Great stay, highly recommended

Breakfast was great, the room was very cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. We had a partial seaview as well. Staff and the owner were really nice and helpful.

Feeling like home

From the house to the owners, everything is a total 10/10. Anything you may need just ask and they kindly provide it to you. The rooms and the atmosphere really makes you feel you are at your own home with your people. Thanks a lot! Safe parking too!

Beautiful and pleasant place in center and close to all amenities.

Breakfast was fair and reasonable, fact that we are gluten intolerant makes it more difficult for hosts in a place like Lüderitz, we had our own supplies of critical foods. Would go to Wildhorses again, hosts are splendid people.

Would stay in separate outside rooms in future on a self catering basis. Inside the house sharing with the family is not everybody’s cup of tea. The hosts made it very easy though.

Die Lage und die Farben dieses B&B ist spektakulär

Wir hatten ein super Studio mit eigenem Balkon und Küchenzeile. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das komplette Studio ist von den Steckdosen her perfekt durchdacht. Wir hatten Ausblick auf die Stadt und konnten abends den Sonnenuntergang fotografieren. Der Besitzer ist Portugiese und absolut nett. Parken konnten wir direkt vor unserem Studio. Die Lage ist zentral, man ist ziemlich schnell direkt im Zentrum.

Wir haben das Frühstück dazu bestellt für 85 NAD pro Person, wobei das Frühstück nichs Besonderes war. Toast, Rührei mit einer Wurst, Tomate/Gurke, Mango/Orangen Saft, Kaffee.

Well done!

We booked an apartment named Kim which is a self catering apartment located outside the main building and has its own bathroom and balcony. Our stay was memorable and exceptional. The apartment was neat, we could see that the owner paid attention to detail. The lady owner was very sincere, friendly and helpful. In a nutshell the service we received was well above our expectations. Well done and keep it up!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a lovely apartment in Luderitz city and were absolutely delighted with our experience. From the moment we stepped in, we felt right at home. The apartment was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The panoramic views of the city and coastline from the apartment were a treat for the eyes every morning. Luderitz itself is a gem with its rich history, vibrant culture, and picturesque landscapes. We explored local eateries, took strolls along the beach, and visited historical landmarks—all of which were conveniently close to our accommodation. The host was extremely accommodating, always ensuring that we were comfortable and providing recommendations for local attractions. Their attention to detail and genuine care greatly enhanced our stay. We would love to return to this apartment on our next visit to Luderitz and highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to this beautiful city. To our gracious host, thank you for making our stay unforgettable. We hope to see you again soon

A good choice for visiting Luderitz

this is a solid place to stay in Luderitz, I stayed one night as got in earlier than expected. It is in a historic house, oozing with wood, very charming, shared bath with my room but I was the only one so had the bath to myself, very clean facilities. very quiet part of town, and Luderitz feels very safe to walk around. breakfast is good owner is very friendly Portuguese and will go out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. He can recommend a lot of attractions in the area.

Luderitz is cold and the house has no heat, and as I complained about this to the owner, he promptly went and got a portable heating unit for future guests, so future stays will be more pleasant.

Simply brilliant

If you are thinking of staying in Luderitz then this is a “gem” of a place. The studio unit was perfect, clean and presented beautifully. It had everything you need , a small kitchenette with hotplate, microwave, fridge and an assortment of cooking equipment. The balcony gives you an option to sit outside and enjoy those Namibian sunsets. The shower had the most wonderful shower head with strong pressure and hot water. The 2 “angels” who looked after us were a real delight and know how to give the best Namibian welcome. These 2 young ladies also know how to prepare the units for guests and are a credit to the establishment. Thanks ladies … we will be back!

Great place to stay.

The stay at wild horses was great. it felt like being in a family home. I was alone most of the time when we got back from work. very quiet and Jose really tries to make sure you have everything you need e.g. tea, water, anything. Receiving the keys upon arrival was also super easy, though we arrived at night. the host waited up. The ladies were exceptionally kind. I had a personal item that needed washing every morning and they assisted with no problems. The hotel is centrally located. The cleanliness is an absolute 10/10

Only one window would open, not so wide, and ventilation was needed in the room. I didnt like the breakfast much.

Enjoyable and recommended stay

The white sunny refreshing roo😀m against natural wooden floor with the beds with white and blue throw. The bathroom of excellent modern choice is breathtaking. The stairs is bit of challange for people with leg operation. The owner was friendly, helpful and recommended us to good restaurants and scenic points. His friendly personality brings the best out of you. The total package was a very good experience on top of good value for money.

Perfect b&b in perfect location

Everything. Especially Jose, the owner. He has rebuilt and decorated the whole compound, with a strong sense of geometry and simple elegance. I bright primary colours, and the main building is painted Mondrian style. The place is perfectly central - you can access everything worth it in 1 to 5 minutes. And Jose is very helpful and a mine of information. Very highly recommended
