Having checked in Friday the 1st of November for my daughters birthday everything was initially fantastic until the Sunday evening when we arrived for our evening meal to find somebody else sitting on the table we were allocated for our stay.
We were stood in the dining area for 30 minutes before any of the staff bothered to sort our new table out
Our new table had already been used by another family and was filthy dirty with used cutlery and dirty table cloth
If it wasn’t for this then our stay would have been fantastic.
We have stayed in this hotel before and have had no problems
I’m undecided weather we will stay again.
Hopeful it was a one off
4.2
Very poor cleanliness in our room. Reception staff was very nice.Breakfast was nice.
4.2
Good location and friendly helpful check in staff.
Show was good at night.
Breakfast was good too apart from the waiting on staff who were just wandering around, one lady who appeared to be senior said several times someone will take our order.... but why she didn't i dont understand.
4.2
Stayed for one night with some friends booked 2 rooms - at check in they take £50 for each room saying it shows as a pending transaction but it does come out and up to now hasn’t gone back in - rooms on different floors - room ok bed the worse I’ve ever slept in and the bathroom you had to back in to use the toilet as so close to the shower cubicle Breakfast was ok - wouldn’t stay again
4.2
Loud music until midnight. If you're looking for somewhere to get some rest, pick somewhere else. Pictures from the room on the App are not true, not even close. You need to leave you car key at reception, and they pre-authorise 50 pounds in the check in for some reason (when you look the room, you won't understand why they pre-authosized).
Well, for me it is a no-go. Good Luck!

People were lovely. Very hard to find the excess £50 per night room charge refunded on departure. The room itself was extremely hot and the widow could only be cracked open as looked into a brick wall. Fans & air con unit were provided but were so noisy turned the poor air con off but left fans going all night. The parking charge of £19 per night was good but again not clear at time of booking & they took car keys at reception. The bathroom sink taps moved completely when turned on, I did report to reception.
4.2
Absolutely lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Lovely breakfast, and very reasonably priced drinks. 10 out of 10 from me and my family

Turned up at around 1.30pm and managed to get checked in to our room right away which was good. We were unable to get a parking space and had to park on the street next to a neighboring hotel - our double room with sea view was on the small side but was perfect really for our one night stay, had everything we needed and was lovely and warm. Breakfast was really decent and well organized - would stay again
4.2
Lovely Stay with the family
Nice view from the window overlooking the sea
4.2
On the plus side the room was spotless. The initial reception staff were also very good. Friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable & our sea view room was in the side of the property, so you could see the sea if you craned your neck but the dirty windows stopped this anyway! Breakfast was included but was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had & very limited. The waiting staff were rude too; didn’t speak to you unless you requested things several times and shouted their conversations to each across the room. Overall disappointed & not the cheapest for Blackpool. Wouldn’t stay again.
4.2
We enjoyed our stay, all the staff we spoke to were really friendly and very helpful
4.2
Everytime we go to Blackpool we stay at this hotel. It has everything we require. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
4.2
I had no sleep during my stay there were people outside the window making noises seeme like they were drunk and they were shouting and screaming but overall hotel was nice staff need to be a bit kinder over the phone
4.2
Had a large room with sea views but the decor was dated
4.2
first impressions was good and check in was easy, £10.00 to park a car so parked a short distance away, room 109 was good and modern feeling what let it down was the very dated bathroom (pink bathroom suite) and old feeling. bed comfy and room was warm, booked a breakfast a little overpriced but good, overall a good hotel not too good for disabled or not good walker as steps up to hotel.
4.2
Very relaxing
4.2
Paid extra for a sea view, we could see the sea at an angle but was overlooked by the imperial hotel next door. When using the sink a horrendous smell of sewage came up through the bath plug hole. Service on the Saturday night was very very slow as there was a wedding on downstairs, which meant yhe restaurant was very short staffed. Definitely wont stay here again
4.2
Lovely upgraded room but small. Great lighting which is very unusual . They charge £10 for parking which u have not much on but bit excessive. Breakfast ok but not the best, cheap sausage n only 1 egg.
4.2
The car park had holes in it. The flooring was bumpy ln both the room and in the corridors.
4.2
This is the second time staying here and really happy with our stay. The rooms are so spacious for families. One thing I would say that I didn’t like was that when you arrive at reception they keep your car keys and you have to go back to reception and get them if using your car. The music downstairs was also on quite late but other than that we had a great time.
4.2
Rooms well decorated but reception etc needs updating
4.2
The hotel was very good overall. However, one of our beds needed a new mattress as we could feel the springs, causing a restless night. The bathroom was very large but took us on a nostalgic trip back to the 1970’s, with a pink bathroom suite and an over-the-bath shower with the dreaded shower curtain. It needs a modern walk-in shower unit, so old fogies like me, with dodgy knees don’t have to risk life and limb climbing into the bath. Failing that, at least put fix some grab handles to the wall
4.2
It was 130 pound for a twin room and it looks huge modern on the pictures but it’s dated inside. Which is fine if you’re paying for a cheap b&b down a backstreet. Forgot to give us towels, couldn’t find our room key once we had handed in at reception to go out for the day.
Good points they had some music on in the back room, the room was clean and lovely view of the seafront, just a little on the pricey side for what it is. I feel the pics delude it
4.2
Checking in and out was really poor, took far too long. Reception was covered with cases and nobody could pass, there was a man standing around but he didn’t even try to clear the area, when checking out the same person was more interested in checking his phone than the que of people waiting. The room was nicely decorated but overlooked the smoking area which was really noise due to a wedding function that night, couldn’t open the window to let in air on a really hot night. There wasn’t any parking but did find some free on the next road.
4.2
Nice hotel.if a little dated with decor. Staff were excellent, great full breakfast, spacious room with a sea view and good entertainment. Would visit again.
Kudos to Vicky who ran the bar on her own and was superb.
4.2
Well located hotel in Blackpool. Easy and friendly check-in and close to the north pier. Hotel was very warm and parking as a bit onerous but that is my only complaint and every hotel appeared to be the same.
I would happily recommend this hotel, and mainly based on the friendly staff and location.

Fantastic hotel nothing too much trouble great staff

I would not stay here ever again, the only good thing i can say is the food is delicious, im a lady who has to use a electric wheelchair, my wheelchair is damaged so badly getting in and out of the doorway,i didn't get any sleep the 3 nights we were there, the bed our grandsons slept in was awful, the mattress was so thin,i could swear it was a mattress topper, its the worst hotel we have ever stayed in,we had to pay £50 extra which they said we would get back and ive just been in touch with my bank and they've said that the £50 has been taken back the hotel out of my account because i checked my account and the money is missing from my account, they told me i would get it back and i didn't have to worry about it because i was so worried because when we booked it there was nothing there that said we had to pay this extra £50 until we got to the hotel ,really spoilt our few dats away

We stayed at the Park House Hotel for 1 night on 20th August 2024. The hotel is in a lovely position on North Promenade about a 15 minute walk to North Pier but also has a tram stop close by.
First impression - very good. Lovely reception area, sun room and bar. We had our evening meal in the bar, excellent food with reasonable prices.
The hotel provides evening entertainment 7 nights a week, the show we saw was excellent.
Rooms - we had a lovely family room with a side sea view. The room was excellent with a double bed and a single bed. Very spacious, clean, ample storage unit and drawers. TV and tea & coffee facilities. The bathroom was a lovely surprise and had a large ‘walk in shower’.
The dining room was large, beautifully set up with lovely welcoming friendly staff. Breakfast was fabulous!
Overall - all the staff were fabulous, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great food, reasonably priced drinks, fabulous entertainment. A lovely hotel in a fabulous position.
Would we stay again? Most definitely!!

Firstly massive respect for Chloe in reception, the customer service was incredible and helped us out for all our needs!
We managed to get checked in early and arrived to our room. The room was very old looking and nothing like the photos. I wasn’t too bothered as the price was acceptable. I asked Chloe in reception if there was any other rooms and she was so polite about it and offered me and my partner an updated room. We slept very well in the cosy room only faults were the floor boards were creaky and the showers temperature was confusing. Very happy with the stay as the price was so cheap the best thing about the place is the staff the humorous manager and Chloe being so lovely
4.2
Booked a sea view room and didn’t get it got a side room where you had to climb onto the arm of the sofa bed crooking your neck to get a glimpse of the sea . Water pressure in shower really low. Really disappointed as previously we’ve had sea view rooms with arm chairs looking straight out to sea. Breakfast service was quite slow .

Excellent all round stay, amazing and friendly staff would love to stay again, 10/10 a must stay when on Blackpool.

I've stayed here twice before but always off season.
This time my work coincided with the airshow so I understand how busy they were.
Check in was friendly and efficient.
I've previously had lovely rooms and even as a single traveller, I've been given double or triple rooms which were modern snd obviously refubished.this time u was in the third floor with a single room.
It was quite a spacious room and could have benefitted from a double bed for single use I think.
It was clean and well prepared but really very tired with a worn single bed and grubby net curtains.
The bathroom was clean but again a bit dated with bath /shower combination in pink.
The shower was very hit and miss for hot water though I managed ok with it.
The breakfast room became a little chaotic around 9am so I was probably slightly ahead of lots arriving at the same time.
There sermed to be not enough staff and the girls working didnt seem to be managed or well trained im afraid. Empty fruit juice dispenser and jugs that they seemed shocked when they were pointed out.
Bowls for cereal and fresh fruit needed and the serving bowls themselves needed replenishing.
I saw this immediately as I walked up to the service area.
One man sermed to be doing most of the serving alone.
The manager(I am guessing) came in and directed people to tables and didnt check them off on the breakfast list so more confusion occurred as staff forgot them.
The breakfast was fresh and good.
A toaster might help take the strain.

Amazing little hotel located on the beach front, 15 minute walk to the tower & shops, lovely and clean. Room was a good size and had just been refurbished. Very modern and up to date. All the staff whom we spoken to or asked questions too couldnt have been more helpful. Would highly recommended this hotel to anyone and everyone. We stayed 2 Adults 1 Child (3 years old) very accommodated, parking is available on site for a small fee (£10 per 24hrs). Food was delicious (breakfast)
We will definitely be booking here again in the near future!
Although its a 3 star you get the feel of a 5!
Interior through out the hotel is very boutique/class feeling, 10/10 guys! Amazing work!
