Almost everything! Beautiful hotel,very nice room! See below

Smoke detectors in sleeping area flashed every ten seconds keep us up most of the night…for this reason I would not stay here again! Such a shame because almost everything else was stellar!

the self parking arrangement....no way of getting to your car, without dragging luggage around 4 flights in a ramp. Not to mention dragging it up that incline to the self parking ramp. kinda ruined our experience

Great stay for baseball, casino & friends…

This was the perfect location for us to enjoy baseball at PNC Park and some casino time… nice to have dining options… decent breakfast included… nice big modern rooms with awesome lighting… friendly staff… very clean…

Adequate and average.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was good for exploring Pittsburgh. The hotel was clean.

The quality of the breakfast food was poor. The self serve parking access was inconvenient. A loud fan in the hotel ductwork ran all night with no way to turn it down.

It was good overall.

The hotel was easy to find. Very nice inside. I loved the doors to the back patio/walkway by the river.

It’s inconvenient to walk through the casino to get to and from the car/carry luggage. I did notice some staining on my pillow/sheets that I assume was someone’s foundation. I hope they were stains and not just the sheets from the last person in the room. The breakfast was okay, not great.

It was nice - wish we had the river suite view. The front desk was not accommodating.

The location is amazing and the food, casino, rooms and views are amazing, The property is so clean as well.

We wanted to upgrade to a suite which was showing on the website but the front desk would not allow as we booked through booking. I offered to pay more or rebook, but it was a no. The room we go was nice but felt you missed out on money and making us happy. This is our second stay in 4 months and we plan on coming more. Will book through your site from now on. But it appeared sold out when we were looking.

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und passt nicht zum Hotel. Leider gab es Housekeeping nur auf Anfrage.

Great hotel

Great location, valet and breakfast are included, and the casino is steps away. The staff are all already great.

The worst part was the mediocre breakfast but I mean it's free so who cares, if they'd the worst part I'd say thats pretty awesome.

Very nice accommodations and casino but I prefer a place where there are other things to do either very close by or with

Room was large and very clean. Wheelhouse food was delicious and extremely large portions.

There’s nothing to do but gamble… would be nice if there were shops or some other activities when you need a break from gambling.

Clean and comfortable but the first floor is smelly.

The rooms were very tidy, spacious, and had a great view of the river. I loved how modern the shower was. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were unsupportive and uncomfortable.

The first floor of the hotel smelled like cigarettes because it was wafting in from the casino. The smell lingered in my hair and clothes simply from walking through to get to the elevators.

Fun evening out!

The room was clean, plenty of towels, and the bed was comfortable. Great location with restaurants in walking distance. Attached to the casino. Included valet parking and breakfast. All of the employees were nice.

A little pricey when you look at other hotels in the same area.

convenient for us and clean...

location and "view" was nice. friendly front desk staff... good for us to attend a Pens game,.. we took a "lyft" to a from PPG Paints Arena just so we could be swiftly take to and from... wed suggest doing same

didnt like the noisy shower drain pan as the shower dripped down on to it... annoying... the smoke alarm strobed lit up the room (as per other reviews) but I just pulled covers over my head... the rhetoric from the cleaning girl in the hallway as we checked-in to our room was unnecessary, "...my back hurts from doing beds all morning..." she had ear buds in didnt know if she was talking to us or talking to someone else on her phone....it was like she was complaining to us to get a bigger tip or to make us feel bad we dont know....we left a tip at checkout...mingled in the casino a bit... no gamblers at all... we parked for free then took elevator up to 4th floor garage to our vehicle from the casino and didnt have to go out in the cold but too load luggage in our vehicle in in the sub-20 degree temps...

Everything wa excellent over all & I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was good, the room was great & the hospitality was excellent. The valet service was great!!!

The room service stopped @ 8:30 PM so i was a little disappointed in that.

A nice modern hotel near the center of Pittsburgh

The breakfast was good, and the view from the room's window was good (the Ohio River). The room was clean and nicely decorated. The walk-in shower was great.

We chose to park ourselves to not have to pay for valet parking. The free parking was fine, but to enter the hotel, you have to walk through the casino.

Breakfast was delicious, the bed was very comfortable.

No coffe in room- you need to go to the front desk. Comforter on bed was very thin- there is an extra blanket in the closet.

Good location and staff. Too expensive for what you get though.

Cleanliness was great! Location, staff and breakfast were good as well. The decor in all areas was classy and well put together.

No shuttle service, no coffee pots in the rooms, and the bright blinking light on the ceiling kept us awake. The toilet paper was thin and hard. They told us they do not put coffee pots in room due to Covid. Hundreds of people touching the coffee levers and the buffet in the lobby are ok? Doesn’t make sense. Having to drag your bags through the casino to check in is very inconvenient as well.

Brand new hotel! Really awesome location adjacent to the casino. The valet service with the breakfast and the super comfortable room is this a 5+ for me!

Didn't stay and never will again

Paid for a room that I wasn't given access to. Staff wasn't helpful and the manager or person acting as manager was even less help. No wonder staff is rude if manager are
