Cleanest place we have stayed in a long time. Convenient location and the host was overly accommodating and responsive when we were frantically looking for a school book bag and computer that was left behind after our stay. Only issue is the code to get in the parking garage and elevator was wrong. We had to get the right code from someone else staying there.

Wonderful location, In walking distance to everything beautiful condo, up dated and well taken care of. Owner was very accommodating and answered text messages promptly! The property looks just like the photos. Floors could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. Plenty of towels and dishes. would have been nice to have a few coffee pods, Kleenex, extra trash bags & a more efficient ice maker. Overall I would 100% stay here again! Across the street from the Piggly Wiggly so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Our friends stayed 5 doors down and it was exact same floor plan and it was $1000 cheaper and was decorated just as nicely bathrooms could have been more modern but not enough for $1k difference.

This is a great location and a clean comfortable condo for 4 adults. I would suggest a new box spring under the queen bed. Extremely loud getting in and out of bed. We had a great stay!!

Fantastic trip! We loved the upgrades to the unit- fresh and bright, well appointed and you can’t beat the location. Short walk to the beach and across the street from Coligny. The owner, Jim, was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

Amazing location in Hilton head. 1/2 a block from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. One of the best experiences we’ve had renting on Vrbo.

Our stay was pleasant at this property, and we'd consider it again. However, it seems that the cleaning might be rushed between stays. There weren't any facial tissues, the master bedroom floors were slippery (perhaps a cleaner that wasn't suitable for the floor type), and some areas were quite dusty. I'd recommend a deeper cleaning, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This property was in an excellent location. Jim was amazing to work with! He allowed us to come a day early since we were driving and prorated it for us! He is also very quick to call/respond with any questions or concerns! The Villa was nice and spacious. The top bunk bed rail was not high enough to have my son sleep up there. The mattress is higher than the rail. There was some cosmetic things that need fixing/touched up. Walls, tiles, decorative items that were broken. Not sure how well cleaned it was since there was sand on the floor when we got there and the master shower floor was a tad dirty. A vacuum/mop would be helpful to guests for sure! The washer also needs cleaned with a slight mildew smell when opened. The other negative we experienced was the building fire alarm went off almost every night in the middle of the night, fire company had to turn it off. Other than the little cosmetic/cleanliness things, and the issues with the fire alarm the place is wonderful and so is Jim! Would stay there again!

Condo itself is very nice and so is the building. People who stay there are super friendly. Very quiet, lovely rooftop pool. Location can’t be beat. One block to the beach and across the street from all the stores and restaurants at Coligny. The only real downside is that the owner is MIA. We never heard from him since he took the reservation and we texted and emailed him with a question about checkout and never received a reply. As long as you don’t need him for anything it’s a great place to stay.

Amazing location- loved the upgraded renovations- wonderful kitchen. The only thing I would have liked to see would be an improvement in the sofa beds- they don't work well for my 6'5 son- and possibly a bigger sofa in the living room- But other than that everything was great- we will definitely be back- great rental!

Close to the beach...3 min walk...great location...secured parking.....all of our food options were less than a 15 minute from there. Extremely clean and comfortable. Just hate my Packers loss to the Bills on Sunday night Football. Already told owner we will be back. The wife was very happy

Condo is located across the street from Coligny Plaza where there are several restaurants, a Piggly Wiggly, ice cream and shops. Quick walk to the beach and a pool also available. Condo is beautifully decorated and was comfortable for my family of four to stay. It was nice to have beach chairs available to save room won what we packed for the beach trip. I would recommend this location to anyone checking out HHI!

We stayed at the property for nearly a week this summer. The property is very well appointed and we didn't have any issues with our family of 8! The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, the multiple ice cream shops located right across the street, and the easy access to the beach. The kitchen was definitely an upgrade from the standard VRBO rental and had everything we needed for the meals we decided to cook in. The property is very conveniently located next to Coligny Plaza which has a Piggly Wiggly, Liquor store, and tons of shops in addition to being a short 5 minute walk to public beach access. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hilton Head. Highly recommend!

This home needs an extensive amount of updates. Almost all the furniture on the home looks as if good will wouldn’t even take It . It was so disappointing especially given the price point on It . Everything needs updated. The pool area even needed It . The chairs were flimsy and most that u could lay on were completely broken . The whole experience just was not amazing . I would encourage anyone looking to rent this home to choose another home .

This was a great condo and the location was perfect! We would consider it again for another vacation and would recommend to a friend. The only complaints I have were that the condo was not ready when we arrived to enter at 4:00, they were still cleaning. It was pouring outside so we had to just wait in the garage. I felt like the cleaning was rushed. It was clean enough but there were wrappers and dust under the furniture. And the sink in the master bathroom would not drain properly. Overall, it checked all the boxes we were looking for- access to the beach, biking, restaurants, and shopping.

The villa was exactly as advertised. Super cute and close to everything we needed. We were able to walk everywhere which was nice. Master sink was clogged but certainly didn’t ruin our trip. Definitely would recommend this villa. The porch was great to enjoy morning coffee.

The property location is ideal - and this unit especially since it is positioned away from the plaza. Love the upscale decor and amenities - the perfect space to hang as a family when we weren’t out and about on the island. The owner was super responsive to my inquiries both before the trip and at check in. We hope to book again next year!!

We have stayed in Hilton Head many times but we will be using this property again! The location is perfect, allowing you to walk to everything. The place was bright, sunny and well maintained. It had everything you could need and more. Highly recommend it to anyone!

We loved our stay at North Forest Beach. We could walk everywhere from a grocery store, to the beach and numerous pubs and restaurants. Only time we drove our car was to check out some other areas on the island. Jim’s bar was one of our favorite places after being at the beach all afternoon. Communication with the manager was never a problem - very easy to work with. We will definitely book this property again when we get back to Hilton Head-real soon I hope.

We loved our stay at Jim’s condo. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and worked great for 4 of us comfortably! The patio is nice with an outdoor table and seating area. There is a large dining table for group dinners and game nights. The beds are decently comfortable, but most things squeak due to being close to the sea. Unfortunately the dishwasher broke and we didn’t have enough correspondence so we just hand washed and hand dried everything ourselves which was a bit of a scramble at the end of the trip. However, it was overall very lovely and SUCH and awesome location just two blocks from the beach and walking distance to everything! Don’t feel like the hiccups were technically the owners fault other than I wish we had a little quicker responding time. But I would definitely recommend!
