Hôtel à recommander

La proximité du centre, la piscine et l’espace dans la chambre, le renouvellement des produits d’hygiène chaque jours. L’eau en bouteille. La propreté de l’hôtel. La réactivité du personnel.

Le système des ascenseurs. Faire payer pour un Check in avant 15h en sachant qu’il était déjà 13h et la chambre était deja disponible.

Es un edificio muy moderno con una muy linda infinity pool un gimnasio grande ,la habitación muy amplia y comoda.

Magnifique hôtel !!

La piscine incroyable qui offre une vue exceptionnelle des tours petronas sur le rooftop ! La salle de sport et salle de prière au 53e étage. Les appartements spacieux et modernes. La possibilité d’envoyer des messages sur WhatsApp pour changer les serviettes, avoir du papier des peignoirs, de la lessive etc. La disponibilité du personnel. Très bel hôtel, je recommande fortement !!

Très beau séjour!

Nous avons aimé la proximité avec le centre ville. L’hôtel est immense la piscine sur le toit également mais un peu bondé.. dommage! Une vue époustouflante!! Le ménage est fait tout les jours et très très bien fait!

Very demure. Very mindful. Very cutesy.

I liked everything about the stay. The location and the room was top notch. The pool with the view is speechless.

Actually the elevator took too long and there was one day where it rained and we decided to go to the pool but security stopped us which is understandable. Wish he was more nicer about that.

Bel hôtel mais très mal insonorisé

La chambre en elle même est bien, grande, propre et confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est bon. En revanche les murs entre les chambres sont quasi inexistants. Très très mal insonorisé.

Le manque d’insonorisation des chambres !!! Mon voisin regardait la TV et c’est comme s’il était dans ma chambre … une catastrophe si on tombe sur des voisins bruyant comme moi. Cependant je l’ai dit à l’accueil et ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient aller voir le voisin …

Good enough for a short stay but nothing special.

The room was comfy and cozy.

Housekeeping were bringing dirty towels every time. Housekeeping didn't come every day to clean the room. The Infinity pool was dirty and always overcrowded.

La piscine est trouble et non réchauffée, difficile donc de profiter dedans surtout avec le monde qu’il y a… La propreté est à revoir : beaucoup de poussière, pas d’odeur de propre, tâches sur les draps et serviettes, tâches sur les murs, sur la moquette la chambre n’a pas été nettoyé plusieurs fois durant notre séjour. Le personnel n’est pas très agréable, c’est vraiment un accueil à la chaîne.

not all the lifts have call button facilities on every floor, so some of the lifts ( 4,out of the 8 ) ( lifts A ) you cannot use to go up or down from that floor level .. As it’s brand new not all areas are open, no food or drink establishments yet within the property

Muy bien, pero gestionar la entrada a la piscina

Habitación y cama muy grande, con suficientes armarios para guardar la ropa. Mobiliario muy nuevo. Plancha y tabla de planchar disponible en la habitación. Zapatillas, jabones y cepillo de dientes renovados a diario. Las vistas desde la piscina infinita en el piso 51 son muy buenas (entrada gratuita).

El edificio es enorme, con mucha gente, eso implica que tengas que esperar el ascensor durante bastante rato. Demasiada gente en la piscina, sobre todo, al atardecer y por la noche y resulta extremadamente incómodo (la piscina cierra a las 22h). No tiene servicio de almuerzo incluido.

Úžasný výhled z bazénu

Asi největší prioritou hotelu je bazén na střeše, voda byla příjemná, výhledy jsou naprosto dech beroucí. Navštívili jsme i bar v druhé části hotelu. Pokoj byl čistý, koupelná nová. Pokud chcete vymění vám ručníky každý den.

Občas delší čekání na výtah, ale při tolika lidech se dá pochopit. V noci hluk z ulice, okna nejsou odhlučněná, pro citlivější osoby doporučuji špunty do uší. Snídani nedoporučuji přikoupit za ty peníze. Měli jsme zaplacenou naštěstí jen 1 snídani a byla hrozná. Raději si zajít někde mimo.

Avoid if you want luxury nice stay

Views were nice

Beautiful balcony views however… there was a lot I did not like about this hotel. The lobby was so busy to start off with and elevators take ages to come down also lobby and elevators have no AC. The rooms itself were basic, only one wall socket per side of bed, and there were lamps plugged in which meant no where to charge your phone whilst in bed unless you left it on the other side of the room. Both rooms had showers which were cold and water would barely go warm when used. Bathrooms had a constant smell to it which lingered into the room. Bed sheets had blood stains and the floor mat in the living room has a stain… which I found disgusting The windows in the bed room are a NIGHTMARE, the glazing on the windows is so so thin you can hear every single car beep and multiple cars revving their engines, it kept us awake till 7am we couldn’t sleep at all with the noise. Extremely noisy!!!!! The worst part about the entire hotel. WiFi was AWFUL, One bar service and 1 bar wifi in the bedrooms, called a technician up and all he did was reset the wifi and couldn’t speak English, wifi is cheap and awful I had to use all my data through the time I was in the bed room. Ultimately the view was nice but everything else was very very poor and I would not recommend staying at this hotel the pool was also so so busy had so many people in it and kids and was very very busy
