, and extremely close to the convention center for convenience.

The View!

Our only complaint is that the bed was too hard. The room was lovely, nice lobby, super friendly front desk staff (from Wisconsin!). Location is a bit on the edge of downtown.

Room was nice, bed comfortable, clean, check in was quick

The bathroom had toothpaste inside the sink and hair on the floor from the previous stay. The room next to us had a large dog that barked a lot so we didn't get much sleep and the people were loud so we were up late and up early this morning. Also, housekeeping started knocking on our door just after 9 am and checkout isn't until 11 so we felt rushed to leave. The only good thing was the parking garage was secure so we felt safe leaving our vehicle there and the location is convenient.
4.5
The staff were really great and friendly. The man that runs the restaurant, at least in the morning is great. The food in the hotel was better then the restaurants around the area.

Room was awesome. Parking system is a mess. Feels like your are more at risk of getting rob while trying to park. We could music playing all night at the area of the outdoor fire out. Even with no one there at 1am the music kept going. Room smelled of propane coming in from outdoor fire pit. Called the front desk she never answered, after several rings answered saying she was busy with a customer. Walked down to the front and worker was on her cell phone. Other than these barriers the room itself was great. Pillows were comfy and room was clean!

They advertise that they have airport shuttles but on the day if our departure did not have a shuttle..

Great location and very nice breakfast. Views from the rooftop was nice. Great customer service in the mornings at breakfast time.

Homeless people everywhere around the property. Had to drive across the street to park my vehicle.
4.5
Loud people up stairs but they were gone the next night

Easy check-in, high quality service, comfortable and clean room. Absolutely, I will come back and stay again.
