Shower could have been more powerful, but no big deal - could still shower.

Close to sea front. Accommodation was comfortable The proprietor was friendly and gave us a choice of 2 rooms, we chose the twin room.

Very difficult to find a place to park. On the 2 occasions when coming back to park took 20 minutes. States free on-road parking but it's very limited due to the fact properties have drives to access. One of the bath towels smelled not nice, not clean, damp and musty. Although clean, the room is very dated so looks grubby, the bathroom in particular.

nice and cosy in a quiet street.

was able to enter guest house earlier than the required 14.00 time. Staff was helpful in telling me a good place to get a meal.

couldn't fault anything really, as I was a working I needed a room to chill out for the afternoon and evening and not even an overnight stay so didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast.

Lovely little room

Room was small but the bed was comfy and the whole place was very clean.

No staff were there to greet, and dogs were barking till late (obviously not the guest houses fault). Parking was an issue, and I had to park 3 streets away. No breakfast available, which we knew, but being a bank holiday, there was nothing open until late to go get some (again, not the guest houses fault).

It's a lovely homely place and I was upgraded to a double just because it was not in use. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.

friendly homely place

quiet location just out of the hustle and bustle but walkable to the busy areas

bit of peeling wallpaper on ceiling, wall and wood in between them needed sorting / repainting

Good value and excellent breakfast cafe on the corner of the street

lovely welcoming stay close to tram stop

we were greeted by Tina a lovely lady. there was a lovely fresh smell throughout the property our family room was clean and comfortable and the children loved the bunk beds and big teddy’s in their room
