Firstly, didn’t realize that we had a shared bathroom. There was a room with a private bath, which is I guess what we were thinking we were getting. We are older and that wasn’t exactly the best for us. The bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable to sleep in, we did need a couple interesting people and that made this stay worth it. Also, there was no bath mat for the floor so if you stepped out of the shower, you were dripping onto the floor we met Patrick, who let us in and he was quite nice to get to the bathroom, you have to pass by people who might be eating breakfast, which made it a little awkward in the morning. If those things don’t bother you, I guess it was OK.

I like the availability of services they offer like the trip to the airport. also I made a mistake on the reservation and they corrected it at no cost. I will be staying there every time I go to Vancouver

The host is very friendly and accommodating. Let us check in early. The room is a bit small and we got the room with private bathroom. The shower is very narrow and not easy to use but we were there for only 1 night so no big deal. Surrounding is very quite as it is residential area. Walking distance to a park. The host also provide transportation to guests to airport, ferry, etc, which is a plus if you do not have a car.

没有什么服务，我住了3天，没有任何房间打扫。外面的房间一种味道，霉菌的味道。而且早餐就是很差的面包和牛奶。不过唯一好的一点，是每天都有一个鸡蛋。总的来说，很不好，除非你想找便宜的房间，否则不推荐！There was no service, I stayed for 3 days and there was no room cleaning. The room outside smelled like mold. And the breakfast is very poor bread and milk. But the only good thing is that there is an egg every day. Overall, very bad, not recommended unless you are looking for a cheap room!

The house is located on a quiet Richmond neighbourhood, on a cul-de-sac, very peaceful suburb but within walking distance to a strip mall with everything you may need. There are 2 bus routes nearby, the #303 and #308 -- both go to Richmond-Brigghouse Station of the Canada Line for easy connection to either downtown or YVR airport. The room is bright and spacious, we had a private bathroom and it was small but efficient. Would be nice to have a removable shower head as the shower stall is very tight, and so the water splashes on the bathroom floor very easily when you turn it on! Overall a good value for high season's accommodation for Vancouver area.

It’s someone’s basement — dirty rooms that need a deep clean and a paint … The walls are super thin, so if anyone is staying next to you… Good luck sleeping

an Affordable option in Vancouver, and 15 mins from airport, keurig coffee & quality fresh bread / croissants for morning and lots of late night order in options near by for food. Not a luxury stay, but very clean & everything you need to feel comfortable. No tv’s but wifi available Will shuttle you for close to same as an Uber. I approve this place and would recommend and stay again.

Comfortable beds, everything very clean. Nice walk to neighborhood park. Owners helpfully responsive to questions. Airport shuttle seems like a free offering in the writeup but we were charged $26. Breakfast had coffee, tea, toast, hard boiled eggs & banana. Host was a clear communicator who offered few smiles and several reprimands - keep voice down, don't bring water in truck.

Just too expensive for what you get. $323 for 2 nights and not even an ensuite bathroom, and a scant "continental" breakfast with few items. I just came from 2 nights in a boutique hotel in Budapest and paid $60 less than that! Beautiful big room with ensuite bathroom and a lavish breakfast buffet with several hot items, fruits and juices, breads.

The room was pretty small but adequate. My only complaint was have to share a bathroom with another guest, that was very inconvenient. The listing said "private bathroom" which I took to mean, "not shared" I think they need to be a little more clear about that in the listing.

Always a wonderful spot to stay for a night! Really nice quiet neighbourhood. Very small and 1 bathroom shared between 3 rooms but we've never had a problem. Owners are super nice and they keep it affordable enough that the Uber into downtown price is still cheaper than a hotel IN downtown! Thank you!!

This out of the busyness of cities bnb was perfect for me. It was half away between my destinations. It's an above ground basement site with numerous small rooms. Nothing fancy although has all the needed amenities. Breakfast was simple and very sufficient. Nicely quiet and respectful site. Also has washer and dryer that I didn't use during my stay, although a nice benefit.

We booked this as staying IN Vancouver was stupid expensive and booking this place with getting Ubers back and forth would be cheaper. At first we were weary, we had never stayed in a place like this, but we contacted the owner when we got there and he was super nice! The area is just a nice quiet suburban area, super quiet and safe. It is just bedrooms in his basement but it's all kept very nice and cute. The room was super small but we really just needed a place to sleep! If your looking for a more hotel-y place to stay, go elsewhere, but this is a fantastic affordable spot to sleep after a night partying in Vancouver!

Trying to not be too critical. Patrick was pleasant, never saw Vickie. We knew it said "shared bathroom".. didn't realize it would be so small. We only shared with one other couple, but there are 4 rooms in the basement level (daylight windows). Room was tiny... one chair, hardly any counter space. Breakfast was bagels, croissants, cereal and coffee. All for $154 US... far more than I felt it should be.

Nice. Clean. Tidy. A bit off the beaten path but I would stay again. Good breakfast included. Would have liked more accessible plugs/power strip. Didn't the extra $20 fee making total with taxes, etc. stay $222 vs. $147 in the Hotels.com listing
