Excelente opción para hospedarse

Me encantó, en general, buen recibimiento, buena ubicación, las habitaciones cómodas, los desayunos me parecieron muy bien, el personal es extraordinario todos son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que se ofrezca.

El primer día el baño al bañarme no drenaba bien el agua y se regó hacia afuera. (Los siguientes días que quitar la rejita para que saliera).

Très bon séjour pour une première à Marrakech

Le riad est très convivial. De superbes terrasses où on peut se relaxer et avoir une belle vue sur la Médina. L'emplacement proche de tous les sites à visiter. Le personnel est très souriant et aux petits soins.

La chambre où nous étions était assez bruyante. Il manquait aussi une armoire pour suspendre les vêtements.

Tolles Riad

Tolle Lage, mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Super freundliches Personal. Schönes Riad und Dachgarten. Ein Juwel das unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat.

Die Betten waren ein bisschen hart. (Nicht sehr schlimm). Das Zimmer war insgesamt ein bisschen eng. Aber das ist nicht schlimm, da man sich gut auf der Dachterrasse oder im Innenhof aufhalten konnte.

Eins von beiden Zimmern war sehr klein, Bad sehr eng. Kaum Ablageflaeche, keine Möglichkeit, Sachen aufzuhängen.

No hablan español. Solo inglés. Imprimir tarjeta de embarque 1€ por folio. Muchas escaleras para subir a la habitación y empinadas.

Unos estafadores más

La terraza

El personal y su falta de ética. Me siento engañada y estafada. No contrates excursiones con ellos, pagaras más por algo horrible. Quisimos hacer una excursión al desierto con cena, vimos varias ofertas por quad y cena con espectáculo, en internet por 30€. El hotel nos dijo que seguro que a ese precio no era algo bueno, y nos sugieren contratar con ellos. Lo mismo pero a 80€, y nos garantizaron una grande experiencia y una cena increíble. Nada más lejos de la realidad! Al traslado un horror, no se ponían de acuerdo para ver en qué lugar íbamos y esperamos una barbaridad. Llegas al desierto de Agafay, un “desierto de piedras” y, como eres mujer, no se fía de ti el responsable del quad, y no te deja conducir. Me indigné tanto que pensé que les escupía. Estuve una hora y media esperando a que mi pareja volviera de la excursión sin ofrecerme ninguna compensación, solo la devolución. Tras dos horas fuimos al lugar de la cena. Una vergüenza y estafa para turistas! Un cobertizo en el polígono con luces de navidad de colores! Una tomadura de pelo. Me levanté de la mesa y les pedí marchar. Nadie me hizo caso y tuve que esperar más dos horas hasta finalizar. Al llegar al hotel les conté lo sucedido y, simplemente les pedí la devolución de mi quad, que no había utilizado, y había pagado 35€ por conducir. Se negaron en un primer momento, luego me dijeron que no podían devolverme todo el importe, y finalmente tras ponerme muy cabreada me devolvieron todo. Dos horas después, como “castigo” a mi actitud, se negaron a imprimirnos los billetes de avión que nos tenían prometido. Son unos estafadores. Deberían haberme devuelto la totalidad de la excursión, pedirme perdón y compensarme por hacerme perder así mi viaje. Un hotel debería proteger a sus clientes y velar por darles lo mejor, en lugar de ser partícipes en la estafa a turistas tan habitual en la ciudad. Espero que la gerencia se ponga en contacto conmigo y tome medidas.

Perfect perfect perfect!! Amazing Riad- especially the staff!

Riad Bab Nour exceeded our expectations! Zak and Husain were the perfect hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us, from the moment we arrived they made us feel so welcome and at home! It was my birthday on the Friday and they organized flowers for me, which was just so special. The Riad is in the perfect location, central to everything yet hidden from the madness of the main alley and square. Easy to find. The rooftop is amazing- peaceful and the place to watch the sunset. Our room was immaculately clean- the room was made up everyday with folded swan towels. Breakfast delicious! We had a wonderful massage. The main thing that makes the Riad so special is the staff- we were very sad to leave and say goodbye to Zak and Husain- they are an asset to the owners and Riad Bab Nour! We will be back. We absolutely loved everything about Riad Bab Nour- thanks Zak & Husain! From your South African guests :)

Perfect spot to experience the Marrakech Medina. We’d highly recommend it.

This Riad is so beautiful, close to everything and the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. We even ended up staying an extra night. Breakfast on the rooftop at sunrise was amazing.

We tried to find our own way there by taxi and didn’t realise the Medina is shut to cars for most of the day so took us a little to find it. But once we did it was the perfect place all around.

La colazione fantastica!!! Stanze accoglienti e pulite. Personale molto gentile.

Unica pecca, abbiamo fatto un hammam senza vapore che ci è stato venduto sapendo che non funzionava e mi è stato fatto pagare lo stesso. Sono rimasta molto delusa perché desideravo tanto questo hammam

La scelta giusta per stare vicino la piazza

ottima posizione. buona colazione. molto piacevole la terrazza (ci si può fare anche colazione, basta chiederlo e insistere). Staff gentile e disponibile. ottima pulizia.

Camera piccolina, ed essendo in prossimità della cucina, un po' rumorosa. Meglio quindi spendere qualcosa in più per stare dal lato opposto. Ci sono molte scale strette nel riad, quindi in caso di necessità è meglio chiedere delle stanze al piano terra, anche se la privacy può risentirne. La doccia allaga un po' il bagno: bisogna fare attenzione. Nel vicolo non arrivano i taxi o gli NCC e, in alcuni orari, neanche in piazza.

We felt very welcome!

Very friendly hosts, great breakfast, in a quite alley close to the Jemaa el-Fnaa.

Dark or windowless rooms with no direct sunlight, bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, as you hear people talking and walking on the steps.

Easy to find via Google map # Great location to explore the main city attractions on foot # New Clean room with a comfy bed # Feel safe to walk at night # Beautiful decor # Good fresh breakfast # Lovely rooftop with a city view # Excellent wifi # Easy to catch a taxi around the corner of main square # Staffs are amazing ! 😊 Friendly, polite, speak good English & best housekeepings ~Thx guys 🤗 We really had a wonderful stay ! xx Tips ; If You arrive by taxi in the morning ~ You will be dropped off right @ main square where is very near The Riad .. BUT If You arrive in the afternoon or evening ~ You will be dropped off @ The Shell Station > Then,10 mins easy walk to Riad

Ein kleiner Kaffee am Nachmittag wurde mit 2€ berechnet - v.a. im Hinblick auf die landestypischen Preise ist dies extrem teuer.

Très bon séjour

Le Riad est vraiment très bien situé dans Marrakech, le personnel est très agréable et très disponible si besoin. Beaucoup de caméras sont installées dans le Riad, ce qui permet de se sentir en sécurité mais également d’être vite servis car le personnel sait lorsque vous attendez pour le repas ou le petit déjeuner. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Petit bémol, notre fenêtre de salle de bain donnait sur l’escalier extérieur donc nous avons dû mettre une serviette dessus tout le séjour pour ne pas être vus.

Wonderful stay in the Riad, highly recommended 😊

Lovely interior design of the Riad. Location near to different tourist spots, shops, restaurants. Excellent staff - from Manager El Hocain, Soufiane.Zakaria and Aziz- all very friendly,kind, helpful and caring.

None everything is very good. Just a few suggestions : For breakfast maybe to include eggs either scramble , pouched or boiled and some fruits, raisins, figs or dates. In the room something to hang on clothes and hangers.

Buen lugar, pero me resultó difícil llegar

Está muy lindo y bien ambientado. Hermosa terraza. Desayunamos ahí. Muy lindo. Todo limpio, y el Personal amable.

Es difícil llegar. La Medina no tiene claros los nombres de las calles, ni los números de altura. Y el Google maps no es exacto. Entonces siempre caes en la situación de que te ven con cara de perdido, buscando el riad, te ofrecen ayuda y luego pretenden cobrarte cualquier cosa. Y se ponen a gritarte. No pasa nada, pero lo pasas mal. Y los Riad no hacen nada para evitarlo. En este caso está sobre un callejón medio solitario, pero la calle que cruza es una odisea de gente. La habitación era chica.

Perfect place to visit Marrakesh. Don’t forget earplugs

Pros: incredible location, pretty and clean rooms, polite staff, position next to the souk and at walking distance to the most famous points of interests. Breakfast is very tasty.

Since the riad is in the middle of the souk be prepared to hear loud noises/music/people screaming during the whole night. Better not to forget earplugs ;)
