The Diamond room was very spacious and had all the amenities: keurig, fridge, wine glasses and opener, complementary water bottles. I really enjoyed how close it was to downtown, our room was in the back so it wasn’t too noisy. I also enjoyed the free breakfast beverages and entrees at the Roastery. Busters BBQ was next door and delicious! I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the Jacuzzi tub! comfortable king-sized bed with nice sheets/bedding. Used the nice robes. Good towels. spacious room, nice little porch, easy access to room via stairs at the back off the parking area. Updated large flat TV. Super clean and clearly sanitary. Nice location with ample parking. Easy access to the town’s main street area either walking or very short drive. Felt safe and private here. Only wish that there was a door on either the large open bathroom or at least the toilet for privacy. Also some mirror positions gave views into toilet area, we had to stay in areas with no views for partner’s privacy. But this was manageable for a couple of days & nights. We would stay here again.

Some construction was being done at time of stay. Roons were not sound proofed, I could clearly hear the conversations below our room, Nice room with porch, Main facility was a little awkward due to covid regulations Overall a great experience. Dining within walking distance. Best to call for dining as several place's stated hours were not correct.Very limited place to eat for breakfast during the week.

Check in was very simple. The owners of the inn sent me a text with info on where to pick up my key. The Inn is upstairs, about 3 rooms. We stayed in the Diamond room. It was quite spacious and even had a cute balcony with 2 seats and a table. The bathroom and bed room are connected, no door. Only weird thing was you can see the bed from the toilet. Also, occasionally to figure out where the lights are. Bathroom was very clean, 2 sinks. Extra towels. A hot tub for 2. Robes. Had L’occitane shampoo/conditioner/soap. A heater in the bathroom, very useful for a cold night/morning. Complimentary cold water in a fridge in the hallway. The room also had a tv. A wine bottle opener and 2 glasses. Only down side for us were the pillows were too fluffy/big, we ended up with neck pain after the first night. Otherwise, bed was big and comfy. I recommend.

When planning a trip to Calistoga, the Craftsman Inn is definitely the place to stay! This place has all the amenities of home from extra towels to tasty snacks, bottled water,refrigerators, face masks,eye masks and ear plugs. I stayed in the Spring Suite and it was in the back of the property so there wasn’t a lot of noise from the main road. It also has a patio that is nice for relaxing after a busy day. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay a welcoming and comfortable one!

We stayed in the Spring room which had it's own outside entrance & porch. The room was very cute. Loved the personal snack bags, chocolate treats in the fridge & the bag with masks, hand sanitizer & ear plugs. They have thought of many nice touches to make the stay fun during the pandemic. Loved that we could walk to eat & shop.

Arts and crafts cottage with beautiful attention to detail. Nice touches with wine in the afternoon, cookies and sherry in the room and a well prepared breakfast. I would suggest a body lotion and some cotton balls be include in the amenities!

We stay here whenever we go to Calistoga. This is more than a great place to stay. The hospitality includes wine, candy, cookies and fabulous food! The host is so friendly. If you cannot climb stairs (they are steep) be sure to ask for a first floor room.

No one there to meet at arrival or on departure. Breakfast? I asked for bread / toast and was told there isn’t any!!! Unbelievably poor service and price / quality extremely poor. And that’s without mentioning the disgraceful plumbing in the bathroom that is better not described. My worst review ever, and I have stayed in many places in the world!

Craftsman Inn was much more than we expected. Gillian contacted us on the checking day morning with the directions and just to see if we need an assistance. She met us with the keys and complimentary shuttle rides when we arrived.The whole house and our room, in particular, were great. Everything was clean and in working condition. Perfect location too, just by the main street going through business district. The breakfast were tasty and lavish, not to mention complimentary fine in the guest rooms. The are also convenient patios with the furniture where you can eat and relax. Thank you for a pleasant stay at your place Gillian!
