Friendly staff, great location, and good value!

The pool/waterside was great for the kids. We loved the suite and how it had a pull out couch and a single bed (we have 3 kids). Kitchenette was nice. And....large windows and sliding door for fresh air.

There was no broom or dish cloth in thw kitchen/our room. Not enough towels in the room.

Great hotel for families

Great hotel would return again if visiting Vancouver, children loved the pool and myself and my partner loved the restaurant 😊

It was probably the worst 4star hotel I have experienced in my decades of frequent travels.

I didn’t have breakfast during my stay. Location is quite ideal for my activities.

Front office staff. No housekeeping to contact directly. Need to ask more than twice. Rooms have an inherent odour. Viewed 3 rooms.

The pillow is okay. Location is convenient.

The facility looks new, but the room is old. The bathroom does not have an efficient ventilation. I called the front desk and their explanation is they use central ventilation system🥴 also, the bathroom cannot be locked... One bed is squeaking........ The room is smelly... maybe from the carpet and the humid weather... The worse thing is the room does not automatically closed... we need to make sure the door is closed behind us... (the spring probably need some work...)

I loved the waterslide

The young man at the desk- can't remember his name - when we checked in on August 21 at around 1 PM was more than helpful in every way and he made our trip by suggesting we visit Steveston. He was just the best

The front desk staff is amazing

The staff was very friendly .

Lots of dust everywhere on the floors leading to the rooms the consoles by the elevators . Obviously house keeping is not doing a good job of maintaining cleanliness . Was a big turn off

Horrible for the amount of money but the staff was nice.

It was close to airport.

No AC in my first room so was upgraded to a suite. Toilet did not work, pot lights would not shut off but flutter off and on, grunge in the shower.

No breakfast at the hotel but Denny's nearby Hotel bar, steakhouse very nice

Paper cups for coffee and plastic for water in the rooms Dirty towel left in the bathroom Bathroom tissue was horrible

Location and shuttle

We have been staying at this location on route to our vacation destinations for the past 5 or 6 years, because we come from the far north, we often have additional baggage which previously we have been able to leave behind at no cost. On this occasion we were charged $5 per day for 21 days to leave behind a small duffel bag with our Winter coats. We will not stay at this location again unless we are reimbursed and the policy changes. No discounts are offered for senior citizens, RCMP members or decorated veterans. Poor show.

The staff were great

Impossible to shower as water was scalding hot and you couldn't adjust TV was unplugged from the back. Found previous persons juice bottle under the chair when I moved it

At check in the staff member was yawning, he clearly did not really want to be there. It was not an inviting experience.

I asked not to be in a ground floor room and was given one. When I asked to be put in another room they would not accommodate me.

As the facility was fine, might give it another try, but there are a lot of other choices

Room was very comfortable And the restaurant was very good

Communication Shuttle bus pulled into the airport and then pulled away while myself and another lady were putting ours bags at the back, called the hotel 5 times to see if there was a problem, no answer, Front desk was chaotic, people were being served out of sequence, definitely not first come first serve Got a chit for the 7 am shuttle, and then was advised by the driver there might not be room, fortunately I was able to get on, but what’s the point of booking, definitely not the way to start your morning
