Family fun in one location and home.

Property was as mentioned in the listing and we had comfortable stay. Brent(house owner) was very good and answered my messages and calls quickly. We also had an AC breakdown in floor 3 and he came and fixed it immediately though it was late in the night.

Overall great accommodations and communications. We had 19 in our group and the house worked great. Ping pong out in the garage with hang out area was perfect for the kids. We were a little concerned with the neighborhood but really felt safe the whole time. Would definitely recommend this house for a large group. Also had two times we had to call owner and both times the phone was answered and questions answered immediately. They do a great job on running this business.

This mansion home was likely built between 1905 and 1920. Large kitchen, dining and living room made multi family meals and visiting easy and comfortable. We found the location to be an quick drive to the Eden Park Conservancy, Jungle Jim's, and the Children's Museum. Note that the bedrooms are on the second and third floors.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our large extended family. There were 19 of us, ages 3 to 65. The hot tub was a hit with the kids. The garage area was delightful. The layout of the house gave privacy and a get away from each other when we needed it. The location was wonderful; very close to many attractions we were interested in. Thanks for helping me keep my family together!

My family was in Cini for my nieces graduation. It was nice to be able to hang out have a fire and play some games and have family time rather that staying in separate hotel rooms. Close to Xavier which made it convenient.

My artistic swim team stayed at this beautiful older home. It was a great property with all the amenities for a larger group. The dining room seated 22 - it was amazing! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The host was very easy to work with & very accommodating.

The house was fine the location leaves a lot to be desired

Loved the house and how close it was to EVERYTHING! Plenty of room for my friends and I. We particularly enjoyed the back yard and game room! Would love to come back and stay again in the future!

This is a beautiful house in a lively neighborhood that is great for traveling with extended family. It's got plenty of beds and lots of seating in the family room and dining room. We visited Kings Island and the Cincinnati Zoo which are both nearby. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub!

We had a great visit to Cincinnati. The house met all our needs for a large group. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve seen in a rental. The outdoor space was a big hit with the kids. Communication with the owners was very prompt.

We enjoyed our stay in Cincinnati in this lovely old home. It was convenient to everything we planned to visit- King's Island, The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Union Terminal Museum, Cincinnati Zoo and we saw The Reds win their 11th game in a row! at the GABP against the Rockies! What fun we all had! The house was a delight. We did some cooking and the kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the game room, especially ping-pong and the giant connect four. We enjoyed the hot tub! Although we didn't use the fire pit we did sit around it to visit. The beds were comfortable. Any issue we had was resolved quickly by Brent. The only thing we wished was different was to get to the laundry you had to go through a bedroom and bathroom of one of the other guests, but since we were all family it wasn't too bad. There is also a short walk away a splash pad, swimming pool and playground that's inexpensive and the grandchildren and the Moms enjoyed it.! All in all it was a great house, a great host and a great place to stay in Cincinnati! We would stay again and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you Brent for sharing your house and God continue to bless your family!

16 of us came to see the Ark and Creation Museum, we were 4 families and had a blast. Loved the game room out back!
Only thing semi negative to mention was the kitchen didn’t have a lot of cooking dishes… we were missing a good selection of pans and skillets to cook big meals as well as pitchers to make bulk drinks but otherwise was fantastic!!!

This home was perfect for our group of 9 adults, in town for a weekend wedding. The house provided enough space for everybody to eat, sleep, and hang out comfortably. There were a few minor things that are almost expected when renting an old house (loose bedroom door knobs, etc.), but regardless, I would recommend this property to any large group!

This property was beautiful and well cared for by the owners. We had extended family from 5 states spanning 4 generations and we were all able to feel comfortable during our stay. Because we were a large group with different sleep schedules and all wanted to visit together, the seating in the main room and at the dining tables (as well as outside) was ample and generously provided for our needs. There were two pack-n-plays and two high chairs. Box fans in every room, though we really did not need them as the HVAC system was efficient and effective. There was plenty of parking (we had from 6-7 vehicles-4 on the driveway.) The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the coffee pot accommodated both brew and kcup. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Location was fantastic for getting anywhere quickly in the Cincy downtown and surrounding areas. The owner was very responsive and allowed us an early arrival which was immensely helpful given the timing of our graduation event. Hot tub was wonderful too. We brought our own towels which was good as there are only enough towels for indoor showers. Washer/dryer worked well. Close-up instructions were clear and easy to follow. Also, there is a large closet on the main floor which held our empty supplies boxes, coolers, etc so that the "living" space was not crowded. Highly recommend this house and the owners.

Really unique historic house, with plenty of room and beds for large groups. Back yard space was great for kids. Garage / entertainment area is detached but still worked out great for our group. It is within 10 minutes of the riverfront/downtown area.

We lived our stay. Loved the three stories. And loved the garage game area. Would stay here again

Plenty of space for our group. Nicely updated older home.

We had a group of around 15 friends coming from different areas, all converging in Cincinnati. The house was a perfect location for us, easily accessible for all and quick to get around the city, especially if heading downtown for a reds game like we did. The house itself has plenty of bed space and never felt crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room was spacious. The back yard was good for us too and the garage (which wasn’t mentioned in the listing) was awesome! It has a ping pong table, some games, and a couch and TV. The only negative to the stay is the neighborhood isn’t the best, but we never felt unsafe as a group. All in all it was exactly what we needed and we’d definitely stay again.

The pictures don't show the whole house's charm. We were impressed with the whole house. The management was on point and took care of everything we needed within the hour. We will be making this our yearly place to stay. We loved the hot tub the game room in the back yard and the space in the house!! The home covered all our needs.

For a group of 10 women, the house was spacious, clean, and adorable with the decor. The neighborhood was ‘sketchy’; one of the women wanted to go out for a run but we all agreed that if we ventured anywhere by foot it would be in a group. The Kings Way Cafe was walking distance, excellent food and service. Their story tops this place off, must get the pound cake! Communication with the owner was slow to respond. I wonder if I would have been better off texting through the number that was provided instead of messaging though the app. Nonetheless we had an awesome weekend. Oh, there was not any dish soap to wash dishes by hand, that was really the only thing missing.

The pictures online really don’t do it justice. This house is beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. We attended a military commissioning on the campus of Xavier and needed a place to stay for us and out of town relatives. The owners are very easy to communicate with and have designed a true home away from home. Highly recommend.

The stay was so good. Very comfortable and was very clean. The model of the home was so incredible. The outside play are in the garage was great!! Very grateful for the amount of beds and space it provided. The only downfall was the neighborhood. Lots of noise at night, and many sketchy people walking around and kind of hanging. But truly that didn’t bother us much. The pros of this place were so great. We did not mind!!

6 couples celebrated 60 years and went back in time. This fully equipped turn-of-the-century home had some creaks but lots of charm. How fun…we enjoyed ping pong and games in a garage equipped with a wood burning stove to stay warm. Not an area we’d feel comfortable exploring after dark. Plenty of seating, beds, and rooms.

Wow. From the entryway to the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, and back yard the house was great. Well maintained and stocked. No surprises or disappointments. Will stay there again when back in Cincy.

We had a lovely time staying here with our family of 8 adults and 8 kids from ages infant-6. Love that there are trundle beds in just about every room as well as a couple high chairs and pack n plays. Perfect for families with kids. Kitchen is well stocked. Beautiful old home and we would come again.

The owner responded to me quickly if I had any questions. My residents enjoyed their rooms and especially the living room.

Very accommodating for our big group of 15 people. Plenty of room for everyone to be together while also having their own personal space. Also the hot tub was a nice touch! Hospitality was awesome, the driveway and sidewalks were snowed in when we got there, and the owner came and shoveled/salted everything that night! Great location, barely 10 minutes to downtown. Overall a beautiful house and great experience, highly recommend.

A wonderful place to meet “halfway” for family who travel from multiple locations. Visited the Cincinnati Zoo. The house was exceptionally spacious with loads of beds and space for games, eating for 18 of all ages. The garage “get away” was a hit too for the med to get away. It was just what we needed.
4.8
The house worked well for all of us. The kitchen could have been better equipped. Cooking for 20 for Christmas dinner was a bit of a challenge.
4.8
Needed housing for the “over flow”
And the bedrooms and bathrooms fit the bill

My husband and I hosted our bridal party and their significant others in this house for the weekend of our wedding. The house was absolutely stunning and extremely accommodating for 15 of us. The backyard and garage areas were a hit with the fire and ping pong!

We rented this home for 4 days for my extended family to stay during my wedding. There was ample room for everyone to sleep and gather. The home was clean, organized, and comfortable. Would highly recommend and rent again!
