Close to Skyline Drive where we hiked. Close to Harrisonburg where we found an excellent restaurant. We definitely would come back for a longer stay in the future. Very nicely appointed home.

My wife and I stayed at this home on our way up to PA. We took a couple of days to explore the area. The home was clean, comfortable and as described in the listing. Communication with the property owner was great. We will definitely look to rebook this property next time we visit the atea!

We couldn't have asked for a better rental. The house was the perfect size for our group and a great location - close to the park for day hiking and close to great restaurants and vineyards. We'll definitely plan another visit!

This farmhouse was so cozy with hints of original structure. It felt like a private getaway yet it was only ten minutes from bustling town. Several relaxing wineries to choose from just fifteen to twenty minutes away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this charming farmhouse in a nice quiet location, but not too long of a drive into Harrisonburg. We enjoyed sipping wine on the deck in the evenings. This was the perfect spot for our homebase —we used to live in the area and plan on returning regularly. This would be our choice of home again if you, please, please, please had at least 1 queen bed!

This is a beautifully decorated farm house that you will not want to leave. Situated 20 minutes outside of Shenandoah with beautiful views of the mountains . Close proximity to vineyards, and Harrisonburg for delicious meals . We truly enjoyed this gem surrounded by farmland that was so comfortable and relaxing. The hosts Daniel & Melinda respond instantly and truly provided everything for a memorable vacation. Thank you for giving us a beautiful place to call home in Shenandoah, VA. :-)

Large, beautifully decorated, nicely appointed farm house. Private and quiet rural setting but only a 5 minute drive to stores and restaurants. A charming older house that's updated for modern conveniences and fully stocked. Friendly host was communitive and made sure we were comfortable. We stayed in winter but the modern heater and updated hot water system kept us toasty. We would definitely stay here again but next time we'd stay longer!

We found the perfect house for our stay. We were minutes from our family who live locally, so we were able to spend what time we had enjoying our grandchildren. This house is in a perfect location. Country life but very close to so many amenities like stores and restaurants. We can’t wait to come again! The hosts were so helpful and always easy to communicate with! We would highly recommend.

The house was amazing. We went to visit my daughter at JMU (less than 10 min away). The house is adorable, comfy, had everything we needed and then some. Thank you for the snacks and coffee. We cooked a big meal one night and the kitchen had everything necessary to make a home cooked meal. Views and the grounds were beautiful. It was a great weekend, we will definitely be back to this home. Thank you for the hospitality.

I am 90 years old and my adult daughter and I spent spring break here. I cannot praise this property or the hosts enough. The 1920ish farmhouse has been so expertly updated and decorated and had every convenience needed. The hosts, Melinda and Daniel, were so very friendly and did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely recommend to friends!

This property is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need. The setting was peaceful and each room has a view that catches your breath and forces you to stop and really see it. The farmhouse is cozy and the owners made sure to have nice linens, snacks, and premium goodies for a fee. There is much to do in the area if you enjoy hiking and just taking a country drive. I recommend Clementine’s and Chop House for libations and dinner. HanksBBQ was quite good too. I am looking forward to my next stay here. The owners could not be more accommodating! PS: the Christmas decorations were a true gift!
