I stayed solo for Airecon conference and was great value. Might be a little crowded for two people

Great communication, really easy to find and only a short walk from centre of town. Very clean, lots of towels

The shower tap was a little fiddly but was fine once working. It is very cosy, but great value so that was fine for me

A great stay, but lacked necessaties

It’s was in a great location, only a 10-20 walk from shops, the train station and restaurants. It was fairly straightforward getting in and out. The room was good overall :) We appreciated the fully functional kitchen and storage, along with a large array of cutlery and kitchenware. The bathroom was also well stocked and we were pleased with the array of shampoos and shower gels.

The first problem we ran into was the lack of space for clothing. We were quite disappointed to see that there was no wardrobe or Chest of drawers for clothing so we were living out of our bags for the 4 nights we were there. Another issue we had was with the toilet as it kept blocking, despite not much paper being used. We were left to use local toilets until we unblocked it ourselves, with our own plunger as the room was not equipped with one. We also had trouble with the heating as it took several hours to heat up and we were left with wet towels in the morning and nights. The shower “door” was also quite loose, which resulted in a lot of water leaking onto the floor and around the sides. We thought it would be better if it had been a static door rather than moveable, as it was moving outwards as we were showering.

Good but better if the room had been cleaned.

The location was great. Very near the Town Center and easy to walk to.

Absolutely no human contact. Also, in an email the Maison Parfait group told me my room would be cleaned and I would be given clean towels and bedding once a week. I stayed for one month and this was "never" done. Not once:( I cleaned myself but it would have been nice if the floor had swept since there wasn't a broom.

Perfect room for couples

Lovely room in a large old building that has been divided into suites. Bed was so comfortable, we had a restful stay.

Nothing really. We didn’t see anyone else - which was perfect as we wanted a quiet weekend away.

Ideally located Stunning interior, very clean We’ll equipped with everything you need from toiletries to pots and pans Hosts were informative and responded to every question I had very quickly.

Nice place in great location

very nice room, great location close to big supermarket and the centre, and a very well equipped kitchen for self-catering, bathroom lovely and clean.

wifi wasn't great, so streaming (ie. Netflix, 4od) rarely worked well probably because people were all trying to do it at the same time. People upstairs from us were banging the door at 7:30 am and had an alarm on, and the ceiling was quite thin so we could hear them walking around (not the hotel's fault, just unfortunate)

Comfortable, home from home

Really comfortable bed and spacious room. They even kindly provided a travel cot at my last minute request! Really recommend :) lovely huge bath and fully stocked kitchen!

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable and it had a good coffee machine with some complimentary pods. The location is walking distance to Harrogate.

The apartment had a musty smell throughout, particularly in the main bathroom. The tap in the main bathroom was broken. There were only 3 towels for 4 people. The wooden floor was poorly fitted, gaps in places and very creaky and noisy. No dishcloth or tea towel. Issues with one of the shower controls and remote control for main TV. Cobwebs in the rooms and it had not been dusted in places. Overall tired, worn apartment, not good value for money. Disappointing.

Exceptional

What a great apartment for a break in Harrogate. The bed was huge and very comfortable The shower was probably one of the best we've had for a mini break Inside the apartment there was everything we needed and best of all it was very dog friendly ! From start to finish the customer service was easily the best we've experienced honestly we couldn't have been more impressed !!! The kitchenette was brilliant for what we needed and Dragon Villas is located in a great area especially if you have a dog ! It was really lovely sitting by the window just watching the world go by as we had breakfast or just a cuppa ! On that note the new kettle leaked when we first put it on but we contacted the staff and it was immediately rectified with a new kettle provided straightaway ! All in all this is one of the best little places we have stayed in and I would 100% recommend the place By the way if you go to visit Brimham Rocks & Fountains Abbey are places you must visit we had two awesome days out ! Great holiday & there was a bottle of Prosecco in the room for us !!!

The wi-fi was pretty slow but hey who wants to sit in a room on the internet or watching Netflix when there is so much to do in the local area ? The mantelpiece, under the bed & the bathroom tiles were a bit dusty too ? But again just a small issue !

Already planning my next visit - what a lovely weekend away at Dragon Villas

A faultless experience - all of the little touches that make a weekend away truly memorable, great communication ahead of the trip, one of the easiest check-in/out processes I have had lately, a great night's sleep, private and safe for a solo female traveller. I could go on!

Nothing. The only thing I didn't like about the trip this past weekend was the weather. There isn't much the team could do about that though - good job I had somewhere lux and comfortable to retreat to!

Nice place shame about the parking

The shower worked well. We were given a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a carton of milk. The bed was comfortable. There was a well equipped kitchenette. The room & en-suite bathroom were clean & tidy & the decor was in good order.

The parking arrangements whereby you had a 3 hour permit to be used between 9am & 6pm restricted to a once a day usage. No instructions for the oven & hob. The shower screen leaked where it seals to the bath so the floor continually got wet & bath mat became soaked after a few showers. Fixings of the 2 stools where loose/missing such that one of them nearly fell apart.

Ideal stay for me (and my dog!)

Perfect location for me as I was visiting friends who live VERY close by. Really great that I could stay with my dog and had everything I needed with a mini kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom and a place to work.

Only issue was the property I looked out onto is currently being developed so a bit noisy but would still stay again because of all the positives stated and it will be finished at some point!

Everything was just perfect. The place is conveniently located, very quiet and spotless. I couldn't be more satisfied. I spent two weeks in the Royal Suite, and I must say, it's just unbelievable. I will come back for sure.

I LOVE IT !. ( WILL COME BACK ).

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Everybody took superb care during my two-week stay. I recomiend Dragon Villas to anyone planning a visit to Harrogate. On top of eveything, IT'S A REAL PET FRIENDLY PLACE, and yet, SPOTLESS, QUIET and SILENT.
