Great value, good location

Staff was very attentive and eager to help solve any problem. Location was great-walking distance from many attractions and shops. We were able to get a 2 bedroom suite for our family at a reasonable price. Staff arranged a car to the airport after we had a bad experience with our arriving car.

Room had a smoky smell, but staff offered to change it. Rooms are a bit outdated.

Our room was nice and big and had a balcony which faced the road! Location was central in town!

A bit noisy due to to the road. The fridge doesn't stay on when room key is not inserted for power

Great location, sweet room and amazing staff.

Inspite of unbelievably affordable prices, they offer services well equivalent to that of any five star hotel you may have been to. The staff are not only informative but incredibly friendly. It is ideally located in the old quarter, near the night market and very close to the lake. There are only a handful of rooms, thus granting very personalized service. I would also suggest taking their delicious breakfast as they offer a variety of options. Hope this helps

We had a wonderful short trip. We will be back for sure.

This hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city. The room was extremely clean, spacious, practical and very pretty. The staff are exceptional available, helpful, accommodating, smiling, caring, and very knowledgeable organized excellent Halong Bay cruise and gave us all the necessary information to discover the city. Breakfast is very good and varied. We highly recommend!

A good value & location, very clean but not 4 star.

very clean and quite despite the hubbub on the street. wonderfully helpful and friendly staff- special kudos to Lucy.

this isn’t a 4 star property. it’s basic and priced accordingly but a relative good value with a convenient location in the Old Quarter. Breakfast is limited but certainly adequate. you can order eggs omelets etc and definitely try to tastey banana pancakes.

A very nice hotel located in the old town near the places of interest. Nice, clean and quiet room. Very warm welcome, smiling and helpful staff. I have excellent memories of this stay in Hanoi.

Top Hotel

Really good. We did not expect to enjoy such a wonderful stay. Beautiful room with all facilities, Western and Vietnamese breakfast, very centrally located. But for us the staff was the best : hospitable, super friendly, very concerned to answer and solve all your questions / problems. For example, a staff member accompanied us to the station when we booked Sapa tour with them. Great service.

Great location, warm staff, excellent service

We currently living in Sapa(northern Vietnam) and whenever we go to Hanoi I stay at this hotel. It really feels like going back home! ALL the staff is just amazing, really friendly and very efficient too. It is located on a charming little street, lined with trees and interesting shops, cafés and restaurants, very close to Hoan Kiem lake and many other sights. The rooms are very comfortable , nicely decorated and the breakfast buffet is superb (plus complimentary coffee/tea + kettle in the room). Can't wait to go back!!

We spend a majority of the year traveling for work and I have yet to find a staff that rivals the Vacanza Premier Hotel. The manager and his staff go above and beyond to ensure that everything from your arrival to departure are as easy as possible for you. The amenities, cleanliness, location are top notch. Looking forward to the next time we return!

We recently stayed at the Hanoi Vacanza Premier Hotel and was impressed by its prime location and fantastic facilities. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, making it easy to access popular tourist destinations and local restaurants. The facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Hanoi Vacanza Premier Hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. The combination of its great location and excellent facilities make it the perfect choice for a comfortable and convenient stay

The walls at the hotel are not soundproof, and one night I could hear my neighbors engaging in loud conversations and arguments.

The hotel overall was clean. LInen fresh. The staff were extremely helpful.. Breakfast is good. The location was great. Close enough by foot to busy Hoan Kiem, but the street which the hotel is on is quiet. Perfect.

Would definitely recommend.

100% recommended for those who are coming to Hanoi! Firstly, the hotel is conveniently located at the heart of the city, with easy access to all the famous places. Circle K is also right around the corner, so I was able to get snacks and drinks with ease. Even though it was in the heart of the city, I had no trouble sleeping and it wasn't too noisy at all. The room was just as it was pictured. The bed was clean and large, accompanied by an also large and clean bathroom. The terrace adds so much value to the room as I could enjoy the morning and evening breeze and really feel the city. Regarding service, I want to especially thank Tony and Tim. Tim is so great with communication. He helped me feel welcomed right away and was very responsive to my requests. Lien was always willing to help, and she even helped me talk to my tour guide instead of me in the local language and helped arrange the transport to the airport. Thank you for such an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend for all types of travelers

Staff are very accommodating and welcoming, even with last minute bookings. Room is clean and tidy, with comfy pillows and bedding. Would stay here next time we're in Hanoi.

It's a little small, but if you don't have too much stuff it should not be an issue.

A Superior room is big enough for a couple, stayed for few nights, It was new and so clean, toiletries changed every day. The staff was so friendly . The location is a bonus. For us it was so surprised at what we’ve seen this city. Nothing getting lost in the streets between different shops, street, vendors, food, colors and smells. Also try to cross streets without dying in the attempt with thousands of motorcycles circulating in all directions, really loved it. My hotel was there so it was perfect walking, buying gifts and eat in different, varied and economic options presented to you.

Netflix app on Smart TV but you need to have your own account to watch.

The most convenient location, with great service , very nice, clean rooms and friendly staff, we will not stay any where else when we come back Hanoi. For around $30 a night ,there is no better hotel in Hanoi
