The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and a tumble dryer, a first-floor living/dining room with Smart TV, Juliet balcony and dining seating for five guests. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a second-floor double and a ground-floor single, along with a second-floor bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn and patio, as well as a designated parking space for one car and additional parking is available. Within 0.2 miles you will find both a shop and a pub, and within 0.7 miles, a river and please note that whilst one well-behaved dog is allowed, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 30 Poplar Close is a fantastic dwelling, ideal for a family retreat to Shropshire.
