Very disappointed with the place

Location

Cleanliness Stained bedding, requested new sheets and we got no communication Utensils dirty Beds uncomfortable Bathroom wall filthy Microwave filthy Only provided 1 bath towel Poor communication from the staff All concerns raised with the staff and they said they would have someone come and take a look but no one showed up

Good quality apartment in a prime building BUT let down by mismatched furnishings and cleanliness.

location, views & building facilities

the apartment although appointed with good applicances was disappointing with miss matched cheap furnishings. The soiled sofa had cut up material on top to cover the stains. The bedding in 1st and 2nd bedrooms were so uncomfortable causing back pain in all that slept in them. The ensuite door squeaked. The gas stove top was dirty and so was the cutlery drawers. Caked Food in some of the mismatched bowls and plates therefore had to clean cheap cutlery and dinner set and wipe down surfaces on arrival. No frying pan and the large wok supplied was disgusting. Would not stay in apartment 6303 again, would book through the Meriton direct if staying again. Nightmare getting the offsite key and the $30 per night parking did not have clear instructions on where to enter the building.

Location good but the one key was not helpful

The surrounding beach and cafe was good

There was only one key. This restricted us significantly It meant when one person was out and needed the key - no-one else could leave the room because they need the key and swab for the lifts. This was a significant disadvantage and I would no recommend the place. The owner needs to supply at least two keys and lift swabs The furniture was quite average The bed was not comfortable For the cost of the room and the location - I expected the furniture and design of the apartment to be a lot better.

Exactly as pictured

The apartment was exactly as pictured!!! The pools are 5star! Loved the sauna. The location was perfect, the view was breath taking! Simply stunning! We can't wait to get back already! Also shout out to the owners/managers for their communication & for being so accommodating!

the location is just a walking distance from the surfer paradise and the view was spectacular.

none but if given a chance to extend the check out time to 12nn that would be an extra bonus.

Great winter getaway

Very clean and comfortable with modern decor and appliances. Incredible views. Close to shops and restaurants, beach just across the road. Indoor pool was great during winter.

Would have been excellent to have an espresso coffee or pod machine in the apartment. Also some plastic plates and cups for our toddler and baby would have been convenient. We were only given 4 bath towels which we had to use for the pool too. Would have been good if pool towels were also provided.

Walls were filthy, splats of who knows what on the walls haven’t been clean as were chunky. Sheet that was on top of the mattress was literally growing mold. Luckily we had another room. To sleep in for the night absolutely applauding. Room was set to 18-20 degrees. Did not cool down at all. Woke up sweating with the blinds down. Air con fans were in operation at full blast. Toilet in main bathroom wouldn’t flush without a whack to the toilet button flush as per advice off the apartment owner. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were practically empty had to steal the amenities from the 2nd bathroom.

The location is fantastic and property itself it’s great , however the service is far from acceptable * no curtain , 1 blind missing * no top up on essentials - you get 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 7 nights * not very clean

This apartment was beautifully situated and was clean and modern. Our family of four were very comfortable. Views were absolutely stunning. Owners were great communicators with clear instructions re check in and check out, and everything in between. Highly recommend this accommodation.

A nice quick gateway in a nice hotel.

Good location, the space and the views.

The pool was cold and there was hair in two seperate beds. The air vents are really dirty and very unhealthy to breathe in such air.

Spectators apartment very well maintained, very modern furniture well equipped kitchen.

Location and ease of access

The ensuite shower didn’t drain very well. The bathtub that is in the ensuite takes way too long to fill up. As this particular apartment is privately owned, The only other thing if you pay for a car space need clearer directions once you park and go to apartment on how to get back to the car, as in what number to press on the lift as we had to ask the staff at the hotel who were very helpful. The kitchen also has a pod coffee machine but no milk frother.

It was a lovely stay inspite of the weather. It was very comfortable and cosy.

The building, apartment, beddings and sheets, facilities, location, amenities in the apartment including the welcome mini wine bottle, tea and coffee sachets.

No cooking pans and cooking implements. Only 2 pots, a pasta ladel and a tong. No cleaning implements ie sponge or scourer.

It would have been nice to know it was privately owned prior to booking. We had to go to a shop to get the key, but first, we had to wait for the code to be sent to us. Once this was all figured out, it was easier enough! I would, however, do this again, not a complaint at all.

Amazing. High class. Comfortable

Immaculate. One of best airbnb/private places U have stayed in. Comfortable, elegant, clean. No little signs everywhere telling what not to do etc. actually felt like home (I wish!).

Not much to complain about. Minor niggles would be master bedroom could do with King size bed (instead of two ensembles) and quilt quality.

The view was amazing! We also enjoyed the jacuzzi with an ocean view! I forgot to book the carpark and noticed on the day but the agent responded quickly and organized one for us.

No wi-fi. One of the windows is completely open and cannot close. Some hair on the pillow and the toilet was not cleaned properly.
