There are no words to describe this hotel! Seriously considered sleeping in our car. Luckily we only stayed 4 hours just to shut our eyes before using the shuttle. Do not stay here! Toilet wouldn’t flush which was the least of our concerns.

A bit jaded and dated. Clean and comfortable.

The rooms were dusty, and the double base was broken on the left side at bottom. There was an 18th birthday party that went on until 3am, the fire alarm kept going off at this time as people were smoking in their rooms, there was a stench of canabis on the second floor corridor. Some guests never considered others after 12am and were noisy in there rooms. Upon early check out at 0530am the night receptionist was room, when trying to complain, he just said put the keys in the box, good bye

Only booked here as website states is has a lift. My wife and I are disabled and were shocked when on arrival reception said 'no lift, but it's only one floor'. They offered to take our luggage up but for us having to negotiate stars over our 4 night stay was not very good at all. Oddly, there was a sign on the corridor directing you to a lift.... which was locked.

The hotel is directly on the sea front with ample parking at the rear.very friendly as let me park in car park before check in .

Bathroom was big. No plugs in sink or bath.
Toilet seat loose
No fire drill or emergency info on doors

Budget hotel, it is what it is.....
My sister's room had an actual slope in the room as it looked like the floor was collapsing!
4.0
Mushrooms and black mould growing on the walls. Hot water barely works, water pressure was awful and made to feel unwelcome by management. All in all avoid this place

The young lady on reception was a credit to the establishment.

We were happy with our stay. For £80 and our family for 1 night as a stopover before France it was fine. The decor isn't modern or flash so don't expect too much and water pressure in the taps was pretty awful in honesty. But the staff at check inn were nice and polite.

Bedroom very small.
Beautiful area .

Receptionist/Bar man was amazing, could not fault his service at all.
Bed was broken, dipped in the middle and left us both with a sore back the next morning, was meant to be a queen but it was definitely only a double. Shower was broken, attachment to turn off shower was faulty and I ended up very wet trying to switch it to the taps. Shower constantly leaking throughout the night. Bar could do with being a bit more stocked up, ran out of vodka.

Arrived at the hotel to a ply wood headboard on the bed very strange smells and generally dirty, booked a different hotel within 5 minuets of being there and left!

Very nice and quiet place for holidays with stunning view so the plus point for this place everything’s on walking distance and the hotel staff was very nice and friendly.
4.0
The bathroom needs updating - hardly any water pressure in our room. Had to ask for extra towels as only provided for one person. Bedding (valance) was ripped.
5.0
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Facilities Ok, old grand building but a bit outdated, anyway very good value for money considering budget range. Wonderful views, great location and very nice experience overall. Our little girls loved it.
6.0
Properties generally poorly maintained the room had a massively sloping floor.
Quite dirty.
Lots of stains and marks.
Needs a lot of money spent on it and some serious TLC
3.0
Very dated needs a good overhaul
Bedding was clean .
No table to make tea had to use the floor to boil kettle. Fireplace to make the tea.
Shower leaked needed to be taken off its rail an laid in the bath to stop the carpet getting soaked .
8.0
Showers had no holding mechanism. Everything else was good and great value for money

Hotels.com are not a good organisation that will rob you of your rewards nights and ignore your complaints.
2.0
No hot water and beds need replacing as a bit lumpy and springs in your back. Okay for a night but needs work.

Hotel would benefit from a bit of TLC. it’s tired and tatty. The breakfast was not great - no real healthy options.
It is what it is - considering it’s not expensive- you get what you pay for. It’s clean which is important and the bed was comfortable, so good value overall.

Basic, lacked any personality and creaky noise.
Location is fine and 24 hour access is good.

Close to seafront. Close to town centre. Walkable. Own free parking at the back (must register number plate)
Clean enough. Comfortable.
Nothing special but I would stay again

Toilet issues, took 30 minutes to refill, Took FOREVER to get hot water and water pressure in shower was AWFUL. It was like trying to shower in rain drizzle. No air conditioning. Door stuck and had to push down on door to get the lock to catch. They are currently renovating tho outside, but still have a long way to go inside.

Excellent location and free parking. Friendly staff. Price corresponds to the condition of the building. But our room was not clean. Also seems to be limited supply of hot water. Washing hair in cold water is no fun.
5.0
The room was spakling clean, excellent service, perfect location. It is not brand new, but overall - more than fair for the price! I would recommend for a nice sleepover and even longer stay if you don't look for luxury. Bars and restaurants nearby and really nice sea view.
