Lovely hosts; friendly, welcoming and kind. The whole B&B was very clean and we were more than satisfied with our room but, are grateful we opted for the ensuite room (our preference). We had a great breakfast that lasted us until our evening meal. We will most definitely be staying again, we had a wonderful time!

I only had a short stay,but I would definitely rebook.Very clean room with a comfortable bed,a very nice breakfast was served,and Graham was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for Blackpool north train station.

Myself and my partner stayed in this Bed and Breakfast while on a weekend break in Blackpool. The staff at the Bed and Breakfast were lovely and very accommodating. I booked a Standard Room on Expedia, and on arrival was disappointed to find that we had a shared Bathroom with one other room, something which is not clearly stating on the Expedia website when booking the room. Unfortunately the Bed and Breakfast was fully booked so we could not be moved, but the Staff were very apologetic and stated that if they could they would have moved us without a problem. The Bed and Breakfast is very reasonably priced, but you get what you pay for. The location is very close to party area of Blackpool so there was a lot of noise outside the Bed and Breakfast until the early hours of the Morning, and I got the feeling that the Bed and Breakfast catered more for people going to Blackpool for nights out, rather then a weekend away. All in all this is a standard Bed and Breakfast, it is clean, has a good Breakfast selection and very nice and friendly staff.

Hotel owner very welcoming, quick check in. Our family room was cosy but could do with redecorating, some wallpaper coming away from wall, mattresses were so uncomfy, springs were poking through mattresses, the double bed felt like it was on a slant. didnt sleep very well in the dble bed. some batteries in tv remote missing so kids could not watch tv. Unfortunately we could not use the shower along the landing as it only ran cold water ! Fantastic full cooked breakfast the following morning. Very handy hotel, central location. Approx 10 mins walk to the Tower.
