Under the new Management for 2024 and a new cleaning crew assigned.
A memorable family beach gateway awaits at this select Ocean City rental. Located in a quite north Ocean City residential neighborhood, these 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bath house is loaded with amenities and a large living space that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 persons or multiple families.

This house boasts with a separate office space, a game room with air hockey and ping pong table, also loaded with luxury items, granite countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, including two wall ovens, flatscreen TVs, high-speed internet/WIFI, a two-car garage and a driveway for additional parking, plus a private fenced outdoor area with a grill.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- Must be 25 or older to book.
- No smoking is allowed inside the house. Please use outside area, back yard for smoking.
- Dogs are not allowed. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.
- This house has 4250 sq ft of living space
- Fresh linen and towel package, for each bad and person, is included with every reservation.
- Only 0.8 miles distance to the beach.
- Gas grill is provided with free propane refills.
- HVAC unit, central AC and heat throughout.
- Large gathering/party with unregistered guests are not allowed. Quite hours are in effect after 10pm. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.

Please note this is a family rental only. It is also in an R-1 designated area of Ocean City which states that this property cannot be rented to more than 4 unrelated people.

This house should not be rented until the owner perform major upgrades. The house was filthy, full of ants, holes in the ceiling and walls, lack of air on the first floor, ceiling fans does not work, mattress were disgusting, second floor bathroom tub feels like it’s about to cave in, patio furniture and backyard was filthy. Backyard grass was not cut. Leaves and trash under the backyard steps. Sliding doors in kitchen was dirty. This was a horrible stay!

We stayed for 3 nights with a group of 3 families with kids ranging from 1-4yrs old. Right when we walked in we noticed that there were ants everywhere though out the house. From the kitchen to the 2nd floor rooms. There were ant traps out and covered in ants so it was an obvious problem. After contacting the owner he did send out cleaning people every day of the stay but that only helped with the ones you could see. They were on the couches and beds as well. It's supposed to be vacation and we couldn't relax because you just feel like something is crawling on you. Within hours of us being there the next door neighbor was screaming at our 4 year old for putting his hands over the fence out back for "antagonizing" their dog... The dishes in the cabinet weren't clean, and once you start looking around the place you realize that everything is just dirty and worn out..dirty stained cushions on the dining room chairs. Dirty stained couches in the bedrooms. Dirty couch cushions. Dirty stained rugs in the rooms. I totally get when you have people rent from you some things will be somewhat dirty, but this was unacceptable. It looks like over the last 4 years of ownership it wasn't deep cleaned once and only the bare minimum was done for upkeep. The house was further from the beach and shops than anticipated. Would not recommend to any families with little kids who craw or play on the floor because everything was just dirty. Will not be going back.

The house is really nice. It was really big so we stayed very comfortably there. We did notice it could use a very good cleaning. It wasn’t filthy but the walls needed to be wiped down there were dirty handprints in some places & a lot of cob webs.

The property is as listed and the location for a larger family is perfect. The property manager response time is great and we would definitely visit again.
