Spacious house, bedrooms big, central location, huge garden

not enough seating for size of house. Poor cleaniless shower curtain was mouldy. Issues with water staying hot during shower\bath No hand towels or teatowels or basic utensils eg colander or wooden spoons. Could be doing with a general redecoration.

Very spacious, good location and a great large garden.

One shower working and even then it was very low and a fixed height. Anyone over 5 foot 2 needed to bend to get under the water. Walk in shower in the en suite had no shower hose and head so was not usable. Oven would not work and the decor was dated. Kitchen sink disposal was clogged and the dishwasher was dirty.

Great house for a large group. Child friendly house and garden. Kitchen needs a little more thought.

Plenty of space in house and large garden. Beds were comfy with spotless bedlinen. Soap in bathrooms and washing up liquid in kitchen were appreciated, plus tissues by each bed.

Kitchen could have been better equipped. Needs a cafetiere and more cutlery. Some of the less used cupboards and dishwasher could do with a clean

Spacious house, easily accessible

In desperate need of updating. Dishwasher defunct and smelt awful. Oven very slow to cook food. Poorly stocked kitchen - lacking in utensils, washing up bowl, no coffee mugs. Dining space only for six people.

lovely big garden, with plenty of space, good proximity to the city with a taxi. Really lovely neighbourhood.

only 1 shower working, so we had to use the bath in the other bathroom.

This property is large but definitely NOT Luxury!

The location was great and there was plenty of space.

Heating wasn't on and no instructions for anything, radiators turned off! Unable to change water temperature in en suit so water far too hot in shower Surveillance camera following us in garden Large camper taking up a lot of parking space Cobwebs and dust throughout property Light switches that were temperamental or didn't work Curtains that didn't close properly Not enough glasses/mugs for number of people staying Could not read Wifi code as worn away En suit bathroom very dated and uninviting Luxury is not a fair description

Hi, we were incredibly unsatisfied with the booking and felt like some things that were promised weren’t delivered. My family and friends arrived here Friday at 3pm and checked in. We had organised a nice weekend away to watch movies and have game nights however, once we arrived at the house we noticed the only TV available had been smashed and the screen was completely unusable. We were planning on using the TV to centre our game night around and have a good time. We were of course, unable to do this because we could not see anything on the TV. The screen was smashed to bits and it was even a hazard as there were pieces of glass/screen sticking out of it. We were not happy at all with this as the description on the booking on your website clearly states a flat screen TV would be available to use and we had planned to centre our night around it, we had brought gaming consoles from our homes in London which was a 2 hour drive just for this. Overall, this had completely ruined our night and we weren’t even able to source a replacement. It seems too much of a convenience that the TV was broken on Thursday night, if this was the case and the manager/owner of this property was aware of this on THURSDAY NIGHT, he should HAVE MADE US AWARE of this prior to arriving or should have made sufficient preparations. We are not satisfied at all and believe it would be in the best interest of yourselves to provide us with a refund

The house itself was absolutely incredible, a massive home that's got so much room and space for a big group of people. The house was qwerky and fun.

The only small details where that the showers were not very powerful, and our bed was springy, which was a bit uncomfortable.
