Rooms were spotless. Ange the hostess went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Golden Sands and found everything I needed met my expectations

I found the host to be very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable and had everything I required for my stay. Cooked breakfast was delicious. Quiet location and ideal for accessing the area. I also liked the fact that the premises is pet friendly which is important for pet owners and their pets.

As a single person staying in a single room, I found this to be adequate for myself. The view from the window was unsightly but due to this being run down buildings opposite the premises and nothing to do with the b and b owner, this was unavoidable.

Overall pleasent stay

Location was good and close to our venue. The owner was pleasant and accommodating. Off road parking close to accommodation. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Toilet and shower room was nice. Plenty towels. Breakfast was good and food was hot. Good selection on menu. The room had a fridge/freezer and tea/coffee making facilities including biscuits.

The room was small and rather cluttered. It also had a dampish musky smell to it, which was more noticeable when returning to the room after being out. Struggled to open a window for some fresh air. Bottom bed sheet was very bitty and not smooth. Made my skin itch. There were a few cobwebs above our heads hanging from the ceiling.

Very good

The room was spacious and the breakfast was great. Lovely host. Would stay again. Comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities. Shower was clean and new looking.

I did find 3 dark hairs in the bed, one was really long.

Parking was erratic sometimes difficult to find but generally just about manageable.

the lady that runs it limits u to one tea bag per day, one sachet of milk per day & one toilet roll per day, if u want more than that the lady snapped at me then u will have to go to the shops , cause I ran out of toilet roll on the day before I left which was very inconvenient for the manager , she said next time u will know to bring them with u.

A fab place to stay, child friendly.

Lovely B&B, Angie was lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was stunning. lovely spacious room. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Fantastic, very welcoming and polite

Upon checking in, was told we had been upgraded free of charge, room was very nice , clean and comfortable, b&b owner told us where all the local amenities were and how to get there. Breakfast was very nice and was a fair size. Would definitely recommend to my friend's and family and would most certainly stay there again

Really Enjoyed it - perfect for what we wanted

We really enjoyed our stay. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable (rooms were quite cold). Owner was really friendly. We really enjoyed it and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Great quite place to stay away from the busy centre. Breakfast was fantastic big cooked fry up.

No hot water in sink in bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable. Toilet dripping all night.

good but the milk issue would stop us going again which is shame as everything else was spot on

Every thing was fine , nice location, easy walking distance to town centre. Room was fine clean comfortable everything you needed regards a B&B the only down side was when we asked for some more milk jiggers we were told no ! I have stayed in many B&B at Blackpool and never in my life have I been refused extra milk jigger to make a drink , We had to go the local co-op to get milk to make a drink. how much do milk jiggers cost 1p if that ? shame as its a good B&B but need to act on customer needs . Even when we came down to breakfast which was good some other people in the room said they were scared to ask for anything ? I have been in hotel trade 26yrs and this is got be first place stayed that you cant get extra milk jiggers,
