Breakfast was superb
The rooms where tired

Good value hotel. Ate there, nice - overall good value.
For the money, there's nothing I didn't like. If I was paying £180 a night I'd have a list, but I wasn't.
3.6

breakfast so good

Great location for attending football. Just a short drive from the stadium.
Language was a bit of a barrier. Appeared to prioritise local tourists over international, which is understandable, it was just something I noticed.
3.6
It was clean and the staff were nice
The room was so small, literally crab walked around the room
3.6
Clean and comfortable.
Toiletries were great, bed fresh, lots of tea as requested!
Lady at reception who checked me in was lovely, and very helpful.
Housekeeping trying to open the door between 8am and 9am without knocking or announcing first, which isn't a huge issue but did startle me.
3.6
Really nice, clean little hotel with lovely staff.
Not very soundproof and there were some guests in during our stay that were in and out of their rooms, talking in the corridors and were a little noisy so we had trouble settling and getting to sleep.
3.6
The hotel is in a nice quiet location. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Got to the property at 00.45 am after a long drive from Aberdeen to be told they had double booked my room. Ended up leaving and asking for a refund.
Never got to stay due to overbooking.

The food was of a good standard and was well presented. The staff were helpful and always cheery.
The decor while clean was in need of maintenance. Some of the bathroom tiling was not grouted. It would appear that maintenance had been done but not finished. . The paint work was fayed and dull however the beds were good and cleann.

Comfy beds
Slim LED TV
Poor bathroom
Breakfast could be better

Location was good. Staff really nice. Comfortable beds.
Noisy, but we were prepared for that..Odd arrangement with breakfast costs! Booked a triple room because no twins available, and the room was a bit cramped.

Nothing
Reception lady told me outside that she was going to kill me. I didn’t stay. I left, flew home and called the police
3.6
Super clean sheets and bedding and room spotless
3.6
Nothing
Rooms dirty definitely do not get cleaned properly. and found a bag of green at side of the bed which shows how well the rooms get cleaned . Do not waste your money going to this hotel.
3.6
Parking and good restaurant
TV in the room didn’t work. Looked like the room was still under construction not finished off. Bathroom door looked like a previous guest punched holes in the door which were poorly patched up.
3.6
Parking area and size of room
Room temperature was too hot

Had two meals in the evening both were good in quality, service was good and price was fair.
No lift so my wife who has difficulty walking had to struggle up the stairs. The bar after 8:30 had limited choice.

Location was good for the purpose of our trip
No lifts stairs only,

Bed was very comfortable and a good supply of towels. Very cheap (well under £50 (breakfast extra) for the night I stayed which is great value for somewhere close to Glasgow centre
Outdated and slightly shabby room decor. For example, radiator had obviously had a leak at some time and was left with discoloured water stains and bed headboard (part of the room fixture) was worn in places. Doors had signs of having been poorly repaired
3.6
The staff were lovely, Gary, Ross, Helen, Patrick, Les & Laura made it even better. So helpful &
accommodating. Food was lovely, Breakfast was a very generous portion.. Good start for the day !!
Will definitely be back in February & April..
The only bad point was that the room was abit damp but extra heaters were put in the room & that sorted the problem..

Car park big to park vans , location is good, the poor reviews I have seen aren't true.
For 3* hotel they are better than many hotels as ibis, Travelodge, days in and many.
Clean , confortable, staff nice and kindly, helpful.
Definitely a 10+
I have liked everything, there was nothing to say bad about this.

Great location 👍
Outdated, needs lots of modernization inside
3.6
Easy to find, short drive to city centre
Room wasn’t cleaned properly especially bathroom
3.6
Handy location
Hotel was cold even after reception staff rectified heating issue. Hot water was barely hot. Not ideal for shower. Couldn’t shower when I arrived due to no hot water at all.
3.6
The room was large and well equippped. The food in the restaurant was excellent with good menu choices.
I had an 'intruder' in my room in the middle of the night - a drunken guest who was insistent I was in his room. I was assaulted by him in the course of this altercation and the night porter seemed at a total loss as to how to deal with it. In my view the police should have been called but there was obviously no direction in place as to what staff should do in the event of such an emergency. There were also no telphones in the room so hotel staff could not be called directly, a fellow guest had to go to reception to report the incident.
3.6
Car park and people
Required updated flooring carpet, had tear and was dusty
Better pillows ans and change of bed covers had tears
3.6
The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I didn't use the bar or restaurant but it looked nice. The TV in the room was good quality and worked well. I liked the fact that mugs and tall glasses were provided for drinking out of rather than small cups and glasses. The water pressure for the shower was excellent and it was easy to use.
The ensuite wasn't clean. The room and ensuite desperately need updating. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I could feel the metal springs. The pillows were very lumpy. The headboard was badly worn and damaged. The shower was over the bath and the shower screen kept closing onto me as I was trying to shower. One of the bedside lights wouldn't turn.on.

Rooms are large and clean, and pretty well maintained. Staff are friendly, food is good. Ample car parking
Wi-Fi and telly reception were less than optimum. Can be noisy on function nights, but music stops at midnight 30 at the latest

Friendly staff lovely meals

The staff were super sweet and the quad room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and places to store our belongings so that the room didn’t feel cluttered.
The aesthetic could stand to be updated a little bit in the room we stayed in. It didn’t seem to match the vibe of the rest of the hotel which was absolutely gorgeous!

Location
Banging noises during the night, toilet seat not on right, lumpy pillows, went to make a coffee but couldn't use the kettle as it was filthy inside.
