We were a little nervous at first but once we got into the room it was great. The beds were comfortable and clean. The view was awesome and we are happy with our stay.

We were disappointed in this property. Lovely location and it has a lot of potential. But, the bathroom was very grimy, the decor and room dated and the property was VERY loud. We could hear the person above us snoring, along with the TV prior to him going to sleep.

Cleanliness was so so. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. Of course they left a dish drainer, gloves, and and bottle of dish soap!!! Isn't the part about vacation mean not a room maid, a cook, a cleanup of three meals a day!!!

Our stay here was an overall pleasant one, with some minor complaints. First off, the fan in the room was extremely dusty and there was no air conditioning, so it got quite warm. Second, the room was clean but had an off odor to it, which we eventually got used to. Third, the parking is extremely tight and we had to squeeze out of our car to not hit the wall or the car next to us. Fourth, the cleaning ladies essentially forced us out early in the morning instead of letting us check out at our normal time, which would have been 11:00. Overall though, the stay itself was pleasant and right along the beach where we could see the ocean. If you were to stay here, I would recommend trying to not get a room on the ground floor, that way you can leave your door open to let in some cool air if needed. We couldn't because we were on the ground floor and had to bar the sliding door so people couldn't just walk in. We wouldn't be against staying here again but would be opting for an upper room next time.

Instructions should be left on how to use the three television remotes that are in the room. We had difficulty every time we turned on the television.

There was a used bar soap in the shower. And a crumpled candy wrapper on the floor by the night stand, so that left us to question the cleanliness of the room. The mattress was extremely firm, so am glad we only stayed one night. Things that we liked, were the location on the Prom, quiet rooms, fireplace in room especially while it was storming on the beach, and coffee selection. Salt water taffy candies were also a nice surprise.

This place is fabulous! It’s within walking distance, along the strand, to downtown. Very clean and one can hear and see the ocean. There is beach access not too far and the beach is gorgeous! Highly recommend, and if we are ever this way again, we would stay here again!! Thank you!

The location of this hotel was a 10/10 It was very quiet, located at the end of the street, but easily walkable to restaurants and shopping. The only complaint we had was the housekeeping. We found a dirty pair of underwear under the mattress on day one, and no hand soap in the room. We kicked the underwear out of our room and it was there for 2 days. After day one, they didn’t leave us extra toilet paper.

For the price its a amazing place to stay, clean rooms, nice views of the ocean, honestly the only thing I wished I would of brought was some fan's, because it does get hot in the rooms, but overall I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic hotel! Away from downtown Seaside but only takes 3-5 minute walk on Prom to get there. So quiet at night! Very clean and spacious! Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again! Seaside is so fun and nice!

The location of the property is fantastic, it’s right on the promenade. The ocean beach is about a 10 minute walk. The Seaside turnaround is also about a 10 minute walk. The turnaround is the end of the Lewis and Clark trail. There are multiple restaurants and souvenir shops readily available there. We stopped at the aquarium along the way, which is very impressive. Out grandson loved feeding the seals. The only negative about the property is that the carpet was worn.

The Inn is a lovely building. It has no central lobby, check in at a separate location. No in-room phone support and poor wifi. Cleaning was average as we got fresh towels and clean sheets but the floor wasn’t swept and our pullout wasn’t changed or cleaned around. Can hear neighbors very clearly above and beside. Shared front lower patio area with neighbors, which is fine if you like your neighbors :) We had a lower floor suite and if I opened my bedroom window I heard the ice machine all night across the parking lot. Oh and there’s a parking space right outside the bedroom window. No AC, but it never gets hot here. The rooms get very stuffy if doors and windows are locked. The in will give good fans to help with air flow.

Was disappointed that there wasn't staff onsite. Toilet paper was missing from the room when we arrived. Had to call a remote location to have some brought to the room. The room was a bit noisy as well. Noise from above and next door could be heard all night. Also, no AC. Disappointed for the money it cost to stay there.

We weren’t able to slide the screen door open so therefore unable to use the balcony. I have stayed here before and know how the doors should open. I received no reply to my message. Very disappointing.

This was a great place to stay and we love the area and the easy walk to the beach. The room is small but very comfortable. There are no amenities in this establishment but you can walk to restaurants and other shops. be aware that if you want to charge your cell phone or other electronic there are no USB plugs, so you have to bring an adapter and plug it on the wall outlets. Also, the check in desk is a few blocks away from the property.

The location was great, as was the room. I liked being at the quiet end of the Prom. The bathroom was the big problem! As we get older and have joint issues, the problem causes concern. Using the toilet made me feel I was sitting on the floor. I couldn't take a shower. The side of the tub was too tall and there were no grab bars, or non-slip mat. Last, the piece of wood across the floor in front of the slider caused me to fall. What bothered me most was having to go across town to get my room key!

Booked a roomy suite for a family beach trip. This checked all our boxes and we would stay here again. The rooms were clean and daily housekeeping was offered vs by request. Ocean view and small deck to enjoy the sunset. The little kitchenette was great for leftovers and cleaning baby bottles. Black out and sheer curtain options. You can walk to the beach easy from here, even did a longer walk to the main promenade area. Was quiet. The beds were comfy with nice sheets. Water pressure was good and the hot water gets hot. Only issues I could see others having is accessibility as there isn’t a ramp or elevator option. Parking is limited, so our other vehicle we parked on the street. If you are planning more in town activities vs just beach time, this also might be a bit too far from spots like the arcade if you are avoiding driving.

Great location. Right on the boardwalk and 10 min walk to the main drag. Nice being a little further away as it is quiet and the beach isn’t as busy in front of the condo. Will definitely stay here again.

Very lovely room. We reserved the one bedroom king/queen suit. It was much more spacious than the pictures make it look. We had a separate bedroom with a queen bed, in the living room was a king bed and a pull out queen sofa bed, a living room tv with cable, a nice kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom with full size tub. The bathroom sink and vanity are separate from the tub and toilet which is nice when you have a multiple people in your party. The kitchenette has everything you need; a sink, coffee maker (with coffee, creamers, and sugars), mini fridge, a toaster, as well as dishes and silverware. The property is located along the beach walk and is a nice walk to everything in seaside. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. We had campfires on the beach at night. The property has no staff onsite (except morning housekeeping) checking in is simple and not too far at another location. The only slight complaint I would have about this property is the parking lot and spaces. If you have a larger vehicle you might have a tough time fitting and there’s not much option for on street parking. My family and I are looking forward to visiting again!!

I had the second story studio. The studio was very nice in my opinion. Bed was very comfortable for me. Bathroom (shower/tub and toilet) is separated from the sink/mirror. It seems the maids to a good job at cleaning also. Was not dirty (in my opinion.) On second story you can open the shades and see the ocean and has a small deck with chairs to sit outside. (The first story you can walk right out onto the lawn outside.) Mini fridge, small stove, some silverware was there also. The walls are thin, so if your neighbor has their TV turned up or kids are loud, you will hear it. (I imagine the first story can hear every footstep from someone above them). Parking is very tight unless you get a spot on the street-side. Meaning the spaces are about 7 feet wide. The closest shopping, restaurants or convenient stores are at least a 15-20 minute walk. So make sure to bring everything you need with you unless you want to walk or drive. Surrounding neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
