Nice hotel, small but all we needed. Very clean which was great.
Two downfalls-king bed was two twins pushed together
Windows did not keep sound out at all, sounded like we were outside all night.

Terrible bed comfort
Bad window isolation. The cold come inside

Amazing location! Right off the silver metro line with direct train to and from Dulles airport. Great customer service- shout out to Kim and the other gentleman with her. Could not have asked for a better more convenient and comfortable stay. Thank you!

Perfect for my requirements .

The room was tiny and cramped, however clean. EXTREMELY noisy so don't expect a good night's rest at this overpriced hotel, you can hear everything both in the hallways and whatever is happening outside in the streets. At a minimum they should offer foam plugs instead of telling you it's close to the white house and therefore it justifies the noise. Crappy "Gym" on a floor that has No A/C and looks like a murder trap. The staff isn't friendly and welcoming, just there to do their job so you can be on your way. Tiny, cramped lobby. Water machine in the lounge is broken. The worst part is that there are plenty of chain hotels nearby (i.e Moxy, Hilton) that cost less and would've been a better experience instead of this crappy hotel that pretends to be high-end. NEVER staying here again. When discussing grievances about an uncomfortable night's stay, front desk and manager were rude, and only after arguing with me did they offer to refund me a very small percentage of what I paid...even with the refund the amount paid was still not worth it. Very unprofessional staff.

Fabulous location but room was very small & the one small window looked out onto a brick wall. The amenities were limited.

It’s a good hotel close to the national mall monuments and museums. We stay there 2 times. One night we stayed the problem was Hotel near the seat of government and it’s really not a neighborhood where people mingle and there’s lots of restaurants we couldn’t find a restaurant the first night we walked about 45 minutes and we couldn’t find anything open. We had to rely on DoorDash. The second stay at the hotel a week later we had a full day and a half we found some good restaurants and it was much better. But don’t expect anything close to be open at 10 o’clock at night if you’re hungry. The staff was friendly and accommodating. That night I woke up and could hear the next door room’s guest listening to his TV very loud at 3 o’clock in the morning I called the front desk and a few minutes later it was quiet thank goodness. In conclusion it was a good stay beds were comfortable close to the national mall if you want to visit that which we did on the second day. Next time we are in D.C. we will definitely stay at this hotel. A note the METRO stops just around the corner and from Reagan International airport it’s only a three dollar trip and it takes about 20 to 25 minutes as opposed to 20-25 minutes and a $25 or $30 Uber or Lyft ride.

Uninspired hotel and service. Room dated. Despite a request for room service it was never answered.

Hotel is located right next to the Farragut West Metro station. And Farragut North station is only a block away. The museums are just a few stops away, less than 10 minute ride. The Tatte Bakery less than a block away has great food and prices. 7Eleven also nearby. Not a lot of other restaurants within walking distance but most everything is a quick Uber ride or a metro ride away. Hotel itself is a bit dated. Shower is very small but great water pressure and shower head. Nespresso machine in the room, complimentary filtered water station, and espresso machine in the lounge. Outside noise is constant and quite loud. Not great if you’re a light sleeper. A no frills hotel but it’s definitely convenient if you need to ride the metro.

The hotel is very mimimal, definitely for a bare bones business trip. Good central location. Room was very small but fine for my purpose. It was clean and housekeeping was good. No food or drink except water and ice. The room had fhe smell of cigarette smoke but it went away.
4.4
Staff at front desk was amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had a couple hiccups that they figured out quickly even saving us money in the process. Will definitely stay there again for a future trip.

This was the second time me amd my wife have stayed at the Club Quarters Washington DC. And I must say it was awesome great service, friendly staff, smooth check in and out and the hotel is within walking distance of most sites of interest.

Close to main attractions

Fantastic location. Easy check-in and check-out - all digital and someone is there to help (and all the staff were super nice!). Interior is worn down. Musty musk but it was muggy. Walls are thin and there’s a weird cave-type entrance that connects two rooms. So if you have a neighbour it gets really really loud when they enter/exit or have someone knock at their door. Fantastic location.

Great stay but noisy night.
The position is excellent and I surely will stay again but….. I hope not to forget the earplugs!
45 dB continuous noise in the room during the night surely do not facilitate sleep.

These hotel is excelent I recommend 100%

Convenient location, clean room and comfortable bed. Didn't spend much time in the room.

Everything was good. My only coments are about the size of the rooms (too small) and there is no restaurant in the hotel. The buckets for the ice are not very clean

I was very disappointed with the service I received, firstly the room I returned was not what I was given, the child, the incompetent staff, etc.

Very nice hotel and wonderful position!!

Location is great!! Metro station is right down stairs and lots of dining options. Great views through our room window.

I loved how close we were from the White House. The subway entrance was next to the hospital which was very convenient. The restaurants around the hospital were so worth it. I’d stay here again.

parking is horrendous :)
breakfast would be nice
everything was super clean - and the staff were amazing!

Parking was a disaster. Hotel may want to include parking instructions and where to park when patrons book room. Air conditioning went out and it was very hot outside so that was unacceptable! Hotel needs serious renovation and is outdated. The value/price for what I paid was too high!
4.4
Room was nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable. Nice bathroom, and I loved that the TV had casting options. The staff were very thorough during check-in which was convenient. Location is amazing for sightseeing around the DC area!
4.4
Not nice rooms

The metro station is right next to the hotel, so you can get to all the main sights quickly. Rooms are a bit noisy and some have a view of a very narrow backyard.
4.4
It was such an amazing stay. The woman at check in was so nice and helpful. She even gave us ideas as to where to eat and also locations of interest nearby. The room was nice and clean and the complimentary chilled water was amazing. We didn’t try the second floor until right before we checked out and loved it. It was a great stay. We felt safe and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Metro and Bus right there
3 blocks from the White House.
Easy check in.
Great value.

The room was small but the details were wonderful.

service was good overall but some of the youer staff seemed to be a little out of it, for example when we arrived the receptionist starred at us than starred back at her computer as if it felt like what are you guys doing here, like i don't know maybe checking in for our stay that we had booked months in advance, room cleaning service was good but the first day it was cleaned they didn't add coffee pods or cups after we had used ours and we had to ask for some from the receptionist in the lobby on our way back, and i know normally i never had an issue like that at any hotel in the past. but overall not sure if i would want to stay there again
