Just a simple hotel. Beds overly soft. Not enough pillow. Key card kept not working, had to go back and forth to the office. Door wouldn't open at all. Had to have staff come address the problem. When I checked out I was not given a copy of my final charges. Still messaging with the hotel for said copy. No luck yet!

Dirty room, walls fading and melting like wet cardboard. Dirty shower and bathtub. The AC was making loud noise the whole night and there was nobody in the hotel to solve the problem. Lobby closed at night not allowing the guest to wait for transportation inside during the night bringing a feeling of insecurity. Not a good experience

The hotel is outdated, the room was clean, I couldn’t find how to get hot water in the bathtub . I was disappointed at the fact that my reservation was for 4 and there were only two towels in the room.

Hotel is really bad condition and very old property ligt broken in room. I didn’t left that night because was late and tire and have a flight early. The conditions of this hotel is very questionable. Compare with the location at Daytona.

TV screen was cracked, dusty, bathroom door cracked, sink bowl holder was cracked in the middle danger of falling and hurting someone. Appliances hair dryer rusty and the coffee maker was dirty inside and fridge was full of old ice and was not able to use the freezer hotel needs lots of improvement updates

57 years old worst experience in my life found a mice in the trap mold in the room sink stopped up I had to switch three different rooms and I was only there from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 in the morning three different rooms

When we got to the place and he gave us the key the key won't work to the door that we originally have for the hotel so I have to walk back to the front and he met me at the door it wouldn't work so he had to give me a whole another room. Then when I walk into the room the sheets were dirty the bathroom was dirty the tub was dirty and so I asked him to bring us some more sheets and when he bring me more sheets the sheets was dirty still terrible service room is dirty

I booked this property for showering before my flight since its close to airport. First thing the shower doesn’t work!! I had to show video in reception so they could change my room. The area and room looks really cheap, walls and furniture were visibly dirty. Beware they ask for a $100 deposit cash and refund after going to check the room I was in for 1 hour.

The clerk would not let me check in until 3pm, i needed the room for a few hours rest that morning. He was rude and made me go outside the lobby and he locked the doors. He put me outside at 1am in a not good area of OBT, instead of allowing me to make other arrangements inside where i was safe

Really rude men that run the hotel. They charge you an additional $5.00 fee when you arrive for booking online thru Expedia or hotels.com, etc. they charge you $100 upfront and refund it 5 days later. Property is old and not the cleanest. Said that they didn’t shuttle anymore to the airport due to Covid but Covid restrictions have been up for a year. Not a nice part of town. Pictures are misleading.

The attention is very bad, the facilities look super neglected the rooms were organized but the bathroom was stained the bathtub, they never cleaned my room, really more I never stayed in a hotel of these or to spend a night there are hotels at the same price in better conditions

The experience was very bad, starting because the receptionist is a person with a bad attitude, he charged my card twice and never gave an explanation, plus I had already paid for my stay through Expedia, he charged me again, and I also tried to contact with Expedia and they didn't help me either, I mean I basically paid 3 times the cost of the room and I still haven't gotten a response. The rooms are in poor condition with the bathroom dirty and they do not clean or change the towels. I would not return to this place and I would not recommend this place either.

Upon arrival I was told by the staff to leave a $100 deposit for damages. The room had holes in the wall the toilet was wobbly and clogged, the locks did not lock and the facets in the bathroom just fell off when touched. I felt like we were set up to pay the 100😕

I go like 3 or 4 times a year and allways stay here. The check in and check out good, the workers are allways helpful. I hade an awesome week.

Rooms were infested with bed bugs, got bitten. Hotel staff was not very interested in customer service. Reception closes and trying to relate to the front desk is near impossible

The maid left the AC at 60 degrees, so like an ice box, though largely empty they gave me a room facing the Florida turnpike, super loud truck noise, roaches, toilet seat held on by one bolt, had to fix the drapes by standing on a chair if you wanted them to close since both ends were off the track, maybe someone from management should visit their rooms sometime and see what guests see
