Nice clean room with kitchenette, including fridge and hot water kettle. Nice clean gym and easy to use laundry machines that took card. Easy to walk to cafes, shops, etc. Front desk could make drinks, but also a nice little shop down the street for liquors and drinks. Great walkable location.

Great staff - hip room layout may not be accessible for older guests (bed up against walls requires climbing over to get in!). Flatware at breakfast buffet not always clean.

September 19, 2024. First trip to Ireland so we were unaware of some of the accommodations in this country that are standard in America. Husband/wife/ teenage son. We had a king bed and a single pullout which took up the entire room. This room would be perfect for just a couple. Our son is small so the pull-out bed was ok for him but it would likely be too small for anyone over the age of 10. Overall the room was great. Very clean. It’s basically a studio apartment that was furnished with al the kitchen necessities you would need. There was also AC which was wonderful and another standard American amenity that we didn’t know would not be the case in the other hotels we booked this trip. Location was great. We walked all over Dublin and didn’t need to drive anywhere. Things that would have made it better would be a top sheet for the bed and thinner blanket or comforter as the AC would only go so low. Wash cloths in the bathroom would have been a plus as we do not use the plastic poofs or loofas that most people do I suppose and the shower only had gel bodywash. Parking was also not convenient as the car park was a few blocks away and the parking was additional. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend for anyone needing a longer term stay than one night.

We were very pleased with our visit to the StayCity Apart Hotel, Tivoli, Dublin. We had done the on line pre check in, which was easy. The staff at the desk was very accommodating and let us in our room a bit early. We had just arrived in Dublin after an overnight flight from the U.S. Consequently, we really appreciated the kindness of the staff. Our room and bath as well as the kitchenette were very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The overall vibe of the hotel is fresh and trendy. The breakfast option can be pre-booked or you can pay at point of service. We found the breakfast selection very good. The hotel is also within walking distance of many attractions. The only down side was our original room was booked to another before our arrival. We were then booked into another room which was fine with the exception that it had a handicapped bathroom which meant 60% of the shower space was occupied by a handicap shower chair. We were informed of the handicap shower chair before we went to the room. However, we had not realized how much of an obstacle the shower chair would create for us, for a handicapped person the bathroom was well done. I recommend this hotel if your planning a trip to Dublin.

Our family stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 single pullout couch. We weren't planning on being at the room much during the day as we had a lot of sightseeing planned. However we all got colds and ended up spending more time than we wanted there. It was small but if you're out and about, it's fine. The pullout beds were not the worst I've slept in. I actually slept pretty well. Our room was at the end of the hall and we never heard any other guests through the walls. The location was good, especially if buying a visitor's bus card. Local buses will get you everywhere you need in minutes if you aren't looking to walk your entire stay. The front staff ordered us a taxi for an early morning flight the night prior and taxi was on time. Otherwise, we didn't use any hotel services.

Very nice staff and gave us early check in which was wonderful. The room was comfortable but a bit tight for three. Parking down the street was $14 Euro so that was easy. Good location for exploring Dublin

Great stay at a very reasonable price considering the cost of other hotels in the area while the Coldplay concerts were on. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere in the bar and public area. Hotel room has everything you need and was very clean. Definitely recommend 👍

Our stay was just perfect. We were over from London for a couple of nights visiting family. The 24 hour reception was a real boon. This place has all the benefits of self catering AND of a hotel. Bar and pantry / shop downstairs. Excellent breakfast. Central location.

Great location for being directly adjacent and walking distance to all the activity but still quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with all of our questions and needs. The room itself was fairly basic but enough room to fit all three of us and give us what we needed.

Check in was quick, staff was very friendly throughout. I utilized laundry services (self serve), detergent pod provided at reception. Only street parking available - free from 1900-0700, however I had to wake up extra early to go pay for parking (3 hour max!), as well as multiple times throughout the day - this was very inconvenient as I did not find any parking garages within reasonable walking distance. A lot of amenities available for purchase from a self serve/pay shop - some items not available on menu. Suite was basically an apartment completed with stove top, microwave oven, fridge, dishes, cutlery, and cookware. Resonance walking distance from temple bar area.

We enjoyed our quick one night stay! Pros: - walkable to the Guinness storefront and other attractions - clean - maintained nicely Cons: - AC did not work for most of our stay - beds were not comfortable - no one greeted us at check in and we didn’t know where to go

The rooms, while small, have everything you could ever need. Very efficient use of space and very clean. The rooms are well insulated from outside sounds as well as hallway sounds. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Had full kitchen (soap,scrubber and dish towel provided). The frying pan was non stick and appeared brand new. Pull out beds were easy and comfortable. Bathroom modern and comparable to US sized shower stall. Bar sized fridge. About 15-20m walk to Trinity college. Felt safe but gentle were not out past 9-10pm! Laundry was easy. Tap to pay via CC.
