Absolutely wonderful ❤️

Beautiful room in a beautiful location. This was an exceptional accommodation. Myself and my daughter absolutely loved this place and it was a little walk from the canal. The room was stocked with a kettle, tea, coffee, milk and even pastries and jam for breakfast. The farm owner was very friendly, alongside the alpacas, horses and even the farm dogs were welcoming 😊

Mid week get away

Nice and quiet - lovley surroundings - a get away from it all - 2 night stay plenty long enough Founnd some local walks, and the Black Boy pub not too far away to walk too, and enjoy the canal Hosts made us feel very welcome We even saw the deer in the paddocks away from the stables

Driveway has a few nasty pot holes to drive over, even at 10 mph...... whilst a working stables, the fencing to the Alpaca enclosures could be made to look better

Really lovely set up in a very good location.

Really lovely set up in a very good location. Lamas, Ponies and friendly dog we walked with up the driveway. Will be using again.

The stay was lovely, but if i had to find something it would be better sound proofing as i could clearly hear the neighbours but ear plugs would make for a perfect stay.

Rural charm and first class comfort

Picturesque and peaceful location, room was simple but clean, comfortable and attractively decorated.

Liked everything but had we been staying longer than one night we might have found the limited cooking facilities a bit challenging.

A great location, peaceful countryside yet close to M6 and everything you need for the night away.

Fabulously easy to check in as good instructions and self check in. Green waste bin. Bath robes - although we didn’t get a chance to use.

Noisy water - woke me up when adjoining property used tap in the night.

Although the location is beautiful, the room is tiny. Literally was bumping into my partner. No we’re to out my laptop.

It was an ideal location to stay for our visit back to see friends.

Some items for breakfast were there for us, and tea and coffee facilities, together with a microwave, and fridge for our use. The location was very peaceful.

Couldn't control the heating, as the controller didn't seem to work,but, fortunately there was a fan that we used to help us get to sleep.

Lovely green farm space and good value for money!

Lovely rooms and farm space. Good value for money. The bigger rooms would have kitchen and a nice south facing patio which we might have gone for if staying longer. Nice green area all around. Quiet and peaceful. Nice complimentary pastries!

We were there on a Sunday evening and it was not easy to find places serving food at walking distance. Fairly limited take away delivery possibilities, so we had to drive out to eat.

I was not expecting such a nice peaceful location so close to the NEC

After a full day working at the NEC coming back to this quiet place away from all the noise and pollution was very welcoming. Waking up in the morning to see all the wildlife outside the country style split door was just what I needed.

Pleasant overnight stay

Liked the self-service check in as we ended up arriving later than planned and there was plenty of parking. Was very handy to have a small kitchen area for preparing light snacks.

Found the fridge in the room noisy and would have liked an extra shelf or table in the bathroom to place wash bags by the sink.

the location was excellent, convenient for the motorway and local facilities, the level of cleanliness was exceptional and far better value than local hotels, we would recommend Deer park farm highly

Beautiful setting, peaceful and great accommodation

The location and setting were stunning. Waking up to see the horses looking out of the stables was lovely. The room was snug but comfortable and well equipped, perfect for our stay. Wish we’d be staying for longer to fully enjoy it.
