Charlestown Cottages - Coopers Rest is a beautifully appointed, spacious, four bedroom cottage in the heart of Charlestown with parking and only a short walk from the historic harbour.. 3 steps to entrance.

The perfect base from which to explore the delights of Cornwall. Charlestown itself is set on the rugged, stunningly beautiful South Cornish coastline. A delightful and pristine 18th Century Georgian harbour steeped in history-making you feel like you have travelled back in time with its classic Tall ships and beautiful beaches. It is a popular location for film and television, featuring more recently in the TV series Poldark. Charlestown is a UNESCO world heritage site which contains numerous grade II listed buildings, a deep-water harbour, the shipwreck museum, art galleries and lots more. It is a bustling village with numerous bars and restaurants as well as pop-ups on the quayside in summer. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 10 mins drive of Charlestown as well as the Roseland Peninsula and St Mawes.
The house is located within 400 yards of the harbour and beach, boasts four full-size bedrooms, two shower rooms, a spacious lounge and a large kitchen diner which is perfect for entertaining, and there is a south-facing BBQ terrace outside with table and chairs and it is ideal for a morning coffee, listening to the chatter of the gulls and inhaling the fresh, invigorating sea air or, later in the day, a touch of al fresco dining. Other amenities include an outside laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, underfloor heating and free parking available for two cars directly outside the property. Beach 350 yards.
