This is a very cute place to stay. It was a nice location for all the “touristic” things to do in Co. Springs. Luckily, the company’s 24/7 assistance was excellent because checkin was a struggle. It wasn’t as easy as it should have been according to the messages, and this was really only due to security issues which is so necessary to have. The code we were given did not work. Then the same thing happened to use the laundry room. It became really annoying that I had to message the “help” line so much. PSA…if you plan on doing any cooking in the condo…bring your own measuring cups.

This place was so cute! And was perfect for multiple people! So much space, and very clean! Would definitley stay here again!
4.7
Very clean and comfortable. Lots of room. Located close to lots of attractions and local interest. Beautiful view of mountains.
4.7
Very clean, very well stocked (we didn’t need a bunch of stuff we brought because it was all there! Excellent communication with any questions.
The only issue we had was our codes didn’t want to work, but it all worked out
Highly recommend this property! We had a wonderful time
4.7
Property was in excellent shape with all comforts in place upon arrival. The home was in central location to garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and Royal gorge. Hot tub was a great end to an exhausting day of sightseeing and hiking. Highly recommend this property.

Overall our stay was good. The house was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The location was wonderful for everything we wanted to do (Santa’s workshop, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Zoo, sight seeing, hiking, etc). The Wines of Colorado across the street has great food and I liked seeing their lights through the front window. We had a couple problems with the door codes not syncing/working, but the property manager was quick to respond when we first got there and couldn’t access the property and when I wanted to do laundry but couldn’t access the facility. We didn’t use the hot tub because there was dirt/debris/something in the bottom of it. I didn’t report it because my husband is weird about hot tubs and seeing something in the bottom of the tub ruined the possibility of using it even if they came to fix it. I would say that the worst part of the apartment was the poor lighting in both kitchen areas. Thankfully there are a lot of good food choices nearby so you don’t have to attempt to see in the kitchen while you cook. I had to use my phone light to make coffee in the early morning. We also heard slamming of the door of the other apartment a lot. While those things were inconvenient for us, we still enjoyed our stay.
4.7
House was warm, welcoming and had enough space for our family with updated decor and modern conveniences. Only thing I wish the property would’ve had was a washer and dryer. Great location!
4.7
We had a wonderful stay at Pike Peak Villa. The main purpose of our trip was to visit the North Pole and the drives was less than 5 minutes.
The property is clean and well kept. We were able to comfortably sleep 9 of us (6 adults, 3 kids) between the beds and sleeper sofa.
