Mountains!!! This spacious, mountain home with 4 beds, 4.5 baths overlooks the Ute Pass valley just west of Colorado Springs & offers SO MUCH Colorado goodness! Soak in the hot tub under Colorado skies. Hike the trails just up the road. Explore. Relax. Enjoy. There’s abundant outdoor living, foosball & pool, fireplaces, views, accessible seclusion & obvious interior luxury — we could go on and on! Instead, we invite you to browse our photos, ask us any questions & book today!
Heading west into the mountains from Colorado Springs, you’ll immediately notice the change — the air gets clearer, the trees get thicker, the scenery more grand. You’ll travel up Ute Pass, with Pikes Peak to your left and you’ll know that this is a special place! The slopes rise steeply, the looming cliffs towering above and you’ll be amazed that this home, your vacation rental for this stay, is impressively placed in the midst of it all! Perhaps a bit (deceptively) unassuming as you pull into the driveway, step onto the expansive deck just up the stairs and you’ll see … this place is unique. The views are spectacular. The location is amazing. The possibilities are endless.
Enter through the front door off the deck. You’ll be welcomed by an expansive, open, luxurious space. With walls of windows, the space is bright and inviting. Quality furniture in the salon, centered around a voluminous, decorative fireplace. Enjoy time with your loved ones relaxing in comfort in the midst of the mountain views streaming in through the windows.
Just beyond the living room is the open, modern, chef’s kitchen complete with quality counters and cabinets, island cooktop and plenty of space to entertain while you prepare the next culinary masterpiece. There’s seating for 4 at the island, and another 6 at the dining room table. We’re guessing, though, that guests will spend as much time outside on the deck as possible — eating, drinking, soaking in the views — and a convenient second entrance to the outdoor space is located here in the kitchen also.
The home’s master bedroom is just down the hall and features king comfort and a generous amount of space, with thoughtful, quality furnishings and exceptional bedding. The private, ensuite bath is spacious and bright, with a spacious, travertine shower. The “second” and “third” bedrooms in this home could easily be “masters” in another, also featuring king comfort with private baths, and memorable views all around. Head downstairs to the lower level for additional sleeping quarters and exceptional gaming goodness!
You’ll immediately notice the wooden pool table, calling out for a game. The shuffleboard table beside it intrigues, and all the while the additional outdoor access tempts you, yet again, to the hot tub just outside. There’s space down here, warmth, comfort, and endless entertainment. A large tv rests above the decorative fireplace. There’s a full laundry room available for guest use just beyond, and an additional bedroom with a set of full-sized bunks just down the hall. A spacious bath services this floor comfortably.
With the size and amenities to treat your family or small group well during their stay, the location to ensure your trip is true and authentically “Colorado,” this vacation rental is a stand-out. Managed by a professional short term rental specialist with quality and care, we’re absolutely sure your booking will be worthy of a five star review!

We had a great time and the location was amazing. The house was nicely furnished and the game tables were awesome.

The house itself was gorgeous, breath taking mountain views, very privet and high end furnishings. Everything looked well kept, clean, VERY thoughtfully decorated, and high end.
We did have some issues, such as the hot tub wasent balanced upon arriving, it was greenish and we werent able to use it. The bbq grill didnt work, and one of the bedrooms shower valve was broke so we couldnt get any hot water in that shower. I messaged the owners and they were very responsive, and sent a tech out within the first 2 hours to balance the hot tub. The rest was an inconvenience, but the overall experiance of being up in the mountains was fantastic. We saw deer right out back ever night while we sat around the fire table. It was truely serine! I would rent here again.

From the minute we walked in the house, it was evident it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Long hair in all the shower drains, someone’s clothes next to the hot tub, debris on the kitchen floor and an instant pot on the counter that rotting food still in it. But the worst problems were the heaps of rotten food/trash in the garage and the clogged kitchen sink. Both these issues caused the house to be filled with nauseating odors and we had to open the windows during the day (while it was snowing) to air it out. We booked a 4 night stay arriving on Wednesday with checkout Sunday. Because the kitchen sink was clogged and full of old food waste, we could not cook a meal since we had no access to water or a way to rinse food/dishes. Four days & nights, in the mountains and not being able to cook was more than just a minor inconvenience.
Called and emailed the management company, Hoste, several times starting Wednesday at checkin. We also provided them several photos of the issues for evidence of the severity. It wasn’t until Saturday afternoon when they final sent someone to the house to look at the issues. Yet their service person had zero ability to do any of the work which required an actual plumber. Several calls and messages later they finally sent a plumber that fixed the sink, which was now almost 10:00pm.
The management company, Hoste, did little to make up for our experience by simply waiving the cleaning fee. Seeing as our entire four night stay was ruined they should have offered a much more significant refund.
Due to this, I would not stay at this property again and certainly advise not staying at any property managed by Hoste.
I would post photos of all these issues here if given the option, but that doesn’t seem to be available.
