The main bedroom has a king sized bed, a giant walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a see-it-to-believe-it upright tub underneath a crystal chandelier.

Three more queen sized bedrooms, as well as another full bathroom complete the upstairs.

The main floor contains two living rooms, the kitchen, a half bathroom and laundry room, an office space, and an outdoor deck with a fire pit and Traeger grill, overlooking a large backyard.

This home is in the desirable Northwest section of town, where upper middle-class families have homeschooled children playing in the streets, and retired neighbors garden outside during the the daytime. You can expect to see a flock of turkeys walking down the street, and maybe a mother deer and her fawn, in the front yard.

The basement apartment is a separate listing, that may be also rented out. It’s listed as Baby Bella, here on AirBnB. If you have rented Sopra Bella, another guest may be in Baby Bella. They have their own separate entrance, and you will have no interaction with them, though they do share access to the backyard with you.

We welcome you to treat this home as if it were your own, which we expect is a kind, respectable manner.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 people, with two to a bed. There is also a Pack ‘n Play for the smallest family members, and an additional twin sized air mattress for the living room.

The garage and any closets that are locked are also off limits. The basement apartment is also off-limits, unless you have specifically rented it as well.
Parties, pets, and smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outside.

Upon booking, we will ask you for your license plate, drivers license, and phone number, which we will give to the home’s management, should any emergencies arise. We will additionally have you sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign, and ask for your email address.
