The property was a perfect fit for our needs as we attended a conference at the nearby Gaylord Opryland, thanks!

The location of this resort is incredible. We were able to explore Opryland, Opry Mills, downtown and the Grand Ole Opry. It was a wonderful mid-week get away and we would highly recommend this property.

After checking in, I was told to stop by the concierge desk to get wristbands. At that time the Concierge on duty told me that as part of the VRBO booking, I was required to book a Timeshare appointment. I was also told that I was required to put in a deposit or $40. No where in the listing did it state this requirement. Severe in town for my daughter’s golf even. The event conflicted with the appointment that I was “required” to book. So obviously we could not make the appointment and were charged $40. The resort was fine but there is no chance that I would have bought into the Wyndham resort property anyway. The resort, although clean was dated and in need of updating. Again, it was fine and served the purpose. I just don’t like getting lied to about this alleged requirement. As well as getting clipped for $40.

Far from downtown, the shuttle was always late picking up.
Expensive shuttle, I wouldn’t stay here again

The property is very clean and the outside has been recently renovated and patios redone. There is a wasp nests forming on our patio and due to one of us having severe allergies, we weren't able to enjoy that part of the condo. The condo has been clearly freshly painted and is clean. However, the mattresses are HORRIBLE. All of ours had well worn dips and the one that was in the two double bed room that was further from the door has a DEEP dip that you could fall into rolling over on the bed. They all really need to be replaced. On the plus side, the sleeper sofa was comfortable. All of the furniture is very dated and old and worn along with the carpeting that is worn in a lot of places and splitting. The cabinetry is so old that some doors won't even close and the paint is very fainted. The sinks and showers clearly are original to the property too. The kitchen is well supplied and all the dishes, etc. are nice. The insulation to the floor above is awful. It sounded like elephants were above us when anyone walked and we were woken several times in the early morning. The washer works well, but the dryer takes almost 2 hours to dry a regular size batch of clothes. Water pressure in the showers is great. The pool area was very nice with entertainment. The shuttle ended up being a bust. While it seems like a good deal, we learned that for a group of 4 it's actually cheaper to Uber and a lot less crowded. A+location

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was just like it was advertised. Great location, spacious and well kept. Staff was very friendly. We will certainly stay there again when we visit Nashville in the future.

This was a nice property, I would stay there again. As it states it's a time share - I didn't think they were pushy which was nice.
It was great that they had food trucks in the parking lot each day, nice pool. Great shuttle that take you to downtown and runs all day.

This property is very convenient if you’re visiting Nashville. It’s close to the Opry and there’s very minimal traffic in the area.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Basic needs were met although we could’ve used an extra roll of toilet paper and had some questions regarding checkout and it took 5 tries at different times of the day to get ahold of anyone by phone. Overall the unit was clean but it is very run down. It’s like they hired a kindergartner to paint some areas and caulk around the toilet. Baseboards are pulling away from walls and filled with dirt and dust. There was mold around the bathroom shower vent and corners of shower. Bed was comfortable but sheets felt like sandpaper. Also the heating system seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Either super hot or cold. We had to use the EM setting to force it to heat a couple of days. Grounds were clean, parking was adequate, and they bring a couple food trucks in on the weekends. Very close to the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills shopping and Opryland Resort which is cool to walk through even if you’re not a guest.

Spacious accommodations. Well equipped. The only confusing thing was that every communication called the complex by a different name and listed a different ownership connection. I began to be concerned that I would wind up with no reservation at all & spent too much time cross-checking.

My family & I came stayed here for the weekend and we had an amazing time. The guest service was exceptional and everyone was friendly. The front desk staff welcomed us and made it feel safe and secured. This location is fairly close to everything including downtown which is 12 mins away. We will definitely come back to stay again! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The place was exactly what we needed. Was nice having separate places to sleep along with a living room and kitchen to spend time in. Local places to eat and shop without having to pay for parking. The shuttle was extremely convenient when we ventured downtown at night.

The property was a great location to the Grand Ole Opry and an easy trip to downtown Nashville. The condo was as described in the online listing and had the basics but was much more like a hotel than other fully equipped properties we have stayed in. Worked for us since we did not plan much cooking. Check-in staff were professional. The mattresses were fabulous!

Very happy with the accommodations and location. Did not realize they would try to push a sales pitch on me while I was there. Did not sign up for that. Would stay here again

We are a family of 6 and the 2 bedroom unit accommodated us perfectly. We loved the space it offered and the location to all amenities. We enjoyed the various coffee trucks that would be outside each morning.

Great place to stay while in Nashville, very close to Opy Mills and the Grand Ole Opry and not too far from Broadway. Felt like a safe quiet location to relax in after a long day of being out and about. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay, layout was great for my family. My teen girls were able to have thier space. Check in took longer than expected due to it being a time share, and they tried pressuring us into sitting through their meeting. Other than that it was a great stay.

Overall, we had a great week! The condo was nice but the sales people do not back off easily. At check in the guy was very pushy.
My husband finally said to them “listen, there isn’t a nicer way of me saying this, we are not interested.”
Two days later another saleswoman calls us at the condo to try to sell us a timeshare!
The resort itself was wonderful with multiple pools, a park and basketball hoops!
It was a quiet and relaxing environment.
The drive to downtown Nashville was easy and less than 10 minutes.
2.5
Nothing but great things to say about the resort and staff. We had a great time. Close to the Mills Mall and plenty of restaurants, even during Covid restrictions. Not too far from downtown, we went to Broadway every day. The only negative was the sales pitch at check-in.

Nice spot. Only problem we had was the oven glass blew out while cooking. The staff was great and brought a replacement. I would stay again.
