Klassiek hotel

Prima ligging tegenover station. Ruime kamer met goed bed. Prima handdoeken. Veel keus bij ontbijt.

Het gebruik van de douche in de badkuip is mij niet gelukt. Verlichting in de badkamer onvoldoende.

Location as it is near to public transport

We stayed for 5N/6D. Breakfast was same for all days.

Exceptional

Excellent location , opposite station and a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town. Good sized room with a table and chairs and kettle so ideal if you fancy eating in your room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Welcoming to my dog. Breakfast was good quality and a decent selection. ( you can have breakfast on the terrace if you are with a dog). I only stayed one night to break up a journey to italy but would like to come back and stay for longer.

Overall this hotel is the preferred location

Excellent location just in front of the Brig Train Station. Very big & comfortable room. Worth the money. sure to stay in again in the future when re visit brig again. very friendly & nice staff.

The localization is absolutely amazing. Just in front of the train station. Nice stuff. Good coffee. You need there a different adaptor to charge electronic devices, but you can get it in reception (for the time you need with a 10 euro/ CHF deposit). There are also good restaurant in the same building with a good food and nice personnel.

Could be more warm food in the breakfast presented (now only boiled eggs).

Good hotel ideal for station.

Great location for station, shops nearby. Good size room.

No accessible socket to plug in the kettle, had to balance it on radiator behind tv! Breakfast was nice but quite basic choices.

Directly opposite the railway station. Look no further

Tthis is a traditional swiss period hotel not ordered from a corporate textbook. My front room had a balcony overlooking the station square and tram/narrow gauge railway. This added colour but no noise. Best night's sleep i have had in a long time. Excellent continental breakfast. Lots of choice. The owner showed me how to make my swiss mobile charger work for my phone. Yes, I know it sounds simple but I could not get it to do so. Charming person on reception in the morning. I would not look anywhere else if I was stopping in Brig again. Be warned this is not a slick business hotel that could be anywhere in the world, it is a clean, comfortable, functional, helpful example of genuine Swiss hospitality.

Just one or two finishing touches such as a dab of paint on the bathroom radiator but that is being a bit picky. The instant hot water with decent pressure was far more important.

Nice choice in front of station

Location is excellent, right in front of train station. All staff is very polite with good English.

Electric plug is using type J. Type C can fit in though.

Lovely stay

I loved my stay at hotel Victoria. The staff were so nice and helpful! The hotel is right next to the train station and the main area with restaurants was a 2 min walk, so very central. The room was also extremely clean!

Fantastic location and lovely staff. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. Right beside the train station which was perfect when carrying ski gear. Our stay was brilliant we couldn’t fault it at all. The breakfast was perfect- fresh croissants and great coffee.

We loved everything about our stay.
