This is our 4rth stay at the hotel. The experience is consistently great and the food at Ginger resto cant be beat. Thank you.

Oh goodness, where to start...black-out curtains were ripped and hung pitifully, could hardly close them, the room smelled of mildew, the toilet tank was seriously leaking which prompted the tank to fill up every 9 minutes, shower wouldn't start so had to call maintenance, high tub was difficult to access and dangerously slippery, shower vent was disgustingly dirty, towel holder was broken off and hanging poorly. Decided to try the pool but by the time one finds its way to the hotel through the badly lit construction zone and closed roads, the check-in is after 5 PM, you still need to find a parking space, grab a bite before everything closes, and by then, the pool closes at 9 PM. Thought of winding down in the whirlpool but couldn't get it to start. Tried the pool instead but as I got in, I was asked to leave as the pool was closing. No problem as I found the pool floor to be too viscous to my liking. Back in the room, the maintenance man that was repairing the leaking toilet made arrangements with the front desk to have us move to another room. It still puzzles me as to why they attributed us this runned down room in the first place when there were plenty other ones in much better condition. And we had booked an upgraded room too! Finally, I must admit I had a good night sleep. The bed and pillows were comfy and the temperature in the room was perfect. I must also give a high-five to all the personnel I dealt with that showed us much kindness and caring. Thank you!

Very nice place nice pool nice spa friendly staff good location. Mattress very very comfortable

The room is clean, the service is perfect and some attentions, like chocolate, are included with the room.
But the pillows were horrible, they are all too stiff. I suggest to put different ones on the bed. Also the door does not have a good seal in the bottom, so you can hear the noise from outside. This why i did not give 5 stars

The room was dirty. old food under a couch, broken night table, old candies inside.
1.5
They only clean the rooms every 3 days to help with the environment but this is a clear cut in services.
They also provide the worst pillows I've ever slept with and they were tiny.
The rest of the room was OK and clean.
The tub walls were also very high. Difficult to get in and out. Watch out if you have any mobility issues.

It was great! We love breakfast, the pool, area for playing and the cinema. We really stay there again in our next visit to Quebec City

The hotel is in a nice location but road construction makes it difficult to access. The property has some unique features like the indoor pool but room furnishings are dated. Our room was very dark and dim but appeared clean. Front desk personnel seemed to have an attitude and not very helpful if you don't speak French.

Beautiful hotel that includes a hot water tub and a pool. I liked the cleanliness and the renovated rooms. The pillows were very thick and rigid, the fridge in the room and the AC are very noisy.

There is heavy highway construction with cranes and heavy machinery. It makes for a lot of detours

The property over all was clean, well attended and quiet. Had to ask for a replacement coffee maker as first one failed. Fairly quick response. Was quite unhappy with hot tub being inoperable, so was only able to sit in the heat with no jets functioning. Operator/attendee was well aware. Room was standard size and well appointed but bathroom was small. Overall 6/10 for me. Not value for what we spent.

Poor customer service. Not just one thing but many. In morning, we can expect hotel to have toothpaste. However, on call they denied and told us to come down to pick it up from wending machine. We went down but wending machine was not working . So, we had to go to walmart to get one. They just told me we are on shortage on staff, we won’t be able to. As well as, all things in the room, looked like it has been used already. Didn’t expect this at all.

The room my girlfriend and I stayed in had stained sheets, dirty counter tops and garbage left on the floor. There was a strange ketchup smell in the room. Also, the tv plug was non accessible as it was stuck behind the fake fireplace. After driving 12 hours we expected a room to be ready, clean and comfortable enough for us to have good rest for a night. The hotel staff did offer to change the sheets but it was late at night, we had existing dinner plans and didn’t want to waste more time into our night. The sheets should have been clean in the first place. Then, when we came back from dinner we tried turning the tv on and noticed the tv not plugged in and inaccessible. Again, they offered to get someone to look at the tv but again, it was late at night; we didn’t want to waste time waiting as we had a long drive in the morning. We expected the room to be ready for guests to use and not have to wait for the accommodations we paid for. We were not impressed, I advise booking elsewhere.

I loved the pool and they were very happy to move our room when the smell of paint was overwhelming.

There was no sound proofing in the rooms. We could easily hear all the people passing through the hallway. It was so disturbing at night.

We knew this hotel was far from the old city, so that was not a problem. But the hotel needs updating, the bathroom was very small, no space for toiletries, the tub surround was old and needs repair. The rooms are cramped and dark. We had a deck overlooking the pool and that was fine, not great, but ok.
Major concern was that I had a personal wine glass removed from our room. I am sure it was accidentally, but the glass did have etching with the name of a local winery, so obviously not theirs. The reception staff did try to find it, but could not, instead gave me a glass from the bar to take to my room.
The next day at check out I realized I had an extra charge of $5.91. I tried to explain this was not reasonable, that I left their glass in the room, there should be no extra charge, but was denied the removal of the extra charge nor for my original glass that was removed. The staff was not rude, but certainly was not customer friendly in his attitude.
We will not be returning.

Awesome beds, awesome rooms, they could improve the doors so you don't hear everybody on the hallways like they're next to you lol but it was a really nice stay.

The swimming pool was great. The pool water was warm and comfortable to swim. The rooms had beers and chips for guest. The staff could be friendlier for English speaking people. Overall great.

reality was worse than what was portrayed and not close to Quebec City and not an updated hotel. Whole place needs to be renovated.
4.0
It is a nice hotel with reasonable prices. Staff is polite and courteous. Food was very good, but drinks in the bar could use some improvements. The area itself a bit too remote for a tourist and there was only two dining places available after 6 pm, both fast food. I did not see any public transit around, so we had to use Uber.

We liked the live entertainment and liked the restaurant in the hotel.

Its a family oriented hotel. Restaurants are great. Good size rooms and suites.

Nice place to stay. Live music at the pool area, restaurant, bar/night club all in one. Plenty of things to do in this hotel.

Parking is a problem they are not controlling who park in their parking so it is a free for all so much nice building but no maintenance is done that I did see
