About this house rental
This home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a snug, and a utility, along with nine bedrooms, resting from the lower ground floor to the second floor; eight of the bedrooms have en-suites, along with a further shower room and cloakroom. Appliances include a gas Range with eight burners and double electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, twelve TVs with Freeview, and a selection of books and games. There's an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and hot tub, a front courtyard with furniture, and permit parking for five cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with two highchairs and two travel cots. Sail Lodge is a wonderful base for a large family break to North Yorkshire. This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond that will be pre-authorised from your payment card.

Courtyard with hot tub and seating. Front garden with seating. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.4 miles. Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties. Please note : All outside noise is to stop at 10pm out of respect for our neighbours.Therefore, the hot tub is not to be used
after 10pm.Thank you for respecting our neighbours and their families. Please note there is a Good Housekeeping Bond that will be pre-authorised from your payment card of £500.00.
