The property sits high overlooking the ocean but the property needs a facelift. No one onsite in the office. Outdated furnishings, toilet overflowed, power outages made it inconvenient for us., so we had to leave after a long day of flying. We really need some of our money back.

Rooms was cleaned , the lady was really nice and helpful, and I loved the view.

Great hotel for the budget minded traveler! Property was nice and has super nice views! There is actually a small kitchen that does not appear to be advertised or pictured, but is an awesome feature! There appears to be 3 entrances to the hotel, but in all reality I think only one that is passible or drivable. It needs to be marked better or the unusable entrances blocked off. I found myself half way up the hill until I realized the old entrance was cluttered with fallen trees and sheets of tin metal. But, overall, they are super friendly there and the place is pretty awesome! I would stay again!

Quiet and breezy location with a nice view

This hotel was a great option for my budget trip. The rooms were of good quality and the property boasts a great view of the island. Convenient location and the host was so responsive. She even upgraded our room when our stove was out of gas. Keep in mind that this place does not have a generator, so blackouts may affect you. We experienced them only one day of our trip, but they are really short notice and at the whim of WAPA so the host has no control of this. She was great at communicating with us about it though. Last couple things to note, the driveway up has some potholes (but we managed with a compact car) and there is a rooster nearby that woke me up a couple mornings (might be a bother if you’re a light sleeper like me, if not, you’d be fine). Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you, Boundless Bliss!

Power kept going out everyday since Wednesday towards the last week of our stay. And they don’t have a pool or breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it’s cool place to vacation nice ass view of the city. Beside all that and ppl selling weed over there it’s nice place

The staff was very helpful. Be ready for power outages!! Overall my experience was great:) fantastic view, working tv and AC, clean, small kitchen included. It’s a little far to walk anywhere but the dollar safari comes right through and takes you to either side of the island so it’s convenient enough. I would recommend!

This property has a lot of potential, but it is completely abandoned. From the moment we walked into the office it was evident it has not been cleaned in weeks. The surroundings look totally uncared for. We had two rooms and one of them had trash on the floor from previous guest. Our room was not terrible but definitely not clean properly. The only thing nice about this property was the view. This property should be inspected by the health department and closed until it complies with the minimum cleanliness requirements. It should also be removed from Hotels.com listing until is cleaned and inspected.

This hotel is in a beautiful location and the views are spectacular. However there has not been any updates in a long time. The rooms and bathrooms were old but clean and the AC did work well.

The view was beautiful. AC didn’t work in one of our rooms, took many hours to get it repaired. Once it was repaired it didn’t cool because the windows were broken. There was a scheduled rolling blackout that nobody told us about and the generator didn’t work so we had no power from 8:30-10:30 pm and it was very hot! There was no shampoo in either room and no bath soap/body wash in one room. Windows were broken and 1 door didn’t have deadbolt. Front desk was not attended and had to call to speak to someone.

The view
4.0
The view was spectacular, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well. That said, the floor left our feet caked in black, multiple lights didn't work, there was a lack of bowls, silverwear and anything kitchen. There are exposed electrical wires all over the place as lamps have rusted away and are hanging loose. The yard is overgrown and there is a general lack of maintenance everywhere. The owners have grand plans for this facility but they need to address some immediate concerns that are really low-budget items. We won't stay here again.

The property is really amazing and staff is also pretty helpful. The view from the balcony was mind blowing.
The only problem is that there’s no restaurants near by for food delivery or dine in and I had to walk for 40 minutes to get to nearby convenience store to eat.

Lovely manager. A little out of the way so better to have a rental car.

Great view. Good location. Close to shopping

I would change the curtains and kitchen utilities. I found a cockroach in the bathtub and ceiling. Someone entered the room without my previous authorization.
In conclusion, I will not stay again nor recommend the place to someone.

We waited in the office for a long time, clerk was on phone, obviously a personal call. After being sure she knew we were there I finally knocked on the door and we could tell that irritated her. The view is amazing but the room is in need of updating.

None of the paintings were hung up on the wall, the mirrors and other decorative items. They were just sitting there as if the room was never finished being put together, the shower had hair in it from someone else along with left personal body wash. The desktops were dusty and around the hotel didn’t seem clean it was soot if broken items left. The patio furniture seemed abandoned as well filled with webs and dirt so you could t dit on it and the view of the ocean was covered by bushes and hedges.

Property was dirty, indicated that they were fully booked and there seems to be no one there, fowl scent while walking to reception area, lizard crap on window cills.it was just horibble

Our stay at Boundless Bliss was so disappointing that we left a day early and found another hotel to stay at even though we had pre-paid for our stay. The floors were so dirty we couldn't walk around without shoes. It seemed like they were using the room as a storage unit with extra furniture parts piled up in the closet and random pieces in the room with not enough space to walk around the beds. The toilet seat was old with the finish coming off of it, and there was hair from someone else all over the room. And, they didn't even bother to come clean the room/change towels etc. while we were out during the day. Oh, and one of our two beds had damp bedding, possibly from a rainy day before we checked in? And one of the sheets had fresh blood stains on it. We couldn't bear to stay the second night so we booked another hotel for our final night in St. Thomas.

Considering the price, it was okay, but don’t except much more. The beds are comfy and the view amazing.

Total false advertising!!! The place was dilapidated and we would not even stay there.

Your company allowed us to book a room that wasn't available.
We are on our anniversary vacation and had to spend hours searching for a different location.
We were charged for the booking and now have to wait to be reimbursed.
This situation is despicable.

I will say this property has a good view, it’s far away from a lot of things so you may need a car rental instead of using taxi. Also if you are late to your reservation they will give your room away but they will give you another room.

They did not have our room but made sure we got one at another hotel near by

Beware – this is a one star hotel, but not even that.
Also be aware, although they talk about the views it is in an inconvenient location that you will need hire car to get to anything interesting from.
There is also absolutely no facilities at this hotel. There’s no pool, no laundry, no restaurant.
In the morning, the water had run out so we could not have a shower or flush the toilet. And there weren’t any towels provided anyway.
The kitchen had a fridge, but nothing else except a stove, which was not plumbed in and did not work.
Also, there was no cups and a couple of mismatched plates only so it was not possible to heat up a meal or even have a cup of tea/coffee.
As soon as we checked in from the airport after our afternoon flight, all the hotel staff disappeared immediately and were still not there at 8:30 am in the morning the next day – so the “24 hour front desk” on the website is not correct.
Overall, the hotel is in and appallingly, poor state of repair and should not really be available for booking.

Hidden gem amongst the other super high-priced hotels around. Not walkable, (Could step it if you wanted to) but alot of places close by taxi downhill. The room was clean, nice bed, and surprisingly cozy and quiet with the bustling town just below. Patio area was large and had furniture to sit and chill outside in the perfect weather. Hostess was great and inviting, took care of all my immediately concerns. Love the property!

The property owner, Suzy, is wonderful!! She was so kind and helpful, and she even helped us to find the hotel when we first got to St. Thomas! We are very thankful to have gotten to know her!

Depending on the road you choose to get up to the hotel can be iffy. But the place is stunning with every patio/balcony having a view. Parking on site. No elevator.

I booked this hotel for the pool, breakfast and view! When arriving my family of 5, 2adults 3kids were late due to a plane delay. The manger was beyond in convened due to us checking in late. She told us she was unable to keep our reservation we would have to stay else where. Mind you it’s 10pm at night new place, not knowing anything about St. Thomas I literally started crying. Then she informs my husband and I that if we do choose to stay there that we would have to pay an additional $100 for each kid a day. That was NEVER stated anywhere! This hotel was nothing like the pictures, there was trash everywhere, overgrown weeds, and a very piss poor manager!

The hotel location provided excellent views but was not close to any amenities. The manager was responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The kitchen was functional with a gas hot plate; the cooking supplies varied between the rooms and were pretty worn. It was a nice place to stay.

Nothing like the photos. Had to book a last minute hotel as I am a pilot. Showed up and walked around trying to find somewhere to check in. Office was a patio on the side of the building. I get checked in and am told my room is under renovation currently. There’s things everywhere all over the front porch of the room. Pictures and mirrors on the floor in the room. The bathroom had no working hot water or fixtures on the wall. The handle to the shower was laying on the ground. I repeatedly told the owner/manager and she acted surprised like she didn’t know any of this.
In reality I was the only person staying at that hotel on a very busy Christmas/New Years time of year. She didn’t care she just wanted money. I couldn’t book another hotel as almost everything except the ritz Carlton was sold out and my boss is paying for the room so I was kinda stuck.
I found a few bumps on my back and arms after I got home, probably bed bugs.
My flight ended up leaving 2 days early. So I called and asked that we meet in the middle, refund me the last two days and I’ll just be on my way no issues. She said no , Good luck.
Avoid this property. If the property owner or manager had atleast offered to move me to a new unit or actually check in on me to see if it was ok and working maybe I wouldn’t write this review.
No ownership, responsibility or care for her work and I don’t think anyone should go there if you can help it.
The view was pretty nice tho

The one thing that I really enjoyed about this hotel was its location. Not only is it tucked away, but it also provides any excellent view of the harbor. It was obviously still undergoing renovation during my stay (understandingly), hence its appearance. However, i did not like the fact that of all the power outlets in the room, few actually supplied power. Hopefully, the renovation is completed soon, this is a hidden gem.
