Great experience! Friendly staff, very responsive to requests. Hotel was very clean, as was the room. Breakfast bar was excellent, but the nicest touch was the free S'more kit they gave us at check-in so we could make them at the outdoor firepit area. Very cool!

Terrible sleep! Save your money. Hard pillows, mattress slides off the platform thus creating a shin banger for your leg in the frame. We stayed in a poolside room and got to see strobe lights in our room until 11, and all the noise from the pool making it very hard to sleep with the hard mattress and pillows. Paid 17$ for cold, undercooked breakfast. Features “movie night” at the pool- not true. Played old school cartoons on repeat all weekend. Not sure why the resort fee. Nothing special and poor nights sleep.

Very clean and updated.

Very nice facility but description says breakfast is included and it was not. We also requested a Mountain View room but windows were dirty and we were given a bottom floor room with trees and the fire pit area directly outside the window blocking the view. The bed and pillows are not the most comfortable that we’ve slept on.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, close to everything I wanted to do.

Great place to stay, especially if had children with you. Nice game room and pool with movie screen. Outdoor area with fire pits to relax and even make s’mores. Room was very clean. Front desk attendant, Daniel, is top notch. He’s super friendly and informative.

Staff was very attentive. I loved the free Starbucks machine in the lobby! Tea, coffee, hot chocolate was great early in the morning or evening after venturing out in town.

This is an older property and it shows. It has a strange configuration. You use one entrance to register and use another entrance to come and go. The second entrance is a poor entrance as it is too small.
The breakfast is a joke. Seventeen bucks for a breakfast bar that is free in other hotels. Clearly not worth the money.
The only reason to stay here is location to Estes Park. The location is very good. Beyond that there is no good reason to stay there.

It was so quiet, fun and convenient. We were up there for a horse show and it was so close we could walk, it was also so close to a lot of food places and it was close to town. Overall I would definitely come back.

Jeff at reception was great! Helped me solve an issue with the booking company. Restaurant staff not so much. More worried about getting out of their early than customer service.

Overall it was a good experience!

The hotel cleanliness was very poor. There was trash in different places and outside the establishment.
Also, the binoculars did were not available and the game room has a leak in the roof.
The room cleanliness was not adequate as well over dust and trash under the drawers.

This hotel is terribly outdated. The rooms look like they have not changed since the 80s. The pool was nice and the restaurant was good, otherwise would rate this lower.
5.0
The property is extremely run down & requires major face lift & upgrading all the rooms. Also having major power issues with electrical infrastructure!
We had to move into 3 different rooms, because of these issues!
We would never stay there again!

Very nice hotel! My son loved the walking stivk and the smores pack!

Great location in Estes Park

The location is great for access to the RMNP. The condition of the property however is below what you would expect from this brand. The hallways and common areas are beat up and dirty - especially in the pet friendly wing. The rooms are about the same. The building is old and in need of a rehab. The firepits are a nice touch outside. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they make up for much of the property's shortcomings.

Only stayed for the night. We were going to Rocky Mountain state and it was close to the park entrance. Beware hidden fees. Price was stated $220 after taxes and resort fee it was over $300. We only stayed for about 7 hrs so we could get into the park before there timed entry started for the day. So most expensive nap I’ve taken in a while. Also no elevator which for the price seems unreasonable.

We absolutely loved this hotels convenient location to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park! It was clean and the pool side movie was fun. The bed and pillows however were incredibly uncomfortable!

The room was clean and comfortable. It is old property. The online listing does not mention $15 amenities fees. However, the fees was charged upon check in. The high room charge should have included this fees. It is unfair practice. Other than everything was nice and comfortable.

Only thing I was not pleased with is the check in time of 4 pm. Most hotels are 3.

Very good hotel with Starbucks coffee in it for free.

Stay there for four days however never had housekeeping come in had to go down to get my clean towels. The amenities they provided were broken and had to get them switched out. The food was OK but Holiday Inn usually you were provided some breakfast accommodations but this one did not, the best options were they provided water for you to drink as much as you needed

Hotel was great. Restaurant onsite was good. Staff was great. “Kids eat free” passes were nice. S’mores kits and fireworks from the parking lot were great. We walked to laundromat, downtown, stores and restaurants. Indoor pool was still freezing but neat painted wall and cartoons playing. Main elevator was “fixed” the day we got there but had a mind of its own and was “broken” the next day.

We are older and needed a cart to get our suitcases and other items into the room. Our room was on the backside of the hotel and no carts anywhere.
Staff - Daniel was very professional and very friendly. He did an excellent job.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, room was nice, was a nice location easy to get to town. Elevator was out did make for a long walk hauling luggage to and from the room. Also used to free breakfast at Holiday Inn stays so was surprised at the extra cost for Breakfast.

I appreciate that you are dog friendly. The room we booked was a suite and was very roomy. The night we arrived the elevator had broken down we needed help to get our luggage to our 4th floor room the person the front desk sent was very unhelpful my husband and I (in our 70’s)had to help him with the luggage rack uphill to an outside entrance to another elevator.Once in the room we realized the 2 main lamps did not work we had the maintenance man up to the room and replaced one but never came back with the other, making the room very dark. Then at 2 in the morning the air conditioner started making loud rattling noises making it impossible to sleep,I called the front desk and they couldn’t get any one till the next day.The coffee machine in the lobby was broken out of service two of the times we tried to use it,the housekeeping staff kept leaving us decaf coffee so we ended up having to go to the Starbucks in town. The property itself looks in need of updating. The doggie run had trash scattered about the grass was mostly dry weeds and rocky, the trash bin was overflowing with trash I am sure it was never emptied the whole time we were there. We will never book at a Holiday Inn again we have too many other choices.

The hotel was purchased by Holiday Inn after we had made our reservation. The building is a little older but it seems to have received some updating on the inside. There is no breakfast included with this facility, but there is restaurant attached with expensive offerings. The room was cramped, though it was clean and functional.

Needs updating! Ants in room

Great hotel, love the location and they have fire pits , and free s'mores kits lol , just wish it was a little cheaper more expensive on a Monday night than a Sunday night difference of 80$
